Parking lot is terrible. Hard to find entrance. Room was hot and stuffy. Thermostat only goes down to 66 degrees so room never really cooled off. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean.

The facility was very clean and located in an area close to shopping and restaurants. However, parking was a problem. There was t enough parking spaces to accommodate the hotel guests. The cost was high for the rooms because the rooms were small and the decor was very cheap in comparison to cost, For the price better accommodations were expected.

Everything was clean, very nice looking, even had good cable services. What ididnt like was dat, there werent any luggage carriers in the lobby during the check in so i had to make several trips back and forth to the car and room, house keeping did not change out my bed sheets nor towels, i had to ask the service desk for both. The other people that had rooms would let their door slam and that makes a very loud noise. Overall i will stay here again.

Room was nice just tired. One of 2 elevators was out of order. Staff nice and breakfast good. Towels thin and stiff. Soap in dispenser only in shower area you can only reach by standing up so no soap to use in bathtub. 😳😳

The speed bumps in the parking lot should be replaced/ upgraded... The closet was dusty... housekeeper obviously didn't dust inside... and I couldn't hang my garment bags because the closet rack was installed too low to the bottom... Other than that everything else was fine

Everything was find except the carpet was not vacuumed. There was debree on the floor. Also the plastic on the Toilet seat was coming off. It also looked dirty bc of that. I woukd not use it.

The hotel was excellent - service was fast and friendly, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good. Our only issue was the other guests on our floor. I woke at 2:30 am to the sound of loud arguing which was likely in another room but spilled into the hall. Doors were being slammed with multiple people involved. This continued until around 5:30 am. The shouting matches were not constant, but happened intermittently for three hours. When I was about to call the front desk, the fighting would stop and I did not know which rooms were involved. I looked into the hallway once or twice but was not able to determine which rooms were involved. Thankfully they either shut up or left the hotel around 5:30.

Our room and interior/exterior of the property was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing that was an issue during our stay was the noise in the hallways by inconsiderate guest coming in late in the night, 1am-3am. Being loud and disturbing that carried on. Front desk was made aware.

The system acted up and my room got messed up. The staff quickly acted when they realized when I had gotten put in two rooms and got it all straightened out in a timely manner. Very nice and friendly staff will definitely book again if I pass through here again.

Service at checkin worst I ever had. Not a warm welcome like putting her out. One of the ladies was eating sunflowers or something and spitting them in her had. Gross! Checkout no one at counter just dropped keys.

Our check was not great! They charged my card an additional charge and the card machine was down or not properly working. The hostess was flustered and also the guest. We were given keys to a room that someone was in. I asked the hostess to look into the extra charge because I was charged an amount that was different than I was told I was being charged. Going into a room that was already occupied was not good, the situation could have gone from bad to worse pretty quickly! I am glad that I was with my wife and she didn’t go in by herself!

The staff was so friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. The front desk manager was very friendly and welcoming. Made a special call for us to get luggage cart. Upon leaving, breakfast had not begun yet, (5 mins too early), but the gentleman said we could get what was ready before we left. Very helpful since we were leaving going straight to school after a 2 hour drive.

Breakfast was really good, I was impressed. Biscuits and gravy, 2 kinds of sausage, oatmeal options, fresh fruit, pancakes, pastries, coffee and juice. Quite the spread. Bed was ok, pillows were plentiful, and save the issues with the outlets, everything in my room was quite comfortable. Great location, very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Definitely would stay again.
