I found the staff disinterested and dull.. Unenthusiastic about their role.. the breakfast was a 3/10 … I had to remind every day to clean my room when it should be done without being told.. the day I forgot it was predictably not done.. At time of departure, a staff who saw me struggling with my bags chose to continue on his phone call and the one at reception defended saying I should have called the reception to ask for trolley.. all fair except that a staff member actually saw me struggle with my bags .. It was almost amusing how disinterested and expressionless the staff was .. Above is my sincere feedback…The staff should go and experience other hotels to fully understand the gravity of this feedback …

Average. Large room, but bathroom is literally a washroom with no separate shower unit. No gym . Toilet roll holder fell off wall whilst there
