The stay was wonderful, the rooms were clean. The bathroom was decent sized. There were only 2 very small water bottles for 4 people. The biggest issue was that only one elevator was working which meant every time you want to use it, you have to wait for almost 10 mins which was quite annoying. Overall a very good property

Free Parking, check in quick. Bar/Restaurant in Lobby. 24 hr. snack, wine, toiletries in lobby. Someone always at front desk. Snacks $$$$ and a bit stale. Ask for free wifi if a Envoy member or else you have to pay $10 not sure if it’s a day or through out your stay. Fair Oaks Mall across the street. I asked for extra quilt. Service gr8. Martin and Gabriella so nice. Front desk. Comfy king bed. Lots of outlets and lights bedside to charge devices. No need to bring an extension cord. Busy weekends. If you are concerned about Covid, wait for a free elevator. Ice maker on each floor. Nice shower. Frig and microwave by request. We ordered in Dominos… Lousy weather that weekend. Beware of traffic DC and some confusion when to get off at the correct exit. Oh, gr8 morning breakfast $16.

Outdated but ok. Sadly the pool is closed. The breakfast is fair, powdered eggs but they can make you actual eggs if you ask. No free coffee unless you ask. Breakfast over at 9:30AM sharp. The actual restaurant 5+ stars, 72-hour ribs are the best.

This was my second stay in the span of a month and I enjoyed it. A beautiful lobby and atrium, friendly staff, and very comfy and clean rooms. I love how easy it is to get to from the highway as well. Will gladly stay there again!

Like the cleanliness of the property and the location. The curtains in the room were torn/rip and the desk chair fabric was crack both items could use a replacement. Besides these minor things overall the room was nice.

The property’s only real downfall is housekeeping. They barge into your room in the morning without knocking & provide no apologies for walking in. They also do not like to replace toilet paper, cups/glasses, or wipe down bathroom counters, Aside from the housekeeping issues, the hotel is in a great location, is very pretty, and was clean upon check-in.

We had a comfortable stay at this property. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night. The hotel lobby is also beautifully renovated. However, during our stay the cleaning crew came by at 8am while we were sleeping and did not clean our room at all later during the day. Additionally, the bathroom did not have ventilation.

Bathroom was to small and what the heck is up with the shower. The shower was a tub not a walk in shower. It was small and confined. For the prices of the stay I would have thought the accommodation would have been better. The curtains had wholes in them, pretty much the experience was mid level on a 5 start pitch. The location was fine close to the mall and restaurants. The restrooms and other accommodation were lack there of.

Older hotel that needs upgrades. Carpet looked dirty and our tub was super stained and old. Toilet paper was an old roll barely half full. And breakfast was not included as I was told and come to expect from a "Hyatt". If we wanted the breakfast it was $20 per person.

Rooms clean and comfortable but it won’t be on my list for the future. Room very dark makes a person wonder about cleanliness. The balcony windows open to an interior opening where events are held. Could hear talking and other noise from the bar below as well as convention set up. May be a great room if you are in the outside with your window to the outdoors.

Another run down property/hotel in Fair Oaks. Nothing “walkable” nor is the staff helpful. I asked to downgrade a room to get some food credits and they wouldn’t/couldn’t do it. I was overcharged and not able to change my room because I booked with Expedia. Please note that you cannot make changes. The “night shift” Sam and Tony know how to say one thing, “No.” Not a good stay, no microwave in the room and lots of issues. They said they would call a shuttle to the airport for me, asked how I would pay and then called a cab company that wanted to charge me $40-44. Lyft took me (because driver was circling the mall for $28. Be aware of what you’re signing up for.

The property is excellent and conveniently located next to a mall with plenty of dining options nearby. We really liked the room—it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room service was equally commendable. However, the major disappointment was the lady serving at the breakfast area. She seemed more focused on collecting gratuities than on refilling the breakfast items. When asked about refills, her attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. While guests were waiting for food, she continued to prioritize tips instead of service. I’ve never encountered someone in a hospitality role behave in such a manner. She was a stark contrast to the otherwise wonderful staff and truly deserves zero stars for her service

Room had a leaking ceiling And Internet is not free! I called the front desk to indicate the ceiling was leaking water and they said they would send an engineer up to check it out. After 20 minutes, I called down and had to request a room change my self. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience, however, the manager called later about the review I left, and basically tried to make me feel guilty For their poor service provided.

The property is very close to the mall and has plenty of options to eat and shop. The building itself is very nice and the entrance is very spacious. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room needed an upgrade bad. The chairs in the lobby and in our room were dated and looked like they were purchased when the hotel first opened. The furniture had tape on it like it the staff did a make up repair and I can’t believe you have to be a member of Marriott rewards to get free WiFi. Overall a good stay. I would stay there again but it may not be my first choice.

Restaurant service was okay except for one incident where the manager forgot our takeout order and we had to wait for a half hour. When my wife went to check on the order, the manager (Latino girl) couldn’t remember taking the order from me! She finally located my order after having to check with the cook, who corrected her for thinking that the order was for the front desk and not for me). When I went to confront her, she denied taking the order from me, and finally had to admit it when I gave her specifics (e.g. me pointing to the black girl who was present when I placed my order). It wasn’t busy when all this happened too. She didn’t even apologize. Disgraceful service.

Very nice and clean hotel, we enjoyed our stay. TV options were average at best ( went to the bar to watch the game). Attempted to buy a cup of coffee and the sign stated we had to buy the breakfast to get one. ( We are middle age and may have read it wrong, but are not people that would ask for something for free ). W drove to buy one.

Easy and comfortable stay for me and my toddler. The staff is super nice and accommodating, I love the highway is right next to the hotel for easy transportation. Plus side the mall is literally across a parking lot with restaurant options. But know there are no microwaves in the rooms, at least not in the room I stayed in so I had to run downstairs to the lobby to eat up my kids food. There is a restaurant in the hotel but no room service.
