Le spa ferme à 19h, donc très tôt à mon avis. Nous n’avons pas été informé de l’endroit de la Piscine, qu’il y avait table de billard, jeu sur place, etc. Service à la réception à de gros manques malheureusement.

We spend wonderful 3 Days in Sacacomie. The nature is incredible. We enjoyed the SPA with a great view and loved that canoes are to rent for free at the beach!

Dépaysement total. Agréable avec deux enfants en bas âge (1an et demi et 4ans). Activités adaptées avec possibilités de faire des randonnées, de la barque sur le lac Sacacomie et le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux. Désagrément pendant le séjour, la piscine de l'hôtel était fermée pour maintenance pendant 2 jours et pas de possibilité offerte par le management comme l'ouverture du spa pour combler ce désagrément.

Ce n’est PAS optimal pour les familles. Les photos des magnifiques piscines extérieurs sont en fait 14ans et+ (le spa) donc pas de piscine extérieur familiale. Chose à savoir avant. Pour aller à la plage, des tonnes d’escaliers en piètre état et non éclairées le soir. + la plage est super, propre, claire, chaude et de supers embarcations :) *avant de descendre assure toi d’avoir tout ton stock,Apporte un anti mouches noirs c’est super intense. Pour manger y’a juste le resto assez cher et peu accueillant c’est pas mal la seule manière de manger à un endroit cute! On s’est trouvé un mini endroit mais c’était rempli de clous rouillés au sol on a des photos, c’était ridicules et dangeureux. On s’est fait réveiller à 7h par des gars de construction, on a filmé tellement le bruit était intense. La piscine intérieur est belle mais ferme à 20h et les vitres comme sur les photos sont tellement abimés qu’on voit pas vrmt la superbe vue. Y’a pas réellement d’arcade, une table de pool et 2 vieilles machines. Ne réserve pas si tu n’est pas certain d’avoir un balcon sinon très ordinaire. Je le conseil aux couple pour le spa incroyable ! Les vtt et trottinettes étaient brisés J’aurais aimé après tout ça au moin un service à l’écoute et qui cherche une solution pour nous, le gérant me traitait presque de menteuse ayant eu un trouble avec ma réservation, on voyage toujours à 5 et là c’était écrit seul, il n’est jamais venu nous voir ou juste s’excuser pour le cumulatif.

Site mal entretenu. N’a pas été rafraîchi en 25 ans. Tapis brun. Porte patio ne barrant pas et communicante avec d’autres chambres. L’air était vicié dans la partie spa et dans les corridors, ça sent la cuisine. Bonne bouffe et service courtois. À la plage, certaines chaises brisées. Hôtel rafistolé avec des escaliers partout et très sombre. Je comprends qu’on retrouve une clientèle européenne principalement.

Great view and amazing location. However, the food is really average and pricy for what it is . The pool really needs an uplift and to have access to the spa pools (which are nicer), they asked you to pay a daily spa fee 40$+. The rooms do not have A/C. The bellboy(sir) and the gentleman for the water activities are amazing but the rest of the staff needs some training on customer service.

En entrant dans l'hôtel, en pleine été, 25 degrés celcius, au milieu du lobby il y avais un feu allumé et de la fumée qui nous étouffe??? Chambres sales en tapis tâché malpropres (même du tapis dans la salle de bain). Restaurant extrêmement trop cher pour la qualité plus que ordinaire. Dernière fois, ne vaut pas le déplacement. Toiture de l'hotel tombe en ruine, gouttières pendantes, moisissures au plafond des toilettes du lobby.

Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber (staubig). Das Personal im Restaurant hat sich teilweise wenig Mühe gegeben Sprachbarrieren zu überbrücken. Essen wurde uns ohne ein Wort auf den Tisch gestellt. Da alle anderen Brot bekamen, haben wir nachgefragt. Wortlos bekamen wir es an den Tisch. Scheinbar beleidigt haben wir die Kellnerin nicht mehr an unserem Tisch gesehen, sondern eine andere, die noch weniger englisch konnte als wir, sich aber Mühe gegeben hat. Alles in allem ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.

The surrounding of this property are stunning, they have a lake view and plenty of trails, lots of wildlife etc. Our room was a good size, but it was very dusty and not updated. Food was fine, but expensive and the cafeteria like restaurant was very loud, especially with kids and large groups eating.

Die Lage ist top und die View atemberaubend 10 von 10 Punkten. Im Juni viele Flies, Bugs und Mosquitos. Ohne Netz über Kopf nicht aushaltbar. Hierfür kann jedoch das Hotel nichts. Service und Freundlichkeit gut. Essen gut aber nichts Besonderes. Die Unterkunft ist stark renovationsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind SEHR spartanisch und bei Kurzaufenthalten wird keine Reinigung angeboten. Auch den Müll muss man selber vor die Türe stellen. Das Ganze ist nicht 4Sterne-würdig. Auch der Indoor-Poolbereich ist alt und renovationsbedürftig. Preis/Leistung eher schlecht. Sehr teuer. War schöner Aufenthalt, würde jedoch nicht wieder buchen.

Heureusement séjourner qu’une seule nuit . Alentours vraiment époustouflant mais les chambres sont vieillottes, pas très propres et sans eau chaude car changement de la chaudière apparement ..

Personnel impeccable! Chambre confortable mais vieillotte et poussiéreuse. L’hôtel manque d’amour (toit qui s’effrite, tapis usé dans les corridors, etc.). Mais somme toute, on a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Nous avons eu chaud 🌡️🌡️ Chambre pas très équipé, sans air climatisé et sans TV , la TV ne nous a pas manqué mais l'air Climatisé oui, il devait faire 30 degré dans la chambre une chance qu' il y avait un ventilateur au plafond et un autre d'appoint...Autre Bémol, le restaurant est hors de prix!! Une entrée à 20$ avec 6 petit calmars frit et une mini salade!! Les enfants 16$ pour 3 petit Pogo de l'épicerie sans breuvage et sans dessert...plat des adultes 38$, un saute aux crevettes avec 5 crevettes au maximum pis pas des géante :). J'ai eu l'impression de me faire avoir..Il devrait installé des tables à pique nique au niveau de l' hôtel sans être obligé de descendre à la plage :) Une chance que nous avons manger seulement une fois sinon rien que de restos ça nous aurait coûté 1000$! Nous sommes resté 2 nuits et aucun ménage n'a été fait... même pas vidé les poubelles, changement de serviettes...rien du tout! Un hôtel qui paraît de luxe mais honnêtement on en est loin... Même à notre départ la réceptionniste ne nous a même pas demandé si on avait passé un bon séjour, seulement me dire le montant que je devais wow.. Pour moi c'est presque du jamais vu.. Sinon les points positifs, plage super avec embarcations à notre disposition, personnel sympa, le chasseur à l'entrée Guy super, les sentiers de randonnée, couché de ☀️ et vue extraordinaire sur le lac Sacacomie!! Voilà en espérant que cela vous aide :)

camera sporca e vecchissima, infissi rotti, un bastone per tenere ferma la ns porta finestra, classifcato 4 stelle, incredibile. Nel ns Trentino Alto Adige un normalissimo 3 stelle ne vale 18 rispetto a questo hotel tanto decantato. bella la location ma niente di più di molte altre viste nel ns percorso.

Le bâtiment aurait besoin d’être rénové. Il n’y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres ni de frigo ou de coffre. La literie grinçait et les sanitaires fuyaient. Cela étant, nous avons remonté l’ensemble de notre problématique à la réception de l’hôtel qui a su agir en conséquence. Un grand merci pour l’attention que le personnel a porté à nos réclamations. L’endroit n’en reste pas moins magique, le restaurant très bon.

Très belle endroits, voir spectaculaire ! Point négatifs: pas air climatisé, l'accès a la plage difficile d'accès, pas de frigo a la chambre. Sinon c'est un site exceptionnel !

Superbe hôtel tout en bois au bord d’un lac complètement gelé, très bon restaurant et service. Seule critique, la chambre ne correspondait pas à celle réservée sur le site, plus petite, pas de balcon et au dessus du bar, donc bruyante, dommage. J’ai demandé un changement qui n’a pas été accepté, la directrice rejetant la faute sur hôtels.com! Autre point, aucune chambre n’est équipée de TV comme mentionné sur le site. Not recommended, it charged me extra $50 coz my boy is 15yrs. But when i booked on expedia, i already send my kids age clearly which didnt say any extra charge. This hitel there is no AC in the room, the day we stay there is 38 degree feels like 45,,,at night its hard to sleep so humid and no circulation in the room. The old fun made big noise which bothering our sleeping.

Malheureusement les chambres ne sont plus adaptées au besoin d’aujourd’hui. Très très petite, aucune TV, pas d’air climatisé ! Il manque un peu d’amour au bâtiment vue de l’arrière.

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im seitlichen Trakt wie im Abseits, keine Aussicht nach nirgendwo. Der Der Lift war defekt, den weiteren Lift haben wir so unglaublich gehört, dass wir meinten er verläuft in unseren Raum und alle Benutzer steigen nun bei uns aus bzw. ein... Das Interieur in diesem unteren Trakt war alt und abgenutzt. Der Teppich auf dem Flur kaputt und das Essen am Abend kam lauwarm aber sehr schmackhaft daher, wenn man kühleres Essen mag. Das Frühstück - gegen Aufpreis, war mässig fein, was jedoch das durchweg freundlich herzliche Personal wett machte. Die Möglichkeiten zur Wanderung ist mega- unbedingt Mückenspray benützen! Und die Eingangshalle, die Bar und Terrasse sind ansprechend. Das Feuer im Eingangsbereich lädt zum verweilen und plaudern ein. Viele tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge bekommen und herzliche Gespräche geführt. Ob wir wieder kämen- eher nein.

Beautiful view, a lot of activities, everyone is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are very "authentic" No AC, and only a small window. our room was on the second floor it got warm and felt a little stuffy. The restaurant was good but not great but the terrasse offered a breathtaking view on the lake. The beach is nice and has a lot of kayaks and other water activity equipment. When we got there they had a lot of rain. A lot of black flies. it's Nature in Quebec. Also there are the SPA that are small but really nice. Overall we loved the experience.

Très décevant! Une arrivée à 16:00 hres comme convenu, chambre non conforme à ce qu’on voulait et pas prête à notre arrivée! Chambre minimaliste et sans charme. Service, confort, propreté qui laisse fortement à désirer! En plus du bruit en pleine nuit! Tout simplement pas accueillant!!! Pour notre anniversaire en plus, rarement été déçue comme ça!

Gorgeous hotel. Would stay again, but I’d happily pay more for a room with view, it’s so beautiful. Lots of bugs in spring, bring appropriate clothes and spray if you want to go hiking especially. Food is good but expensive. Good coffee. Free kayak, sup, etc to go on the stunning lake. Nice trails, microbrasserie nearby. Shops (supermarket) 10 min drive Not all rooms have airco. They let us switch rooms during heatwave, which was extremely nice and appreciated! Merci!! Loved being here!

1 nuit pour 3 adultes, ça a coûté 1 025$ pour 1 nuitée, accès au spa, dîner, souper et déjeuner Le site a besoin d'amour. C'est propre mais vieux comme s'il n'y avait pas eu d'amélioration depuis la construction des bâtiments. Le spa Geos manque d'espace de repos ainsi que de chaises longues pour se coucher. Les endroits pour accrocher serviettes et peignoirs sont tous sur des patère très proches, les gens ne partent pas avec leur peignoir, ils prennent ceux des autres. Le restaurant est cher. C'est bon mais ça ne vaut pas les prix. Je trouve qu'il y a abus sur les prix du restaurant et on n'a pas d'autre choix à proximité. Manque de transparence sur les prix qui incluent le pourboire, on a donc mis un 2e pourboire lors du premier repas. Qu'on a pu faire enlever quand on a constaté au 2e repas que c'était inclus. Il y a eu un problème de facturation de la chambre, ils m'ont surfacturé de 66$. Je les ai contacté plus tard après mon checkout, ils ont corrigé mais j'ai quand même perdu du temps. Les employés étaient tous très sympathiques et bon service à la clientèle.

The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The spa staff was VERY rude and dismissive. The pictures of the hotel are misleading. It is not in good condition. It is also not air conditioned. The view is beautiful and the location is secluded and peaceful though.

Great view and amazing location. However, the food is really average and pricy for what it is . The pool really needs an uplift and to have access to the spa pools (which are nicer), they asked you to pay a daily spa fee 40$+. The rooms do not have A/C. The bellboy(sir) and the gentleman for the water activities are amazing but the rest of the staff needs some training on customer service.

Il n’y avait pas l’air climatisée dans l’hôtel, il faisait 27 degré dans notre chambre. Nous avons également été très déçus du service à la clientèle, nous sommes partis 2 heures après le check in et il était impossible de se faire rembourser.

De ligging en uitstraling van het hotel zijn geweldig. Ze kunnen meer aandacht besteden aan het meubilair op de kamers. Helaas kunnen ze voor ontbijt en diner vragen wat ze willen, omdat er niets in de buurt is. De sfeer is prima in het hotel.

Beau secteur. Excellent service. Tout est cependant très cher, donc du point de vue qualité-prix c’est moyen. Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite l’hôtel est à éviter. Très belle vue. Lac avec une belle plage mais accessible en empruntant plusieurs escaliers et en marchant environ 15-20 minutes.

The hotel offers beautiful views and is set in a beautiful location. The entire building is made of wood, giving it a warm, cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. That said, we don’t plan to return, as we felt restricted by the schedule and reservation policies. We stayed for one night, but the spa only opens at 10:00 a.m. and checkout is at 11:00 a.m., which left very little time to enjoy it. Dining was also inconvenient, reservations were required for every meal, and the only available times were either very early or very late, even though the restaurant was half empty. Staff explained this was to avoid everyone showing up at once, but the restaurant was half empty, especially for breakfast. Lastly, we were surprised to see a mandatory 13% tip automatically added to our bill. While we had every intention of tipping, we believe it should be left to the guest’s discretion based on the service provided. Food and drink pices are comparable to what you'd find in New York or Vancouver.If you are going there, try to book a package.

La chambre était très confortable et belle, nous avions la vue sur l’eau alors le séjour était d’autant plus relaxant. Par contre lorsqu’on ne prends pas le forfait, qui est à 228$ par jour, on doit payer le restaurant qui est hors de prix pour la quantité. Nous étions prêts à payer mais n’étions pas prêts aux portions minuscules. Très déçus même si les repas étaient excellents.

The surrounding of this property are stunning, they have a lake view and plenty of trails, lots of wildlife etc. Our room was a good size, but it was very dusty and not updated. Food was fine, but expensive and the cafeteria like restaurant was very loud, especially with kids and large groups eating.

This hotel has clearly lost its former glory due to years of underinvestment. While the location is beautiful, the property feels tired and the staff seem disengaged. Our room was directly above a generator, making it impossible to sleep properly because of the constant noise. The terrace was unsafe for children, with a loose railing and gaps in the floor. We also found old medication under the bed, raising concerns about housekeeping. A disappointing experience that falls below the standard expected for a hotel of this reputation.

Beautiful location with one of the more stunning views for al fresco dining you'll ever experience. Restaurant does a great job. Staff is friendly. Rooms and hallways need a refresh. No AC rooms, but ceiling fan helped. No TVs in rooms or USB ports. A small, windowless TV lounge is available. Ice machine was leaking all over carpet on lower floor. Enjoyed my stay but the place is a little rough around the edges for the price.

The hotel is in it to make money, and they keep certain things concealed until you agree to buy. Beware, i got a resort fee of $19/ person per night (frais de vilegiature) on my credit card 3 weeks after i stayed, and this was after i asked for a printed receipt upon checkout. I will not be returning
