This is the best lodging option in Marshall. A good value and good breakfast bar. Nice pool. Lots of contract workers coming and going, so it can be a bit noisy. Staff and management are friendly and service is good.

The pool room really needs an update the ceiling fans were drooping and the ceiling looks like it could come down in spots. Second day there the pool was not filtering

Elevator button didn’t work unless pressed several times, doors stalled with opening, floors were dirty, my rug was coming up in my room so I kept stepping on the tacks, bed cover wasn’t clean. Really not sure how that place is still open and priced at that rate?

Property is in a great location and has lots of parking. Exterior has personality and the place has been relatively well kept. We booked a queen pull out to accommodate 3 of us but room had no linens for the pull out, nor towels for a 3rd. Front desk was accommodating but was alone & very busy. Pool was very busy so we didnt use it. Woukd have enjoyed a hot tiub if the hotel had one. Breakfast was good one morning and awful the next. Overall it was an average stay.

Checked our beds when we got there. There was something black on the bed told the front desk they claimed it was from being washed and wasnt going to change the bedding so i told him we werent going to use the bed if he didnt. Found chocolate milk left in the fridge but they kept saying i promise it was cleaned. There was a chip in cieling. Shower curtain was stained.

I have stayed here multiple times when coming into town. This time around, we were placed in a room that was right across from the supply/linen closet. If you want sleep, I advise not sleeping on the 3rd floor. We heard doors open and close all throughout the night and morning. Also be aware that the bathroom is extremely small.

Had to stay the night on business. I was a little nervous since it wasn't a chain hotels but I was surprised by how cozy and quiet it was. They didn't offer USB hubs for charging so bring your ac/dc block and the fridge didn't work too well, but I fell asleep at 8:30pm and didn't move until 8:00am the next day. That never happens to me. It was clean and I slept great. Everything else is a bonus.

Stayed at this location to visit MoVal college. Right down the road from the college and the staff were very helpful and nice, so I decided this would be a great place for my son to travel and stay for his first road trip to college. The staff helped him and walked him through the steps. Thank you from a momma
