The main reason we choose this property for our stay was for the indoor pool. When we checked in I was told that the pool was and has been out of order. It would have been nice to be told this when making the reservation. The front desk clerk said that the pool has been out of service. If that is the case then they should not say they have a pool for their guests. They should list that the pool is out of order. I would have taken my family some place else that had a pool which is one reason why we went there.

This was an inexpensive place for my family to stay while on our mini Legoland vacation. The staff were all very helpful and friendly - especially the folks cleaning and putting on the breakfast in the morning. Our room was clean, the AC worked well, and the pool was great for the kids - important as the thermometer read 99 on the car in the parking lot!

The room walls were very thin because you can hear everything happening in the hallway. The ice machine on the floor did not work. The pool area smelled foul and the pool was dirty.

Parking and check in were easy. The room was generally clean but the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, the air conditioner was loud and the TV was broken. After discussion with management, we were told they knew that the problems exist but there was nothing they could do about it. Breakfast was ok- nothing special. We heard others complaining in the morning that the laundry facilities were broken. Seems we weren't the only guests who were disappointed.

We didn’t get there that late and no one was at the front, we had to call for someone who came out of the office. The place is clean and nice. The pool is too cold to use, even for my kids who love the pool. They ran out of pool towels, but gave me some at the front. They only have one roll away bed that was in-use by the time we got there. Breakfast was only okay.

The property is nice and clean. You have Taco Bell, Dunkin’ Donuts, McDonald’s Walgreens right across the street gas stations. Also the only issue that I had was with the bathroom smell of mole also, it had a lot of more underneath the shower the showerhead had a lot of green dirt. also for breakfast, there was no room to sit at not enough tables for such a big hotel overall, it was a nice place to stay.

The staff was really great. However, our room was on the main floor and it smelled like wet dogs. The room was also a bit dirty - the refrigerator door was sticky, old hair clip on the floor, bathroom tub drain did not work, etc. We won’t stay here again. Could be we got a bad room.

We arrived at the hotel about 3:00 in the afternoon. We soon discovered that the TV did not work. We contacted the front desk. They did nothing. We contacted them by phone later. They did nothing. We tried to contact them a 3rd time when we went to dinner. No one was at the desk, and they did not come when we rang the bell. The lack of response was upsetting. When we stayed here last week, the fire alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning, and we had to evacuate. We got no apology or explanation. The breakfast on that date was out of orange juice, eggs, sausage, muffins, and coffee cups. It was later replenished, but we were annoyed that we had to wait. We will not be back.

Constantly had to ask for more towels, wash cloths, and coffee. Rooms were not made up or checked every day. We would leave a tip on the bed which was taken without anything being done. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends.

The tv/remote wasn’t working. Someone had to come to the room twice to change channels. It was not resolved so staff left a second remote; one to operate sound, other for channel changing. And neither remote could access the guide. If any other button was pressed, it locked me out and staff needed to come back to reset it with a “special” remote that I could not use. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, particularly in the bathroom. I think it was traveling through the vent. The apples at breakfast, 3 out of 4, were old/rotten. The pool had no towels in their towel holder. It was not busy either. It just wasn’t stocked. The part that was most bothersome was that upon checkout, I was not asked how my stay was. I was handed a receipt only. I found that to be unprofessional. After I walked away, I thought better of it and returned to desk to give feedback even though it wasn’t asked of me. I am not confident that it made a difference.

Front desk young lady by the name of Alicia was not sure how to split a payment. She called one manager and then called another when was unclear and worked it out. She made the effort. Enjoyed our stay very much. Especially the breakfast which is included with stay. A1 quality breakfast.

We were awakened at 5:30 a.m. when the fire alarm went off, and everyone had to evacuate the building. We were allowed back in after a half hour. There was no apology, explanation, or compensation given by the staff. Also, there were no eggs, sausage, or cinnamon rolls, orange juice, and coffee cups at breakfast. This was disapppinting considering what we paid for the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only minor thing was breakfast. We had to wait for eggs. It might be that the place was booked and it took a while to bring out more eggs. The woman working the dining are really worked hard getting everything out. The pancake machine was broken. This led to everyone having eggs. Other than that, everything was fine.

The whole reason we booked this hotel was the breakfast and there was not enough seating and the pancake maker was out of service. The staff was great but our kids were very disappointed about the lack of pancakes and i was disappointed to eat cold eggs
