Second floor: large attic space spanning the entire attic area (1 double bed 160 cm, 3 single beds) with bathroom and WC. Geothermal and electric heating. Unfenced garden with an unfenced pond, covered swimming pool (10m x 5m and 1.90m deep) available from May to October, sun loungers. Working pinball machine for decoration: available for use at the tenant's expense. A cold picnic basket of local products can be provided (upon request to the agent) for the evening of your arrival or during your stay. Sheets and towels are provided. PLEASE NOTE: There is a €100 surcharge for arrivals after 9 PM and a €30 surcharge for arrivals one hour after the scheduled time.
