Overall it's a nice hotel with good food, attentive staff and generally very clean. The rooms aren't that modern but they're absolutely fine. The immediate surrounding area is very run down and derelict. Due to rocks on the shoreline this prohibits a safe access to the water. You need to walk a fair way up the coast before you can walk into the sea from a sandy beach. A small thing which was annoying to me was the dress code for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This was not explained at the time of my booking, resulting in me having to purchase new shoes trousers and collared shirts just so I could access the hotel restaurants.

We were very kindly given an upgrade when we booked in, the suite we were allocated was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredible, kind, courteous and efficient. The food was wonderful and facilities amazing, would recommend to Antone

Staff and amenities were lovely. The heated pools were freezing - around 23 degrees even though it was really hot - around 30 degrees whilst we were there. I think the pools could have been warmer but would still stay again if we were to go back to Fuerteventura.

Sehr ansprechendes 5 Sterne Hotel mit wunderschönen Zimmern (und wenn man ihn bucht) auch mit fantastischem Meerblick. Sehr freundliches Personal. Jeden Abend Live Musik an der Bar. Leider ist der Pool nicht allzu stark beheizt. Ebenso der super schöne Whirlpool, der aufgrund seiner Temperatur leider nie von irgendjemand benutzt wurde. Hatten das Hotel auch wegen der Spezialitätenrestaurants gebucht, da wir kein Buffet mögen. Diese sollten unbedingt sofort nach der Ankunft für alle Tage reserviert werden, ansonsten sind sie meist ausgebucht. Essen ist dort sehr gut, wenn auch deutlich teuer als auswärts und in sehr überschaubaren Portionen. Etwas schade ist die Stimmung dort. (Keine Musik, Tische stehen wie im Buffetsaal, Essen wird sehr schnell serviert, so dass man recht schnell auch wieder fertig ist). Insgesamt schönes Hotel für eine Wohlfühlwoche, auch wenn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher mittelmäßig ist.

I liked the staff and the rooms. The pool could do with more sun beds as at peak times there were not enough. You had to get a towel early. The beach area is ok. The buffet is great with a lot of options.

Excellent hôtel, très relaxant, avec très belle vue sur la mer et magnifique architecture et service. Restaurants de grande qualité. Eau de la piscine extérieure un peu froide, mais il y a une grande piscine intérieure bien chauffée avec sauna et hammam, vraiment exceptionnelle

Positiv: Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, geräumige Zimmer, super nettes Personal, sehr gute Buffet-Auswahl mit viel Abwechslung, schönes Spa. Negativ: Hotel steht direkt vor einer riesigen Bau-Ruine. Auf der Insel der schönsten Strände gibt es nur einen schmalen kleinen Hotelstrand, ins Meer gehen kann man eigentlich nur über 2 lange Seebrücken, die über das Lavagestein am Strand führen. Zum Bummeln durchs Dorf Corralejo läuft man ca 1.5 km.

We have visted this property a number of times over the last eight years and have always enjoyed a comfortable and relaxinh stay. The hotel premises are vey clean, staff extremely helpful and friendly, rooms are spacious with good quality fittings.

Raffinement dans toutes les parties de l hôtel Chambres spacieuses très bien décorées. Vue sur océan tres agréable. Tout est impeccable. Buffets de qualité très variés. Sur notre demande , l hôtel a su nous organiser 2 excursions d une journée avec un Guide parlant français. Personnel très compétent et chaleureux.

This was a repeat return for us. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. Everywhere is kept totally clean and our room was very comfortable with a really nice see view. Lovely pool area with well designed planting and trees so it never feels too crowded. Really enjoyed the high quality main buffet area and themed restaurant options. Staff were all consistantly friendly. Great direct access to the beach which offered walks into the local town or along the long sandy beach.

From the first day it was bad, booked Priveledge club and was expensive, should of had Chromecast in room, it was missing, was told that it would take possibly 2 days as engineer was off for the weekend. Weather was awful so needed to watch something on TV. Moved room to another suite and noise kept us awake all night, had to sleep in a different room that night , sounded like boilers going all night, quite loud .staff said they knew nothing of the noise but engineer heard it . Moved again to a quiet suite , much better, battery went in the door so we could not gain access to the room, this happened a few times and the final time they had to change the mechanism, we were left waiting outside the room in bathrobes for 30 minutes after coming back from sauna. After our first move we left our swim stuff tied to the clothes hanger on the balcony. we told the staff this and they took 2 days to come back to us saying it was not there . These items were quite expensive. Preferred club gave us an exclusive seating area in the restaurant , when diners had not paid the extra they were moved. One Polish couple sat down and because the waitress was Polish they were allowed to stay. I got 100 euro back off an over €3k one week stay . Never again Ants in rooms, safe batteries gone . Overall management was very lacking, one great staff member Nati helped us out so much . Food in mornings was good , in evenings in the Market cafe the food was simple and not so good

It was my husband and I’s first trip to Canary Islands for his birthday. Although we did write in the notes that we were celebrating his birthday the hotel didn’t do anything to make it special which we were a bit surprised about. I would say the pros about this hotel is that the location is great, rooms were fantastic (although we requested a queen bed they gave us two single beds pushed together so at night one of us would sort of fall through which was a bit annoying as we had to keep pushing the two single beds together), the surrounding beach was beautiful, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only con I would give to this property is that on a beach vacation we had obviously only packed summer wear. The restaurants in the hotel (even the buffet dinner restaurant) came with a VERY strict formal dress code which we did not know about and they did not let my husband in as he was wearing shorts which I thought wasn’t fair. There should be at least one restaurant in the hotel during dinner time that does not require a dress code as people don’t tend to bring long pants/trousers to a summer/beach holiday! It was especially upsetting as it was his birthday dinner… we ended up walking to town and actually found a bunch of great local restaurants!!! Therefore, overall it is a great hotel and I would recommend it but do not go for dinner at the hotel - go somewhere local instead! (You’ll pay less, get more options AND there wont be a strict formal dress code)

Nice hotel, garden view was a real disappointment. Room was nice and overall a pleasant holiday. Staff excellent. Food was high quality and very well presented. Unfortunately the dress code was not enforced, with jeans and T- Shirts common, this would not happen in a 5 star but seems to be the norm in Spain. Pool areas clean and very well cared for.

From the first day it was bad, booked Priveledge club and was expensive, should of had Chromecast in room, it was missing, was told that it would take possibly 2 days as engineer was off for the weekend. Weather was awful so needed to watch something on TV. Moved room to another suite and noise kept us awake all night, had to sleep in a different room that night , sounded like boilers going all night, quite loud .staff said they knew nothing of the noise but engineer heard it . Moved again to a quiet suite , much better, battery went in the door so we could not gain access to the room, this happened a few times and the final time they had to change the mechanism, we were left waiting outside the room in bathrobes for 30 minutes after coming back from sauna. After our first move we left our swim stuff tied to the clothes hanger on the balcony. we told the staff this and they took 2 days to come back to us saying it was not there . These items were quite expensive. Preferred club gave us an exclusive seating area in the restaurant , when diners had not paid the extra they were moved. One Polish couple sat down and because the waitress was Polish they were allowed to stay. I got 100 euro back off an over €3k one week stay . Never again Ants in rooms, safe batteries gone . Overall management was very lacking, one great staff member Nati helped us out so much . Food in mornings was good , in evenings in the Market cafe the food was simple and not so good

We have visted this property a number of times over the last eight years and have always enjoyed a comfortable and relaxinh stay. The hotel premises are vey clean, staff extremely helpful and friendly, rooms are spacious with good quality fittings.

We were very kindly given an upgrade when we booked in, the suite we were allocated was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredible, kind, courteous and efficient. The food was wonderful and facilities amazing, would recommend to Antone

It is a beautiful property very well maintained. The service is not what I would expect for a 5 star restaurant. The employees are only going through the motions. It appears there is dissatisfaction with the new ownership amongst the employees. The food is average at best. It is the only 5 star resort I’ve stayed with no concierge. David at the front desk and the bellman were very accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The rest of the fronts office staff were either unhappy or run off their feet.

the majority of the team at the hotel were excellent. Check in was the exception, they were busy but could have been more informative. the breakfast choice is the best of any hotel we have stayed in - even making me porridge every morning! well done to Rebecca.

Overall it's a nice hotel with good food, attentive staff and generally very clean. The rooms aren't that modern but they're absolutely fine. The immediate surrounding area is very run down and derelict. Due to rocks on the shoreline this prohibits a safe access to the water. You need to walk a fair way up the coast before you can walk into the sea from a sandy beach. A small thing which was annoying to me was the dress code for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This was not explained at the time of my booking, resulting in me having to purchase new shoes trousers and collared shirts just so I could access the hotel restaurants.

Excellent hôtel, très relaxant, avec très belle vue sur la mer et magnifique architecture et service. Restaurants de grande qualité. Eau de la piscine extérieure un peu froide, mais il y a une grande piscine intérieure bien chauffée avec sauna et hammam, vraiment exceptionnelle

This was a repeat return for us. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. Everywhere is kept totally clean and our room was very comfortable with a really nice see view. Lovely pool area with well designed planting and trees so it never feels too crowded. Really enjoyed the high quality main buffet area and themed restaurant options. Staff were all consistantly friendly. Great direct access to the beach which offered walks into the local town or along the long sandy beach.

Raffinement dans toutes les parties de l hôtel Chambres spacieuses très bien décorées. Vue sur océan tres agréable. Tout est impeccable. Buffets de qualité très variés. Sur notre demande , l hôtel a su nous organiser 2 excursions d une journée avec un Guide parlant français. Personnel très compétent et chaleureux.

Sehr ansprechendes 5 Sterne Hotel mit wunderschönen Zimmern (und wenn man ihn bucht) auch mit fantastischem Meerblick. Sehr freundliches Personal. Jeden Abend Live Musik an der Bar. Leider ist der Pool nicht allzu stark beheizt. Ebenso der super schöne Whirlpool, der aufgrund seiner Temperatur leider nie von irgendjemand benutzt wurde. Hatten das Hotel auch wegen der Spezialitätenrestaurants gebucht, da wir kein Buffet mögen. Diese sollten unbedingt sofort nach der Ankunft für alle Tage reserviert werden, ansonsten sind sie meist ausgebucht. Essen ist dort sehr gut, wenn auch deutlich teuer als auswärts und in sehr überschaubaren Portionen. Etwas schade ist die Stimmung dort. (Keine Musik, Tische stehen wie im Buffetsaal, Essen wird sehr schnell serviert, so dass man recht schnell auch wieder fertig ist). Insgesamt schönes Hotel für eine Wohlfühlwoche, auch wenn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher mittelmäßig ist.

I liked the staff and the rooms. The pool could do with more sun beds as at peak times there were not enough. You had to get a towel early. The beach area is ok. The buffet is great with a lot of options.

It was my husband and I’s first trip to Canary Islands for his birthday. Although we did write in the notes that we were celebrating his birthday the hotel didn’t do anything to make it special which we were a bit surprised about. I would say the pros about this hotel is that the location is great, rooms were fantastic (although we requested a queen bed they gave us two single beds pushed together so at night one of us would sort of fall through which was a bit annoying as we had to keep pushing the two single beds together), the surrounding beach was beautiful, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only con I would give to this property is that on a beach vacation we had obviously only packed summer wear. The restaurants in the hotel (even the buffet dinner restaurant) came with a VERY strict formal dress code which we did not know about and they did not let my husband in as he was wearing shorts which I thought wasn’t fair. There should be at least one restaurant in the hotel during dinner time that does not require a dress code as people don’t tend to bring long pants/trousers to a summer/beach holiday! It was especially upsetting as it was his birthday dinner… we ended up walking to town and actually found a bunch of great local restaurants!!! Therefore, overall it is a great hotel and I would recommend it but do not go for dinner at the hotel - go somewhere local instead! Excelente ubicación, entorno, personal muy atento tanto en restauración como en limpieza y el resto del staff. El único "pero" es que en la estancia con media pensión (cena) no entra nada de bebida, ni siquiera agua. A pesar de eso las cenas con mucha variedad y buena calidad. Muy recomendable, para repetir sin duda.

the majority of the team at the hotel were excellent. Check in was the exception, they were busy but could have been more informative. the breakfast choice is the best of any hotel we have stayed in - even making me porridge every morning! well done to Rebecca.
