Staff is great. Property is old , elevator was broken our entire stay, black, mold in the bathroom, paint, peeling off the walls, and you had to be a bodybuilder to get the sliding door to open and shut-my teenage kids were unable to do it

Front desk staff was wondering upon arrival but poor cleanliness. Dirty towels and rubber gloves laid in the hallway for multiple days. Trash in stairwell, front cover from ice machine was broken and it looked to have mold growing. Card reader broken.

Carpets sticky, dead roaches in the bathroom dirty tub, sliding door would not lock, shower coming apart, indoor pool not open was not emailed before check in. had to walk across the street to their other property to go to the pool. Definatly not worth the $300 plus a night. Will not return or recommend. Spent more money on the landscaping out back than the inside.

Only 1 elevator was working. The hotel lobby was filthy. Our rooms were dirty, hot and humid. The bathroom was falling apart and tub wouldn’t drain. Paid an outrageous amount of money to stay there. Needs a complete renovation or drop prices.

If there was ever a place in need of reinvestment and upgrades. I've never stayed in a Ramada or Best Western before because they just don't have a great reputation and if this is the expectation, I won't be there again. The room and hotel was just 'icky' and I didn't want to really touch anything, even the TV remote. The tub was stained so I made sure to wear my flipflops while showering. The place just felt old and unclean. The location was great but I wouldn't stay there again. Glad it was only one night...

The hotel felt run down. We had 4 people in our room and no bath towels in the room on check in. We called the front desk for towels and they brought us bath mats and hand towels. There was also a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod when we got into the room.There was what appeared to be a few small spots of blood on the bottom edge of the bedspread of one of the beds.

What a horrible experience. Bedding was filthy. Floor wasn’t vacuumed, tv didn’t work, indoor pool was closed. Stayed three nights and the room wasn’t cleaned at all. Do not recommend!!!!

The stay was ok did find roaches in our room. Could not be moved due to the hotel being full. On the check-in app, it offers an early check-in for $30.00 more but when we got there the lady at the front desk said they never approve it and to come back at 4 pm. Ceilings were leaking in the walkways.

Smelled like marijuana all throughout the building. The carpets were extremely dirty in the halls. Could really be a nice place if the owner made sure the staff was keeping things clean. Expected so much more and was let down by the cleanliness.

Filthy dirty and disgusting. Lobby about a 3 elevator dirty floors dirty. Our room smells and the toilet flush handle broken. Sink, walls ceiling tub dirty and worn out. Faucet handle at sink spinning loose. Carpets very dirty and vacuumed only in one place chair lather tipped and cracked plus filthy Balcony extremely dirty. Complained to staff Claim they were aware and hopefully getting an overhaul. Pictures of rooms and hotel are not what you’re getting. Run down noisy filthy place.

The location of the hotel was nice and convenient. The pictures on the website do not represent what the hotel actually looks like. The pictures show a nice clean hotel. The rooms were not clean. There were stains on the carpet, paint chipping off the walls. The bathroom wasnt clean, the rooms smelled like cigarettes.

Ruined my entire mood for being on vacation. Dirty, floors covered in sand, opened the balcony door and the smell of marijuana could have knocked you over, bathroom was nasty and stains on bedding. Was there long enough to get checked back out immediately and we hit the road.

Hard mattress, small bathroom, outdated appliances, microwave had rust and didn’t spin, rugs smelled musty, front door jams, balcony door didn’t have a screen and it had to be slammed in order to lock it. You could hear the people in the room above us. The Palmas restaurant food was nasty. Hotel staff was friendly

Good location but needs renovations. Looks very old which is fine if the price is more moderate but I think it’s very expensive for an old hotel that hasn’t been updated. The location makes up for the conditions to a point. The room and bed was comfortable.

Check-in was super easy. Balcony view was amazing. Walls need some loving care, as well as the shower tub. Other than that, Las Palmas restaurant in the lobby was great. Shopping is a few feet away. Beach access was also easy. If you're not super picky, this is a great stay.

The managers were wonderful. We had some situations in two rooms and it was nothing for them to move us each time which was over and beyond. it's an older place but the view of the ocean and the area around the Hotel allowed us to do many things.Besides all you do is sleep in the room and if they room is clean youre good to go. I'd stay there again.

Our day was brief but wonderful. The front desk staff was excellent. Cannot say enough about them especially Anna answered all of my questions and we’re just super super nice. Those girls deserve a raise. Yes they do. The only thing I would have a complaint about would be the restaurant. Extremely high prices I mean eight dollars for a single taco and then if you wanted sour cream or salsa everything was extra so that’s the only complaint everything else was perfect.

I booked four rooms for our stay, and unfortunately, we did not receive housekeeping service even once during our entire stay. Three of the rooms did not have towels or soap upon arrival. We requested housekeeping multiple times, but no one ever came. This was very disappointing and far below the level of service we expected. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter and let me know how the hotel intends to make it right.

Front desk personnel were not available for check in or out. Had to asked for receipt for stay. No complimentary coffee in lobby. Room had smudges on tv stand and was not mindfully vacuumed. Drain in tub was clogged.

Excellent location for the Shamrock marathon weekend - right at the finish line. So convenient!! Restaurant there served very nice food, and the wait staff (especially Rose) was so wonderful!!! Rooms were very nice, and the indoor pool was also wonderful!

The rooms are in need of updating. The bathrooms have rust on the door and the shower wasn’t draining properly. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Short walk to the beach literally right in front. Staff was nice and they had our rooms ready and waiting when we arrived even though it was a little early. The restaurant downstairs is pretty decent and they play live music which can be heard in the rooms but don’t worry, it was good music lol we liked it and it stopped at a reasonable hour.

The room was fine, but it was a little dirty. They barely gave us any linens or towels. They did not provide a coffee maker even after I called to report it. The water stopped working at one point (just temporary due to an apparent maintenance issue). Every time I called the front desk they sounded annoyed, and worst of all the check in process took like an hour and a half. To top it all off the indoor pool was closed which was unfortunate. Luckily there was an outdoor pool also. No complimentary coffee or breakfast, but there is a very nice restaurant attached to the hotel. It’s ocean front and affordable so I guess you get what you pay for.
