You are halfway between the Bay of the Gulf of Morbihan, the Atlantic coasts and the Guérande salt marshes... This village benefits from a position conducive to beautiful holidays rich in discovery. The cottage is laid out as follows: A living room with views of the old town combines the kitchen, dining room, and lounge. A small outdoor terrace is ideal for al fresco dining. On the same floor, there is a bedroom (one queen-size bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet. A unique and unusual staircase, handcrafted by the owner, made entirely of wood, curves, and metal, leads to the mezzanine. You'll be transported to the ocean, with its porthole-like window and trompe-l'œil effect that evokes the feeling of salt air. The mezzanine offers two sleeping spaces (one single bed and one queen-size bed). Modular partitions allow for individual privacy. Private, covered parking is available (not enclosed). Two electric vehicle charging stations are located 200 meters away in the parking lot opposite the cottage. A home office space is set up in the mezzanine upstairs, and the rental property has fiber optic internet access. Only one dog or cat is permitted.
