This Super 8 is about what you’d expect from a Motel 6 level hotel. Staff are very nice and accommodating. The BIG problem are huge potholes in front of the parking lot. I returned to my room at night, didn’t see the crater on the right side of the parking lot and got sealed up bigtime. I checked for damage the next day and my radiator was lose. It’s a decent place to stay. Much cheaper than Holiday Inn Express. Just watch out for the potholes. Park on the left side.

Do not recommend this motel, outside door security was missing, halls reeked of smoking, everything was in disrepair, ran out of hot water in the shower, did not enjoy our stay, we will not be staying at Super 8 in the future.

I was told I would receive a receipt from is email after requesting one and I never received it. Very poor breakfast. Nothing like the photos. No juice since dispenser was broken our whole stay. None of the vending machines worked and were mostly empty. The place smelled like pot smoke. It was not a happy place.

It is a old hotel and need some serious updating. The carpets are really old and smell some. The towels can be improved very thin. I remember this place as a Truck stop years ago..Also should tell people there is NO elevator, My husband can not walk up 3 flights of stairs to a room. On the bright side the staff there are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.I"M sure with a little improvement it will be ok

The hotel is used as permanent living for many people, this was not disclosed by the website or hotel, the bottom for was under construction walls were ripped out, this was also not disclosed by the website. We had a one night stay and when we went to shower in the morning there was no hot water. This was known by the hotel staff prior to us checking in but they did not tell us that they knew until we reported the problem. They did serve a hot breakfast but it was an uncomfortable situation due to the permanent stay guests, there was a sign that stated basically that breakfast food must be eaten in the breakfast room, but people came and filled multiple plates with the food items like bread, and waffles. Putting butter and jelly in their pockets.

The guy who checked us in was the only nice thing about this property. It’s been a long time since I stayed in such a low quality motel. Smoking is allowed so our room was an ash tray. The carpets throughout are all stained and worn, the shower was dirty. All entrances are open with no key card needed. The loiterers outside make you nervous. Food places won’t deliver there and there’s no where to walk to. I’ve stayed in super 9 before and never had this experience. There’s no elevator so we got to walk up two flights with all the baby stuff. Overall it smells, looks, and feels bad. Our key stopped working, someone else also tried to get into our room because his key had the same room number. You won’t feel safe, clean or rested.

Spotlessly clean and front desk service was friendly and efficient. I know it is due for renovation and it needs it. Breakfast offerings were bagels and instant oatmeal. Nothing else. The coffee was excellent and I appreciate that the toiletries are eco friendly.

Do not stay here. Pics on Hotels.com are nothing like the actual room. Carpet stained and with holes. Cigarette holes in blankets, stains on bedding and skirt. Room stank of cigarette smoke, screen to window was cut open.

Where do I begin? The smell, or the filthy floors or the broken shower handle that just spun in circles…. Never knowing weather or not you were gonna get scalded or frozen. Better yet, the petrified burger from McDon’s mixed in w wrappers from 7 years ago. Burn holes in the bedding… I understand you get what you pay for but for the conditions 45 a night at best. I truly adored tho waking up to the 8 person hump fest in the room next door, literally was one of the best parts of the stay. With love The Midnight Revival Band

It was clean, the front desk staff were friendly, The bed was old, could feel the springs, but it was soft. The breakfast - Saturday, orange juice was out of order, there were bagels, no butter, no cream cheese, no bread so no toast, no muffins. Sunday had Eggs, sausage no bread, no serving utensils, no salt and no pepper. The last night the people above were stomping around and blasting music and m-f-ing each other up there till 2 am. REALLY unhappy about that. The hall carpets were very worn in places, and the key cards continuously stopped working, even when kept away from my phone like the front desk woman said. all minor things except for the noise and profanity of the last night.

Carpet on the floor is sticky, no wifi available in the room. Laundry cost 8$ for wash and dry but the spin on the washing machine doesn’t work well, the clothes very wet after finish, therefore after drying the clothes till not dry, wasted of my 8$ for the wet clothes!

Awesome staff, very welcoming. The woman at the front desk gave me a plastic fork so I could eat my dinner when I arrived. They were also very helpful when I had a last minute itinerary change. Little noisy due to the truck stop being next door but I know that’s out of their control.

My stay at this Super 8 was decent at best. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, but the hotel was missing some basic essentials — there was no iron or ironing board in the room, which was inconvenient. What really stood out, though, was the service. I had to get a replacement key late Saturday night, and I ended up waiting an hour before the front desk staff came to help me. That’s far too long, especially for something as simple as replacing a room key. Overall, this stay didn’t live up to the “Super” in Super 8. The basics were covered, but the lack of amenities and poor service made it hard to recommend.

Around 9 pm some woman came directly into our room (she had a working key). She was with the front desk man. She came into our room surprised saying 'there's someone already in there' to the front desk person who was clearly telling her to go into the room. I don't know what she or the front deskman were doing But it DEFINITELY did not give me confidence that the place was safe. It also smelled strongly of pot. Breakfast was terrible, but that wasn't a surprise.

The room was very nice. Check in took a while because the woman at the front desk made a mistake with the customer checking in that was in front of me and then someone called to book a reservation by phone. She did apologize for the longer than usual check in process. Overall, my wife and I liked our stay and our room.

It was a good deal for the price. We called ahead and said we’d be getting in around midnight or later. They assured us it’d be no problem. It wasn’t. Staff was at the desk, ready and waiting. Very efficient and pleasant. Room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom a bit dated…but seemed clean. Parking lot seemed full of trucks and commercial vehicles. That tells me the place is a good value…I’d agree.

The room was musky and damp, the smell was very distinct. The curtains had moth holes throughout them to the point I thought it was decorative. The breakfast was bread, no water or juice for the kids or any other options. Waste of money stay literally anywhere else.

Friendly staff and quick check-in and check-out. The room smelled musty, and the bathroom door would not close or lock. The juice machine at breakfast did not work therefore, the only beverages available to drink were tea and coffee. Overall, this property is adequate for overnight stays.

The staff was very friendly and check-in went fast and smooth. However the bed in the room was terrible. It had a very large dip in it that made getting comfortable impossible. Also the breakfast is a joke. No juice. No milk. No cereal. No eggs. No bacon. No sausage. No muffins. No donuts. No granola bars. Just a banana and an expired cup of yogurt.

Their breakfast was just a bagel that's it. No juice or milk or even cream cheese to put on the bagel. Nothing else was set . We did arrive early at 7 am and back again at 9 and that's all they put out.The hallway stunk.
