Roaches in the room and bathroom wasn’t clean nor the bathroom sink needed cleaning and the toilet had brown fluid on the seat and tub was dirty. They did offer me another room but no elevator in the bldg nor a cart to move the luggage. Also the place is old. She used a can of raid to spray the room that was enough for lol. What upset me was I left my phone in the room and a bag and I come back having not checked out and she unlocked the door and left it open and was rude saying that I thought you already checked out I said I had to get the rest of my stuff.. can I get a refund..? I won’t be back to the establishment again. I wasn’t comfortable there the fruit was old and breakfast bar which I didn’t eat..

This property is in great disrepair. The ceiling was falling apart, bathroom had mold and mildew, the carpets were dirty, and housekeeping was not offered during my 8-day stay, although i was told i could exchange my towels once. Ran out of kleenex & toilet paper, garbages in my room were overflowing as i was trying to work remotely, the wifi was garbage. I had to hot spot my phone all week. Heard another patron complaining about "bugs" in his room and having to store his things in his car. No coffee was relenished so i bought my own. I was asked to move my car one afternoon as they were going to repair the parking lot. The jacck hammering right outside my window started at 4:30 pm and ended at about 10:30pm. Two days later from 3pm to 11:30pm, i had the workers and skidsteer right outside my room as i triedto relax. The beeping of the skidsteer was itritatimg and the voices sounded like they were in my room. The parking lot was covered in rmpty neer bottles and cigarette butts amd there were always people hanging around. I did not feel safe. AC went out first night, but i was ableto get it working again. I checked out a day early and will never stay here again. Was offered no discount, no refund, and no apology for the disgusting room, environmemt and lack of services. I will be issuing a complaint with Wyndham, the local health department, and my credit card company..

upon check-in the manager asked for the 30.00 deposit in cash which I didn't have. Then she asked for my drivers license and a credit card to make copies of. After she made a copy she laid them where they were visible to the public. The next morning I checked out and asked what she was going to do with my DL & CC images. Shae said shred (now mine info was sitting in a basket with about a 100 others). I asked her to shred in front of me and after being scolded, she did it and the proceeded to scold me again. I really wish she spoke English enough that I actually knew what she said both at check-in and check-out. I will NOT be staying there again. The parking to was a hot mess, needs to be resurfaced for the safety of the people staying there.

Location is convenient. No a/c in the lobby and hall. Room smelled. Outlets extremely loose. Wouldn’t refund my extra 2 days I didn’t stay because I “Booked with Expedia”.

Musty, dirty and manager got upset when I requeted to see the room. No elevator to second floor. I got a lecture on I shouldn't expect much when I use an online booking service such as yours.

Breakfast was a granola bar, there was no coffee 2 of the 3 mornings we were there. No room service for the entire weekend, had to hunt staff down to obtain clean towels in exchange for dirty towels. Had issues with our hotel keys not opening the hotel door and the staff said “what would you like me to do about it?”….?

This property needs some tlc and cleaning especially the carpet in hallway is old and dirty. Not able to lock outside door entering building anyone can enter. Shower don’t shut off to go to bath water

The room smelled horrible from cigarette smoke. The towels were stained. The recliner in the room was horribly stained. The sheets were dirty and appeared to have mold on them. We ended up leaving it was so bad with no refund.

The bathroom had mold, a roach was crawling in the bathroom, the coffee maker was broken, a male employee harassed family member

The hotel was very run down smelled like smoke the shower would not drain also found bed bugs in the beds

Booked it late . I got a room right by the ice machine on the first floor . I was kept up all night by the people above me . Sounded like 4-6 people in the room stomping their feet all night . Hotel was dingy room was suppose to be smoke free but reeked of it

The air conditioner was very loud and kept coming on every few minutes. I finally turned it off

The facility was very dated. It was very rundown. The A/C had just been turned on in the room and the room temperature was in the high 80s. It took about 4 hours for the air conditioning to get the temperature down to the 70s.

Traveled 6 hours to attend funeral. Arrived at 1:15 they wouldn't let me check in till 3:00. TV Didn't work took a bit to fix then picture interference. Left at 6:00 next morning, no breakfast not even Coffee! Attendant had coffee🤔. Would not recommend at all.

The room the first night was clean and nice. Once we saw that the room was nice we checked back in for the rest of our trip. The next room was terrible. The door was missing the chain lock. The heater AC button would not change temperature. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The shower head only sprayed a straight stream. The towels were all stained and one smelled like paint thinner. The toilet had marks in the bowl of prior problems and sure enough it stopped up first use in the middle of the night. Over flowed onto the floor.

This is a well-managed hotel, watched over by a caring family that runs it. The staff is attentive and pleasant. This is not an expensive hotel, but you get more than you pay for. The customer service is superior, and the accommodations are comfortable and spacious. We will stay here again.

I have been to this motel several weeks now and even though when I first came, we had misunderstanding, the hosts are kind, generous, welcoming and make me feel like home away from home. They do their best to please their customers, and they are respectful. Check in and check out is easier. The price is reasonable compared to other motels and hotels near by. The hosts accommodated me several times as I sometimes accidentally choose the wrong room when booking for example smoking vs nonsmoking, and I appreciate them very much for their understanding and working with me. I will go back to and recommend this motel to others.

Staff was not friendly and not pet friendly at all. Had dogs and we keep them in the car and yelled at us to leave and kicked us out before we even got into the room.

Need more power outlets in room. Front AC unit fell off for no reason. Front desk is left unattended for long periods of time.

What you would expect from a small hotel in a small town plus a lovely, kind, hardworking owner.

Felt unsafe, there are no locks on the doors, no chains either. Had to wedge a towel and a chair under the door to ensure safety. Will not stay here again

This is a franchisee property. Nice family, local business so very important to support. Would like to see a focus by room on renovations to bring up to date. Possibly more of a breakfast offering. The only real competition is right across the street and small improvements would make a world of difference. Would suggest going completely smoke free as it is apparent in the hallways when walking. Great location. Right on 65 and close to the college.

The air conditioner was barely working so it was difficult to sleep comfortably. There was no mini fridge in the room. The breakfast offered was bananas, orange juice, and a granola bar from Walmart. It was not up to the standards that you expect at Super 8.

Very disappointed in our stay! Sink snd bathtub drained very slowly. The tub drain flipper was hanging out of the tub. The water was hot. Bathroom smelled like it was mopped with urine. Breakfast was very poor, granola bar, small amount of juice in a pitcher and apples that were on the way out. The towels were very scratchy. The bed was clean and fairly comfortable. The staff did not speak plain English and was hard to understand. We will not be staying here again!

It was on a whim. But the offer of free breakfast was a joke. It was a basket of apples a bucket of orange juice and some snack bars. The place next door was same price if not cheaper. I'm sure they had something. I'm kosher so I just can't go to fast food in order anything. Facilities were okay had new wall heater. Cable works. I don't know or bother with Wi-Fi. Overall it was satisfactory for what I paid

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Was disappointed in tge fact it said free Breakfast on a sign out front and all they had was coffee no decaf juice and a Breakfast bar.
