La Quinta by Wyndham San Antonio North Stone Oak

Very Disappointing Stay at La Quinta Unfortunately, my stay at La Quinta was far below what I would expect from a hotel of this brand. The room was dirty, and the shower dispenser was broken. There were not enough towels provided, and the chair in the room was actually broken. When I sat down, the chair gave way and dropped me out of it. That is a serious safety concern that should have been addressed before the room was rented. The bed was extremely hard and lumpy, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. The check-in experience was also frustrating. The front desk employee remained on the phone throughout my entire check-in, which came across as very unprofessional. On top of that, my room key did not work—not once, but twice. I was also asked to provide information during check-in that apparently was not necessary, and the hotel made a copy of my credit card. That raised additional concerns for me about how my personal and financial information was being handled. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the condition of the room, the broken furniture, poor check-in experience, key issues, and concerns about the information requested, I would have a difficult time recommending this La Quinta to other travelers. The property needs to take a serious look at both its room maintenance and customer service.

Staff was nice and very helpful. The room was not as clean as I would’ve liked but it could’ve been worse.

I waited 20 min at 930 pm trying to check in. At 8 something this morning I received a txt message asking when I was going to check out. I’ll be out by 11. Don’t wake me otherwise! Not staying here again

Clean room

The AC was so loud all night and I woke up with humid hair and pajama; the room was very humid for some reason, the floor was slippery. The water took about 5-8 min to heat up for shower use. The bed was very uncomfortable, I could feel springs. I was too tired for being at the hospital all day that I just slept and left early the next morning.
