The entire staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel was clean and up to date. I loved my stay for my friends wedding it was perfect. My only gripe is a lost two dollars in quarters to the vending machine and it didn’t give me anything. I was so thirsty lol but I got a bucket of ice and that worked. 5 stars I just don’t like the vending machine. I’m timid I didnt bring the issue up to any employees as it was such a minimal thing.

The staff at Quality Inn was the best part of the stay. They were personable and friendly. We traveled with a pet and this is definitely a pet friendly space. The hotel seems to be a little older but not in disrepair. Clean towels and linens. The pool was available but a little too cold for our liking. We stayed in a two bed suite and it had plenty of space as well as a door that closed off the bedroom area from the living space! Great for traveling with kids and pets. Had a good variety at breakfast.

Our room was very nice and clean. It was quiet and so relaxing. The staff was very nice and amazing. Even the other guest were very friendly. I enjoyed having breakfast with everyone and seeing us all get along. I will definitely be staying here again.

The room was spacious, although dated and rundown. The carpets needed to be vacuumed and the elevator smelled STRONGLY like marijuana smoke. Our room, from time to time, also smelled like pot. We discussed this with an employee when we checked out and she seemed very disinterested. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and there were two guests at breakfast who were barefoot. The size of the room was great; the cleanliness and the smell was not.

Checked in and was given a room that was dirty. Had to go back down to lobby and wait to let tell them since there was several people checking in. Once I let them know the room was dirty they did apologize-- but then they had to do some reconfiguring of rooms since evidently they were sold out. Once they were able to figure things out they did indeed give us a new room--- only this "new" room already had someone staying in it-- and I walked in on this person-- who happened to be in the bathroom...right by the door... No need to explain further with that. I went back to the check in desk-- and had to wait yet again. Once I told them the room they gave me was already occupied they were astonished and told me "there shouldn't be anyone in that room" -- Well I am here to tell you that wasn't a naked ghost. The staff then scurried around and then they called the poor kid in the room I walked in on and told him to come downstairs since he was in the "wrong room". WHAT? they gave him a key -- that worked... Yes-- We did NOT end up staying here. We were afraid of what might happen next 😉

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were nice and very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very soft sheets! We will certainly recommend this Quality Inn to family and friends!

We had a wedding to go to at the LV and it was such an easy drive, very convenient. Pros: - good breakfast. They had a waffle maker, toast, yogurt, sausage, eggs, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, muffins) - the bed was very comfortable and blankets were very warm - the room seems very large - staff was very nice -mini fridge very cold. Froze my drink. - large body size mirror. Great for getting ready for events. Cons: - our room shared a wall with the elevator. Heard it going while trying to sleep. Walls seemed pretty thin. -tv was kinda blurry *we did not use the pool or shower so I cannot comment on them* Overall the stay was nice. Im sure if our room was not next to the elevator, it would have been better!

Customer service was average. But, our room was terrible. It looked like there was a nasty fight in there. The bathroom mirror was cracked. The shower curtain rod was hanging from the wall. The tv stand was broken and there were burn holes in the curtains. On a positive note, the bed was super comfortable. But, there was also dead bugs in the corner of the bathroom. I personally would look else where.

The manager was rude and had a terrible attitude. She yelled at me and also told me if I was unhappy with my stay I’m welcome to leave. The assistant general manager was the one I spoke with and yelled at me and recommended me leaving instead of offering to clean the room that we just checked into that was not cleaned!!! The bed was slept in there was dirty towels on the floor! Our other room my toddler found a vape that was left in the room but was not a concern to the manager. My 11 year old read through the ‘Q’ list provided in each room about the quality of service and the quality of time taken to ensure the utmost happiness and satisfaction for the customers and looks at me and says ‘apparently the manager didn’t read the signs provided in each room’. These are just a few of the over all issues I had with this location. Recommend to not book this hotel until new management is put in place!!!

Very nice staff!!!! Gentlemen that checked us in (works overnites), was very friendly, nice, funny... Sure hope he had a Happy Birthday!!! The ladies that worked mornings were friendly, also. From front desk to housekeeping!!!! Also, Our room was very very clean!!!!

Love the breakfast and the free coffee in the lobby all day. It was always fresh. The guy at the desk was very nice. There is a little road construction but the entrance to the hotel was marked great!! Love how close everything is. Good dining options

The "free" breakfast was pretty poor. The toaster didn't toast. The peanut butter didn't taste right and the coffee was really bad. When we got off the elevator to go to our room on the 3rd floor, there was a piece of dog poop or human? not sure right across from the elevator. I went to tell the front desk staff twice but no one was there both times. Room was clean.

It was clean but lots of wear. The hotel says newly renovated but some things obviously weren’t. I appreciated it being bug free and the linens were clean. The pull out sofa had lots of stains and the lamp shades were also very stained. Those are obvious as soon as you enter the room and should be cleaned or replaced. The breakfast was fairly good and the staff was polite. I’ve definitely stayed in worse for the same dollar but I think it was overpriced still. Also some homeless man came up as I was leaving with my family acting a fool. Definitely thought I might have to defend me or my family. I didnt address his aggressive demeanor and just kept watch. He went through the trash a bit and then walked away yelling gibberish.
