Elizabeth and another lady at check-in were very polite and welcoming, but the process lacked important details. I wasn’t given the Wi-Fi code, directions to my room, or informed that the hot tub was out of order—which was a main reason I booked. My boyfriend and I were looking forward to using it, so it was frustrating to find out it wasn’t working. I was told it might heat up the next day, which should’ve been disclosed upfront. That night, I saw underage girls in the hot tub, despite age restrictions. Staff did eventually ask them to leave, but better monitoring is needed. The Wi-Fi was spotty, disconnecting from our devices. The bathroom was modern, but the rest of the room was outdated and the carpet was worn. On a positive note, the housekeeper was kind and the bed was comfortable. Edit (3.27.2025): Carolyn, who I believe is the manager, refunded part of my stay due to the amenity issues. I appreciated her professionalism and willingness to listen.

This property had a very cool pool area with ping pong and a pool table. Rooms were very clean. The shower was the most AMAZING shower. A rain shower with incredible pressure. I’d stay there again just for the shower.

Great hotel! Clean. Great room with double sink vanity! Beds are comfortable. Nice amenities. Had balcony to indoor pool area with seating and a spiral staircase down to pool. Had pool table, ping pong, arcade and giant outdoor chess set! Staff was always friendly and helpful.

The bed was super comfortable. I couldnt hear any noise from other rooms so i appreciated the quiet. My only complaint is we chose this based on the pool and jacuzzi. They were not heated due to maintenance. This was farther away but we choose it specifically for this reason. The staff didnt seem to care. Why conduct maintenance during the art fair. Bathroom was very nice and food was good too

This is our second time staying at Weber’s and will be my go to for Ann Arbor. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the pool and gym are great, and the restaurant/ bar are a real asset.

We\'ve stayed at Weber\'s before, hosted a family event in the ballroom, gone just for drinks in the lounge and other times just to have breakfast or dinner. We\'ve never had anything but great experiences. Other than our usual great experience, on this overnight visit the hot tub jets weren\'t working properly. They would only stay on for about a minute. My husband reported it to the front desk and the maintenance guys came, hit the reset button (which we had already done), said "fixed" and walked away. The problem was that it wasn\'t fixed. You could hear the motor running, but only very tiny bubbles were generated (like what you might see in a soft drink). My husband again reported it to the front desk, and we waited a while to see if maintenance would come back, but they never did. It was disappointing because the lovely pool and hot tub are a big draw for us to spend the night at Weber\'s.

Very clean and quiet hotel. I'd say, it is one of the quieter ones that I've been to. Very clean rooms. The shower is very nice with the extra heads that can hit your back while the one overhead is simultaneously on. Dinner was great. I enjoyed the Prime Rib, a drink and dessert. Oh and the gym looks great for a hotel. It has a cable machine that is well maintained, a good number of dumbbells, moveable but industrial benches, and nice looking bikes and treadmills.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Weber Hotel. The rooms were very clean and modern. We could hear our neighbor's TV a bit through the wall, but it was pretty quiet overall. We didn't get to experience the restaurant, but the pool area is very nice and well-maintained.

Well maintained. Friendly staff. The room looked like new. I’ve never been more weirdly impressed with a hotel bathroom. Had a drink and the homemade French onion soup at the Habitat. Excellent food, staff and atmosphere. I will absolutely stay there again and recommend to anyone in the area.

The hotel was clean and decently maintained; however, the walls and door are extremely thin. We stayed overnight on a week day after my daughter’s surgery. She wasn’t able to rest at all due to the noise level of other guests. They were singing in the hall and their room in the middle of the night. Their behavior had nothing to do with the hotel nor the staff, it was mentioned to elaborate on my statement about the walls and door being thin.

Great hotel. Images are a bit more polished than in person but still a great place. The food was great along with room service. Just a note to be aware of, the regular rooms a very small. If you are a couple depending on the size of your luggage they may not even fit in the closet. Not a bad room but for the price it was surprising. I do not think more than two people can fit in those rooms. The other rooms were sold out so I cannot speak to the their size, but even having dinner in the room was uncomfortable because the only space to sit the try is the desk and the other chair was a lounge wicker so that was fun. Whew. Just a word to the wise, plan accordingly. Would I stay again? Yes. But the larger room would be worth it. The bathroom upgrades are great but you can still tell it is a bit dated. Vending is only on the 3rd floor so that was a pain and it did work so there's that. But the front desk gave us water so we were fine. Not a bad review, I just wish someone had left this for me when I booked. The food makes up for it.. enjoy.

We had a room with the most amazing bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel! There was a spa shower with 4 showerheads, a bluetooth connection to stream your spa music, a bidet seat, and a steam-free mirror. Just amazing! Better than most spa's I've visited. The bed was also comfy. Definitely ask for a room with a renovated bathroom and make sure you don't stay in a room that faces the pool in the atrium. These don't seem very private and would probably be noisy.

Probably the quietest hotel I've ever slept at - that alone is worth 5-stars. It's an older hotel with touches of character here and there. Still, it is well kept and rooms have modern comforts that new hotels don't. The restaurant is amazing and makes choosing this hotel a no-brainer. My only complaint would be that the supplied room coffee was all decaffeinated on the second day. Other than that, a great experience.

Everything was great - check in was smooth, friendly, fast. The room is nice, bathroom very nice. Location is only 15 minute drive from UMich. The only thing was the tv was basically there just to cast your own apps onto. Whatever channels we were able to get only lasted 15-20 minutes before there was no longer signal. So, for those who don't subscribe to any apps are out of luck for televised entertainment.

This is an absolutely wonderful property that is thoughtfully and professionally managed. On several occasions the manager, in particular, has gone above and beyond to be helpful and we appreciate it! My family and I have stayed several times over the past few years and each time we enjoy it even more, especially the beautiful pool area. The location is also safe and convenient. This is our "go to" hotel when we visit our daughters at UMich!

In general, the staff was ok. However, when we first checked in, attendant was a little curt in providing us our accommodations. Additionally, requested toilet paper from front desk when it wasn’t replaced. It was never sent to the room. I had to go down to retrieve from front desk. The room was clean. However… smaller than expected and discovered a major stain on the mattress. Parts of the wall was either peeling or bubbled. Walls had various stains. The rooms ad parts of the hotel need to be updated. Overall… okay experience but expected more for a 4 star hotel

Wonderful night away for a birthday staycation. Had a misunderstanding/issue with letting our kids come swim in the pool for an hour with us without actually being registered to stay, but we were able to communicate and staff helped to find a solution with minimal trouble. Very much appreciated.

It is hard to find a nicer hotel in Ann Arbor-I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. My stay was great and the customer service of all of the staff was even better. Everyone was delightful!

The hotel was all around clean and quiet. Love the bathroom (shower/sink/heated toliet) A+. The bed was so soft and cozy. Ordered room service for breakfast 2 days. Love the French toast. The Habitat Lounge with the live Jazz band was a beautiful way to end the evening.

Great customer service. Clean and cozy room. Excellent pool, hot tub and sauna area. Only frustration was that the restaurant had very minimal food options for vegetarians. What we did get...a salad, spinach bread and fries were excellent, it was still disappointing that there was such a large menu yet so few things that were options as vegetarians. We planned on going downtown, but due to the weather we decided best to eat at the on property and that was a bit disappointing.

Fantastic stay and property. If you are going to the Michigan game they have a bus that takes you literally door to door. A+ We will be back The steakhouse had great lobster and steak and the prices were very good.
