The room was so clean and tidy. The staffs were amazing and friendly. It was a great and lovely time at crown plaza, the best.

The hotel was very comfortable. Service was some on the best in Albania. So accommodating. Beds comfortable and everywhere was clean. Only thing they need to sort out is letting the Air con drop below 20 and the door to have soft close hinges. The banging of the doors closing makes you jump out of your sleep. I would have given 5 stars for every single thing if it wasn’t for the doors banging.
