Check in person was as cold as the Alaskan peninsula. Rooms were adequate, but an upgrade or reno needs to be done. Beds are super comfortable and there’s an abundance of fast food places all around. Breakfast won’t knock your socks off, but there’s waffles, sausages and boiled eggs, with cereal, yogurt and bananas. Free coffee all day. No elevator. Handicap sticker at the front door, but no button to open the frigging door when your hands are full of outlet shopping. Would stay again if they try and upgrade a bit. Does not smell clean when you walk in the front door. Close to interstate.

i liked the parking accommodation to carry our canoes and park safely. the staff was nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. the space was quiet and comfortable, and I had a great rest that I needed there

The stay was good. They we're doing reno's but we didn't hear any sounds from it, only some slight smells eg. new carpet and gyproc.but overall stay was good and would stay there again.

The hotel was as expected. It needs a lot of updates and has had a few already. The carpet appeared new. The toilet seat (the cheapest item to replace) was in dire need of being thrown away. It had large chips out of it making it look very dirty. The trim in the bathroom was pretty icky looking but it think it was as clean as it could get. The staff were friendly enough. It was an affordable hotel option out of many expensive ones. I think we got what was paid for keeping in mind everything is more expensive than it should be. I wouldn’t spend more just to get something a bit newer. Parking was good. Lots of it and in a quieter area by a large casino. I wasn’t worried to have my vehicle parked out of sight.

We payed $200 per night and this place was disgusting. No microwave only one very small garbage in the room. Old food and garbage under the beds and behind the night table. Holes in the bathroom wall, large chunks out of countertop by sink. Would have left if I could have gotten a refund. I would have rather slept in my car..

Bed was very rough towel rack was had holes in the wall. There was a used washcloth on the ground under the sink area. Blood on the sheets dried blood the first room that we had. The TV was nothing but fuzz so they traded sent to another room, the chair seat cover was torn no light on the desk area. The food was a waffle, toast, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs and cereal. they only serve meat on the weekends for example, bacon sausage the eggs were hard boiled. My wife couldn’t eat the eggs so she did not have any breakfast. I had to go to McDonald’s to get her breakfast All in all the very poor stay.!!!!

The room showed its age....holes in curtains, slow draining sink. Bathroom molding, door, and walls were water damaged. Grab bar on bath wall completely loose from wall. Chain hook on door was broken and unusable.

It was a clean hotel with a nice sized room. The location was very good for our stay. A long drive 5-6 hours to the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall with this hotel just minutes away. Try and get a room on the front side if you can. The I-5 is on the back side and we found the traffic noise disrupted our sleep.

Only complaint is it is right by the freeway and railroad so bring earplugs. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was great! And so convenient to the casinos and outlet shopping.

It's a pretty typical hotel, the only problem I had was that the Internet wasn't working. The person who tried to help told me he was on the system, although my computer didn't even see the presence of their system. It saw others in the area, although of course I couldn't log into them without their password." The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was what one would expect for a free breakfast at a hotel... not bad at all, but nothing to write home about.

Not the experience I was expecting. The room was pretty run down. It felt old, it smelled old (kind of musty and Smokey), lights in the bed area were dim, furniture seemed worn down. The bear was comfortable that’s for sure. I won’t deny that. Pillows were small and square rather than being rectangular so not super easy to sleep on being a big guy. I’ll be honest in saying there are better hotels in the area to stay at.

The room was very dark..2 small bedlamps and the bathroom light and still dark. Of course it was grey outside too. The bottom of the bathroom door has been in a flood apparently...warped out. There was dust and dirt on the lamp shade fixtures and no bolts to keep one of them on.. BUT the WORST was the traffic sound coming off the road all night..and I wore earplugs. I would say this was a $89 a night stay ..definitely not a $158. But the staff and service was excellent.

I would never recommend this place . It’s smelly, dirty and staff was not kind. I accidentally booked for the wrong day and showed up Saturday. So I paid for another night my reservation was for November 8 which I canceled right after checking in. The front desk kept saying you won’t be refunded for my mistake. Which I purchased travel guard and now after multiple phone calls and filing a claim hotel still doesn’t want to issue me a refund. Also I haven’t received my deposit back either

Hotel under renovation. Nowhere on the site does it say that. Is room smelt of smoke. Second room, window would not lock. 3rd room we staying in, there was garbage, (wrappers) in floor. Just kicked them to a corner. Very noisy room, road and casino right outside. When checking in paid 100 us for deposit. Came to 135cad on my credit card. Girl said did not go through so she did it again. Received email from credit card advising it was charged twice. Showed her but she did not know should have to wait for Manager the next day. Same thing with manager the next day….we shall see if it comes off. Hotel should not be open at all during renovation and if so should maybe be 1/2 price and offer the people if they still want to stay there.

I made this reservation on expedia ( first time using!) and choose the wrong dates. I did not catch my mistake until going to hotel. Called Joeseph at Quality Inn and he directed me to contact expidia and his manager would be in at 3 pm. It was straighten out at no extra charge. Thank you.

This hotel is dated and as such is a bit grubby. The door locks are not great as doors wobble. My first room the shower didnt work. A kind desk lady switched my room no problem. My biggest gripe was a desk man who wouldn't let me check in even though the room was paid for as i didnt have a debit or credit card for a holding/incidental deposit. I figured out a way to fix the situation. He had no understanding or politeness.

Don’t do it. When we arrived, there were some questionable characters looking in vehicles. The room itself was VERY dated, it smelled (of urine and tobacco) and it was loud. The highway runs right behind the room we had. We were booked for two nights, but when going for breakfast, there was a young man doing drugs and convulsing on the floor outside of our room. We definitely did not feel safe here and we left to find a cleaner, safer environment. The evening staff were helpful, but the morning staff were not. They did not seem concerned at all about the young man doing drugs outside our room. The Quality Inn used to be a reliable chain. This was so disappointing and definitely not “Quality”

Pictures were not what we received. Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it for years and room was questionable. Breakfast was meh….parking was limited and there seems to be a transient community that wanders around where police are patrolling the lot at night. Definitely will stay somewhere else next time.

The hotel staff and appearance was fine. The staff was actually very accommodating. The main thing I had issues with is that it was located across the street from a casino. The hotel itself has to go on lockdown at 5 pm to keep the undesirables out so you couldn't enter at closer doors to get your room after 5. The derlicks that were wondering around all day and night made me feel very unsafe and I was up and down all night checking to see that my car wasn't being broken into. Had I known it was across the street from a casino I would have booked elsewhere. But if you like being by a casino and dealing with panhandlers then you'll like it just fine. If not, I recommend you book elsewhere.

It's been around the block a few times, but was clean, which was my biggest concern! Everything was in good working order. Desk staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was great with a lot of food choices, and the eating area was spotless. I will stay here every time I am in the area, which will probably be about 6 times per year.
