Amazing stay with the family! Breakfast was very good, the room was very big and comfortable. The only downside was the toilet paper holder that was broken, so the toilet paper kept falling on the floor… We used the pool, basketball court, all in very good condition. Very good location too!

Pictures online were a lot nicer than in person. One room vent was painted shut while another was broken completely. The pool would’ve been nice if it weren’t filled with bugs. The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. For the price, I’d expected more.

The first room we were given had a broken door between the toilet area and sink area. The next room had a large conference table in it. The bathroom had rolly polly bugs and later a cricket. There was a very noisy group of people across the hall. It sounded as if they were very happy and stayed up until 3 am. The pool area had a large group of family members of all ages. They left wet towels, trash and plastic water bottles all around the pool area. They used all the available towels. The next morning we went back to the pool and saw that the ladies room had not been cleaned. The floor was wet every where and a wet towel was in the sink. There were clean towels available, though, by the pool area. Breakfast was very good.

Generally speaking it’s okay for short stay! They need to do upgrades. The main elevator at the entrance has been out of order for long enough without repairs! One of their own staff told me so!

The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. Everything which is needed also for longer stay (e.g. couch, chairs, etc.) is there. Hence, also suited for longer stays while working entire time from room is really ok. Staff is partially numb and appears disconnected, while others are very friendly and nice. It's an inconsistent experience. The hotel is lacking maintenance and attention to detail. In the outside area and around the property the cleanliness is lacking (e.g. garbage here an there in the bushes, etc.). In my first room, there was a cockroach in the batch room. After reporting it to reception, I was given another room. Which was good. Having cockroaches in rooms is nevertheless a clear sign that something is not well in the property. The second room had a non-functioning dish washer (no water was coming). After reporting it to reception, they have sent someone and reported back that dish washer is working. Unfortunately, was not the case - same problem and I gave up. The kitchen appliances are rather a little older and - like the dishwasher - require potential renewal. Breakfast is typical crap. Unhealthy and crappy food of low quality. Sometimes even served from plastic plates and plastic cutlery.

The room was ok, but hadn't been cleaned well in awhile, and need some updating. The general condition of the hotel, again, was ok, but it is need of an update. Carpet was worn out in all the hallways. Elevators in need of some love, and the breakfast was not good at all. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean overall. What really irked me was that a $50 charge showed up for I don't know what, but discovered it after I returned home.

There was a dirty dish in the cupboard and the plastic cup in the bathroom wrapped in plastic was wet! Like they rinsed it and re-used it! Also the room smelled like cigarettes and chemicals.

Upon arriving at the hotel, everything initially appeared satisfactory. However, upon opening the refrigerator, we discovered it was dirty, with residue that could only be cleaned by disassembling it. The provided dish soap bottle was diluted with water, rendering it ineffective. The most concerning issue was the sofa bed. The sheets were riddled with holes, and one of the pillowcases had visible dry blood stains. When I reported this to the front desk, I was instructed to leave the sheets out so they could be replaced. I was also promised a credit for the inconvenience, but this credit was never issued. Additionally, the hotel requires guests to request room cleanings 24 hours in advance. While we did not request a cleaning due to being out frequently, one evening we returned to find that housekeeping had entered our room. They made the beds and left some towels but did not remove trash or clean. This partial service was puzzling and disappointing. Overall, the stay fell short of expectations due to these issues.

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I slept great despite the loud children in the hall late at night. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and the shower worked great with lots of water pressure. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with food. I would stay there again if I were in the area.

I loved everything about my stay at The Hyatt House Morristown! The check in was fast and easy, the staff were amazing and the Hotel was spotless and smelled amazing (the aroma of a Spa). The room was very clean and had everything a person would need when staying at a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Hotel is in excellent location. Feels safe and convenient. Room was outdated, blinds were broken and had huge stains. Kitchen towel had stain, air conditioning metal piece kind of dangling from ceiling, little mold by shower sliding door etc. Great room setup for us with two kids. Breakfast was typical and looked better than it tasted. They kept it clean and well stocked though.

Room and hotel was clean. My main concern was that the bathroom was inside the bedroom, very inconvenient for my husband and me. We were traveling with my mom who was staying on the sofa bed with my toddler. Also, the bed and pillows were not that comfortable and had a dip on my husbands side. I'll be sure to call the hotel next time to ensure the bathroom is not through the main bedroom. Bar was nice but breakfast was average, had enough of a variety.

We stayed in a one bedroom king suite. The room was clean, and great value for the price. It was exactly as in the website photos. Kitchen area full with appliances, sitting area with tv and pull out couch, separate bedroom with tv and bathroom with stand up shower. Perfect for our weekend's needs.

I arrived very late and the night staff member greeted me as though it were the middle of the day. He was personable, respectful, and highly capable. The suite was fabulous - very well designed, furnished, and spacious, to say nothing of clean! I wish I could have stayed longer.

I realize that this might be a possibly isolated event however, it was an absolutely terrible experience. I arrived with notice that I was checking in late and arrived about 15 minutes before midnight… There was absolutely nobody there. No one in the lobby, no one in the back office… After 30 minutes, I called the police because I started getting worried something was really wrong… Eventually at about 12:30 in the morning, another representative from a different Hyatt came. He was a shining light and incredibly nice, and I don’t want this review to reflect on him in anyway, he was the best! That being said, he didn’t have access to the computers and long story short, I didn’t even get into my room until after 1 AM! Needless to say, this was an absolute awful experience, and I can’t believe Hotels.com has not refunded my money, even though I called them. I was on hold with them for quite a while with no resolution or offer to help my predicament. They just kept saying they were calling the property even though I told them I was right there and could hear them calling the VACANT front desk…no offer to help or refund me to go somewhere else, pretty sad, just kept putting me on hold or sending me to “a specialist”

Staff are always pleasant and great. Meredith the manager and Thomas were excellent! My stay is always great ! However , I did let Thomas know that in room 357 the sink stopper was ver low and water would back up so my son had to use my room.. Always great with giving me extra towels for my Autism son .i have been staying here for 5 years + . Always pleasant! Thank you for such a great hotel to visit. We love Hyatt House and Morristown!

I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait for 15 min. And longer. I try to reach them for 2 hours I have to go to front desk to ask, You have this big hotel to run and no one answer the phone?? I request the towel and it was not bring it after anyway. So for the price I spend. Is not very happy. Otherwise the food everything is fine

The hotel is located conveniently close to 287. The unit was well stocked with kitchen needs. Large bathroom with separate room with shower and toilet. My only suggestion is the pillows could be at least a standard size as they are too small for the king size bed. Bed was comfortable.

The property is in a bad location that is difficult to access and to exit. The people staying in the room above me were loud (I could hear them stomping and a bass from music or a tv) until 11:30 at night. The phone in my room doesn’t work so I couldn’t call housekeeping or the front desk with concerns). My room was in the far back of the hotel and it felt like being in Siberia because it was so far away from the lobby.

The room is large. The kitchen was helpful since there is no restaurant unlike what the website said. I specifically looked for a hotel with a restaurant. Would have cancelled but had a no cancellation agreement. Very disappointing. The facilities are dated though clean. Could use fleshing up. Very difficult to access the entrance.

Room has enough space. It was nice and quiet place, and comfortable to stay. But limited dining around there. Also not a good location to walk or run outside as there is basically no walk/run road there. But overall it was good hotel to stay

Weird, it looked like people were living in the hotel. Parking was a separate fee - luckily we were compensated. Hotel smelled old or like pot. Coffee was good. Bed was comfortable. Location is hard to enter/exit given the traffic lights.

The room and beds were fantastic. The shower was perfect with adequate water pressure and controllable heat setting. The suite was perfect for the stay and parking was good. It was easy to see that at one time this facility was a top notch place in the community. Time has a way of taking away the beauty it once held. The only disappointing part was the lack of or non existence of food service at this property. We had to order out for delivery or drive into town to eat.

The rooms were really beaten up for a Hyatt hotel. Breakfast was TERRIBLE! Almost black bananas and oven French fries instead of breakfast potatoes. Swimming pool was so cold we couldn’t swim. Just really disappointing for the price and expectation of this brand.
