The room was clean overall but there was no coffee maker. Also the breakfast had very few choices.

A Bare-Minimum Pitstop for the Desperate Observations from my recent stop at the Washington Road Red Roof Inn. It should be noted that the staff was friendly, but the overall experience was far from meeting basic expectations. 1. The Management Apathy: It’s clear the management is doing the absolute bare minimum just to keep the lights on. The property feels less like a hotel and more like a collection of rooms being held together by hope and neglect, targeting unsuspecting travelers who just need a quick place to wash up and collapse for an hour or two. 2. Biological Relics: The "semi-updated" room hides a disgusting secret: a used toothbrush wedged behind the shower head base plate. This isn’t a cleaning oversight; it’s a total failure of basic hygiene. If they can’t be bothered to remove DNA from previous guests, don't expect the sink to be scrubbed—because mine certainly wasn't. 3. The Hospitality Hostility: Despite an almost empty parking lot, getting a second room key felt like an imposition. Management seems to have a policy of stinginess, flatly refusing a simple extra pillow even when the hotel was at low occupancy. They aren't interested in your comfort; they just want your credit card on file. 4. Broken Promises & Stale Food: The "breakfast" was a joke. The juice machine was broken, the waffle maker was a decorative prop, and the coffee was watery, decaffeinated swill. If you’re lucky enough to find cereal, expect the Frosted Flakes to be stale. Avoid
