Their Jacuzzi tub was filthy. I tried to express this at check-out but they just argued with me. My husband and I stayed there for our wedding night. And while we filled the tub, you could see the massive soapscum and the floating from old dead skin cells. So we couldnt even enjoy that. I was veey disappointed

The place is way outdated. They do not clean the hot tubs. Soon as you turn on the jets the water gets very murky. I had to refill the tub 3 times before it stoped. There are homless people living all around the outside of the property. I would not book this place with kids, it is not safe. This is not a family friendly property. If you want a good nights sleep do not get a room on west side of the building. It is right next to the freeway.

I go here often because I have a bad back and the jacuzzi tub helps. It is ALWAYS a GREAT EXPERIENCE. The only downside to this last time is that I wasn’t able to sleep very well because of the train going by like EVERY 30mins honking the horn.

We wanted the hot tub room for a day off. Nothing fancy, no real amenities except for the availability of a hot tub room. Room was clean, well stocked with towels, great cable service. Food and drink restaurant is across the street as is the convenience store for a quick walk if necessary. It’s a nice little place.

Found trash on the dirty floor, no interior lock on the door, dirty sink. When we left there was some Tweeker dude in the parking lot wiping his truck Down with Lysol. It was 630 am. I didn’t go into this place with high hopes but the pictures we saw beforehand were misleading. Never again.

The night we stayed there seemed to be alot of people coming and going and the doors slam. Also, there is not carpet on the floors and we could hear everything going on above us. No fault of the hotel, the trains run alot during the night. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly.

This is really a motel and shouldn’t call it Inn and Suite. I paid way too much for this stay. I should just stay at Motel 6 without paying extra. The place is close to the railway so it is very noisy and our room is next to the street which didn’t help at all. I couldn’t come back to this place !

The room itself was not bad, appeared to be clean and the room we had was large with a small sink, fridge and microwave area. Biggest downsides the bed was horrible, and there was constant freight trains going close by all night (not the hotels fault but not a great location). Outside the room the hotel itself seemed a little run down, and the area around the hotel didn’t come across as the safest.

Spring beds need updated, broken floor tiles in the bathroom are sharp , daily and nightly train that goes by. Nice staff, too expensive for what it was

I was treated terribly by the woman at the front counter. She said everyone there was more important than me. Endless drug deals and police activity on, next to, and behind the building. Back door is supposed to be locked at night, but was left open 24/7. I was charged $24 for a towel. I will never stay at this facility again.

This place looks amazing! Nothing like what I remembered it to be!! Staff is absolutely wonderful, friendly, and welcoming!! The lady at the desk is great!! Other motels could learn a lot from her!! Even if the property was trashed, (which it WAS NOT) her kind hospitality would keep me coming back.

The property is very old. It’s very very clean, but the bed gave me a backache. No breakfast or coffee in the lobby. Coffee maker in the room did not work. Noisy train nearby. Staff just plain RUDE!

Hotel was decent. Desk staff were very professional. Room was clean and quiet. No breakfast amenities. My biggest complaint was price, but everything is expensive in this part of the I-5 corridor on a Saturday night. Only stayed for one night. Convenient location near I-5.

Staff was very friendly. Was in an excellent location with a 24 hour diner a very short walk away. You do get a little train and traffic noise on the side that faces the interstate, but not excessive. Excellent value for the price.

Honestly the surrounding location looks unsafe , dark and intimidating . But the security camera system located at the front desk made us feel better. The room was very clean ! The bed was comfortable . The sheets were comfortable ,very soft , clean and that was a plus ! The water pressure for the shower was really good . Overall I would stay there again . For the price and what you get it’s very reasonable . No smells ! There is the train noise but we were so tired we didn’t care . If you’re looking for something high end don’t bother but you can tell they do care to keep it clean !

I chose this location because i saved 20 dollars. I will be spending the $20 next time. I heard the train, and other tenants. The hotel was old, i picked this location thinking it had free breakfast. It did not. None of my expectations were met.

The only thing I did not like was having pay for a damage deposit when I paid for the room that I have to rely on being returned in three or four days. Have never done this before. I was charged immediately and do not know why I cannot be refunded immediately. Would not stay here again because of this issue. On a good note, the pub across the street is probably the best one I have ever been to. Menu and ood were superb and the pies are beyond words
