Unfortunately the hallways were being redone with wallpaper. It made it look terrible but it is temporary. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff was great!

Decent property for the area. Room was average in cleanliness, bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I did not try the breakfast so I can’t rate that. Biggest complaint is the elevator is broken (still!). I stayed there last week and again this week. The elevator was broken last week and I was dismayed to find out it was broken again this week! I assumed (my mistake) it would be fixed by now. Both times my room was on the second floor. Fortunately, I don’t have any health or mobility issues that kept me from using the stairs. But, if I had a lot of luggage I would have been ticked off. The facility doesn’t offer a discount or any compensation for the not having a working elevator. In fact, they just have a sign at the front desk saying “sorry for your inconvenience “….. which is basically saying “as long as you continue to pay full rate to stay here we’re not going to be in a hurry to fix the elevator”. It’s too bad Expedia doesn’t have a way to notify potential guests about issues like this.

Check in was very courteous and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Would certainly stay there again. Hotel is in the process of refurbishing and is with showing a little bit of age, but the cleanliness made up for it.

Nice and friendly staff at the front desk. The elevator was broken, so we had to carry our suitcase up the stairs. There was no lotion in the room and we were told there was none available at the property. The phone at front desk was never answered, even though the lady was sitting right there. Probably a system malfunction and not the lady’s fault.

Thevhotel need a redmodel really bad. When we checked in the room appeared cleaned till we began to look we noticed hair, black pubes hair and other blonde hair in the fridge and lots long dark hair through out the bathroom. Then we seen a cockroach crawling up the.

Upon checking in and receiving our room key we discovered that the room had not been cleaned, beds unmade. Desk clerk gave us another room which was also uncleaned with bed unmade. We were told breakfast started at 6am. We were there at 6:05 only to be told breakfast started at 7:00 am. Totally unacceptable! We will not return.

The room was in decent condition; however, there was a slightly musty smell, due to it being an older hotel. It’s fair to say there were two events going on this weekend that caused hotels to be sold out in the area. I booked and paid for my double bed room in advance but actually received a room with a King bed and a sleeper sofa. I was disappointed and continue to not understand why what I requested, booked and paid for was not honored. It was booked based on what the system said was available. When I mentioned it to staff as I was leaving, the receptionist at the desk was friendly and apologetic and named that the room with a sofa bed was an intentional compromise.

Fast and friendly check in by Shantal who granted my request for a first floor room. The side entrance nearest our room had an overhang which dropped water on us from the above air conditioner. Sidewalk in front of the door was very wet as a result. The bed was comfortable and real cotton sheets are appreciated over microfiber sheets that make me hot. Unfortunately, the carpet felt very damp to me. Poor shower design resulted in a wet floor. Breakfast Room needs new furniture! See Photos. Quality of scrambled eggs and sausages were subpar can get to breakfast at other hotels. It was a mini waffle maker, a selection of two different types of yogurt, three cereals, and oatmeal packets. Coffee was hot and plentiful! Tried to add photos but was unable.

We asked for a handicap accessible room and got it. It was a great room, but it was too close to the lobby and there was a lot of chatting and activity so it was noisy. If you need a handicap room ask if there is one further away from the lobby.

My room was changed from two beds to one without my ok. I showed them my booking for two rooms and I was told it was changed because they were overbooked. This made for an uncomfortable couple of nights. Breakfast was pitiful. There was only bacon and cold items. No hot items such as eggs or biscuits. Checkout attendant was very rude.

Accommodations were fine but the staff were the real stars. Everyone was so friendly! Everyone was smiling and pleasant and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which is really impressive on a holiday when I am sure they would rather be with friends and family. Definitely would stay there again just because of the staff.

there wasn't anything negative about the property. I had been driving for 10 hours and needed a place to sleep and this was close to the highway, it was clean, the people were friendly when I checked in so it was all I needed to serve my purpose and of the three or four hotels in the area the price was the best.

Rug in front of the connecting door was extremely worn down to the pad in about a 2 foot diameter area. Bed was very comfy. Thanks. Lobby area in very nice shape and had a nice look. Breakfast was pitiful! Wonder meat "sausage" ( i think ?) Bisquits & some gooey looking gravy was beyond bad! Only hard boiled eggs. Broken juice machine...arghh! Awful coffee. Wife said it had a funny taste but i tasted nothing that resembled coffee? Why bother. Junk the horrible meat & congealed gravy & get some acceptable coffee!!

Disappointing for a Marriott, but it’s an older one. The breakfast was supposed to be good, and it was awful. That’s why I picked it because my husband loves his breakfast. Otherwise the room was clean and the hostess was very very nice.
