SpringHill Suites St. Louis Airport/Earth City

The staff are lovely and the shower head is *powerful*! The second floor smelled of, ahem, greenery for hours, but the room itself blocked it out. Very cool that it\'s 420 friendly, just be aware for anyone who has allergies or isn\'t a fan. The room itself was spacious, clean, and quite nice. The beds were comfy, there were two TVs (one in the "living room" and one in the "bedroom"), and plenty of plug-ins to charge any and all electronic devices. There was a microwave and a mini-fridge, both of which were utilized. The gym was bigger than expected and had a variety of machines to choose from. I\'d definitely come back!

Good varied breakfast with an oatmeal bar, waffles, bacon, cold cereal etc. $10 parking fee. Didnt have a hand towel at sink. Towels were in shower/toilet room so a bit awkward.

I have never had crustless quiche for breakfast at any hotel as an option. I was very good. There were only 2 things that I was disappointed in the shower in room 234 the hot/cold indicator was backwards. The last thing was the ice machine was out of order on at least 2 floors. Oh, i feel like the snack store prices were above ridiculous.

The overall stay was pleasant and breakfast selection was really good. The fitness center was big and a nice variety. Draw backs were: TV remote was difficult to navigate and slow! My stay was 5 days and I noticed 1st floor hallway was NEVER vacuumed so i saw the same dead bug and debris on the carpet daily. The dining area had sticky spots first thing in the am. The fitness area had layers of dust and sweat that had probably been there for weeks. Staff was very nice.

Definitely enjoyed the stay. The staff was very, plenty of parking, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. They only thing is during our stay the ice machine wasn't working on our floor and only one elevator was working the last 2 days we were there. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor...Lol

Overall all it was a great value. Room was clean and quiet and the price was great. Minor complaints were there multiple times where we need assistance and we stood at the front desk for over ten minutes both times until someone showed up. The other issue was only one washer and dryer. Tried to do a load of laundry our last night and both machines were taken so I was not able to wash our clothes as expected.

Check-in was quick. Room was just as described. Breakfast was tasty. Wish there was a pool and this hotel would be unbelievable! But my family had a great experience here! Would recommend to anyone traveling in the St Louis Area.

The property had a place for our dog with necessary items for clean up. Parking was abundant for us traveling across country with a moving trailer...

Terrible smell in first floor hallway that they tried to cover up with cheap room deodorizer. Toilet seat was loose and toilet leaked. Side door would “stop working” after 9pm, so had to walk around entire building to get in. Unlikely to return to this location again.

We had a king suit with a couch. Overall the room was nice and clean, however the couch was dirty with what looked like stains and some hair. We were just there for the night so we put a sheet over it and used it anyway.

My family and I were driving all day and decided to stop here late at night. My exhausted family and I got to our room and we immediately smelt smoke.

Bathroom was disgusting and shower had no hot water!

The room while updated, hasn’t been properly cleaned for years. There are loose tiles in the floor in the bathroom and the shower floor is so worn that it felt like walking on rough concrete. Overall cleanliness of the rooms is a 4/10.

The first night they were being loud but the staff took care of it immediately once we said something. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom is right in front of the bedroom and because the door had tinted glass, when the light was turned on while someone was sleeping, it lit up the entire room, very annoying while trying to sleep. The tv was also in a weird place. Could only see half of it when in bed or in living room. Needs to be on a bracket on the wall so it can be turned to watch from either room. We really enjoy having a separate living area from the bedroom, just would liked to have been able to enjoy watching tv. They had a nice, free breakfast. Very clean and friendly staff.

Property is clearly not originally a spring hill suite and is just rebranded. Lobby has a foul odor, like body odor or sewage. Room was not up to standards, stains on couch and one tv that couldn’t be viewed from the bed. Had a very loud mechanical noise behind bathroom wall that would not stop all night…had to turn ac fan on to dry and drown out noise to try to get a few hours of sleep. Breakfast was not regular quality of other Spring Hill suites. Sausage sandwich, quiche, oatmeal, and packaged waffles…that was it besides cereal. Did not eat there as it looked unappetizing and poor selection. For price paid for one night, can not recommend to anyone.

Great customer service

The room was paid for by Expedia, but they still charged me for the room on my cc. Don't stay here they will rip you off by charging you a second time. They tell you the charge will be removed from the card in 4-5 days and it never is.

Good stay for an early flight!

Happy to find a clean, safe and well-appointed hotel in the Riverport area! After a not-so great experience at another area hotel while seeing a show at nearby STL Music park, we returned for another show and were relieved to have a much better stay here! Springhill offers free continental breakfast, clean/quiet rooms, and a vending area that has a number of supplies and concessions (the other hotel was entirely out of bottled water and regular coffee!!) Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was a breeze. This will be our go-to hotel for any events in this area from now on. Thank you! :)

The breakfast here was very good. It is the first time I actually ate it every day!

First off, I want to say all of the staff was very polite and accomodating. We stayed 3 nights and we noticed the first night oir deadbolt engaged when the door was closed, but we were not able click fully locked from the inside and the lock rod above it was bent. The shower head in the bathroom was also broken. The holder could not hold the handheld shower head whem the water was on so it fell every time we turned the water on. Washing super thick hair with only one hand wasn't easy. The breakfast options were good and fresh and one.of the workers even brought out some lemon bread for me when.it wasn't on the schedule for the day. The only negative I would say about breakfast would be the waffle machine barely worked. The timer on it was hit or miss when your waffles were done, so it was a guessing game. Lastly, the exit door by the elevators would let you go out, but did not work coming back in the two times I tried taking my service dog out back for potty break and a walk. Having to walk around the entire hotel late at night and really early in the morning made me feel severely unsafe and was very frustrating not.being.able.to get.in.the way I came out. I did bring my concerns up to someone at.the front desk. I forgot his name, but he did come up to our room to look at the lock. He also offered to give us a new room, but there weren't any for the 2nd night and we didn't think it was worth it changing rooms with the service dog and all of our stuff with to change rooms.

Nice stay, room was clean & staff was nice. Grabbed a blueberry muffin for breakfast on my way out & unfortunately it was covered in mold when I opened it! Other that the stay was pleasant.

We stayed five nights at the hotel. The room that we first received was horrible. The bathroom was completely dirty. We had to go to the front desk and ask for another room. The front desk staff did accommodate our request. The room we got had a space for a couch and TV, including a sink and microwave area. For a family of 5, the space is a bit small. The bathrooms are outdated and the model/discoloration needs to be attended to. The breakfast is good however, make sure you get there way before the ending time. If something runs out, then you are at a loss. They don’t add some breakfast items back. For an example, One of the days we were there, the oatmeal ran out, and the pancake mix was not refilled. When I asked, I was told “that is it”. In my opinion, there should be a better way approach such a request from a guest at your hotel. We travel a lot and have used Marriott chain hotels before. I have to say that this was one of my unique experiences.
