Breakfast was great as was the pool bar and the pool itself. Personnel have changed during the last years, but still great specially at the breakfastroom and pool bar. Hotel is clean and nice and in great location. If I have to say something negative, let it be that minibar was not filled daily. But overall very nice hotel and I will probably book a room again when I get next time to Phuket.

I had a great stay at Nipa resort ! Although it is an older property, but it is pretty good condition and the free breakfast and me to order eggs was great. They had enough food options for everyone including Thai breakfast in the morning as well as American breakfast too. The staff was helpful whenever I needed them. Kris was great to help me check out at 4:30 in the morning. The pool was lively, and I saw people of all ages, relaxing and chilling and reading books etc. it is very close to the Patong beach and walking distance is only about 8 to 9 minutes. Being a solo female traveler, I felt safe at this location. Overall, for the area I was in this was a nice hotel, and good value for money. I could possibly return here on my next trip. From the front reception desk to the room cleaning maids, to the kitchen and dining room staff, to the forecourt attendants, to the onsite tourism event booking agency, to the swimming poolside bar, the service was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Nipa Resort is situated within easy walking distance of many shops, amenities, and tourist attractions and is well serviced by various transportation options. We found the staff to be unobtrusive but always a nearby presence to provide service and support.

The hotel needs renovations, hot water works when it wants, water pressure is low, power outlets are low voltage, and wifibis really slow. The pool and bar were good. Breakfast was good and not repetitive. The motorcycle rental on the property is a bonus since getting around is a must.

Hotel and facilities exelent, staff fantastic, location very good for shopping and nightlife. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to and from the beach. Pool was brilliant, lots of chairs and a bar. Restaurant and food very nice.

We were given a lower grade room so I had to complain to get the room I booked. From then on...all top notch. Swimming pool was great and enjoyed a dip every day. As for parking, they should not say they have on site parking as only 3 places for the whole resort! Breakfast was good, almost very good. All in all, recommended.

This location was great to get everywhere. Anything you could want is within a 2 min walk. The beach was about an 8 min walk down one straight road. Everyday they came in and tidied our rooms and it was like we just checked in. The breakfast was both Canadian and Thai. Great choices, nice location in the hotel and the staff were very kind and efficient. The coffee machine was super quick and no line ups. Lol Beautiful pool with a bar, elevator for those who need it. Would def stay here again.

We just stayed at Nipa Resort and we loved it. Our family room was spacious and very clean.. beds were comfortable. The pool area was amazing and we used it every day. Breakfast was excellent and was changed up every day.. staff were so good, always smiling and so polite.

I do not recommend this hotel at all and I do not intend to revisit this hotel again. The room was very old style. So many mosquitos around the hotel including the room. Male front desk employee was not friendly and helpful.

Everyday they came in and tidied our rooms and it was like we just checked in. The breakfast was both Canadian and Thai. Great choices, nice location in the hotel and the staff were very kind and efficient. The coffee machine was super quick and no line ups. Lol Beautiful pool with a bar, elevator for those who need it. Would def stay here again.

Le déjeuner est un buffet très varié pour rejoindre tous les goûts! Tout est très bon! Nous avons adoré le buffet. La piscine et son environnement est merveilleux et tellement beau avec les lumières le soir! Et j’ai adoré le balcon dans notre chambre.

Great for the price, the staff was very lovely and friendly which is very important, so we are very grateful of their service and care. The building is overall very nice with thai style, nice pool, good size beds,confortable rooms and very good service clean!. Also very good located in Patong for walking distance. The only feedback to improve maybe more variety for the breakfast and also they were doing some renovations during the day, which makes bit too noisy in the rooms.

When do you the shower even will closing the shower curtain, the water still run at.the edge of the bathtub beside the wall. We have to put 2 towels to stop the water.

It's very close to the beach and main attraction areas. The room is nice and the staff are very helpful. But I assume most tourists mainly aim for the pool and beach, so the gym is quiet and not all the cardio equipment works.

Great for the price, the staff was very lovely and friendly which is very important, so we are very grateful of their service and care. The building is overall very nice with thai style, nice pool, good size beds,confortable rooms and very good service clean!. Also very good located in Patong for walking distance. The only feedback to improve maybe more variety for the breakfast and also they were doing some renovations during the day, which makes bit too noisy in the rooms.
