Outside, you can enjoy a lovely garden with a barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. The property also offers private covered and open terraces, as well as a private balcony, where you can take in beautiful mountain views and the peaceful rural surroundings. The owners live in the independent lower unit (the Panera). While the garden, barbecue area, and parking are shared spaces, your privacy will be respected during your stay, and you can enjoy these areas at your leisure. The terraces and balcony on the upper floor are for the exclusive use of Hórreo guests. Parking is available both on the property and on the street, and public transport is within walking distance. You will be just 5 minutes from Pola de Siero and about 20 minutes from Gijón, Oviedo, and Villaviciosa—combining tranquility with an excellent location for exploring Asturias. No pets, parties, or events allowed. The hosts live on the property but not in the reserved house, ensuring privacy and assistance whenever you need it.
