Chase Suite Hotel Newark Fremont

We had one of these rooms. The toilet did not flush, and I had to open the lid on the toilet to manually flush it. Also, the TV in our room stopped working. I was very unhappy with both the toilet and TV not working during our stay.

The check in staff was exceptional!! The room was nice and homey. We didn't use the pool and we didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on these items. I would stay here again. The location was ideal and the price good.

Great hotel all in all

Best bang for your buck especially if you are a big family like me.

Jennifer at the front desk was definitely the hostess with the mostest. She was amazing, super helpful and nice. Our suite had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The only thing that they did not have was firewood for the fireplace, which was a bummer. The hotel has an ample amount of parking and is close to everything. We would stay again when in Newark.
