Location good. Parking not good and expensive. No TV. No shower gel. Had to move rooms because of a dog continuously yapping next door. No occupants so maybe it was the hotels dog?

The staff is very nice and helpful. The property has charm but is old and more like a 3 star hotel. We had bugs in the closets, and barely any water pressure in the shower, AC was non existent. The biggest challenge is the noise. Ambulances go by all day and night to a nearby hospital and the streetcar creates a small earthquake every time it rumbles by, it feels like there is a train running through the lobby. I appreciate the staff however this would not be a return destination for us

Excellent staff and lovely room. Lots of thoughtful amenities in the room. Sadly the boiler wasn’t working when we stayed and therefore we had to leave early due to no hot water for showering, hence rating for comfort. Hotel staff refunded the stay and were apologetic. I’d stay again when all working.

Very nice accommodations. Only thing I didn’t care for was the shower. Glass only covered half the opening so no possible way to take a shower without getting water all over the floor. Staff was very helpful.

We loved our stay! This is the most charming hotel we’ve stayed at in Italy. The building has a lot of history and the interior is very beautiful. We stayed at the junior suite and it was very spacious. The highlight of our stay was the staff! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were available 24/7 and assisted us with everything— including storing our luggages and getting us a taxi to the airport. My only comment is it is near the tram line which can be busy and loud at some times. Otherwise we had a great experience.

Beautiful hotel. Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. The only minus is the noise from the street. We got used to it after a while and it also helped that we were really tired at the end of the day. But a little soundproofing on the windows would help a lot.

Our family of four had an excellent time here. The people that worked here were so lovely and very helpful. We received a cake one morning for my husbands birthday, what a lovely surprise. I highly recommend. Glenda was awesome and gave us great tips on where to go. We will definitely return.

Kan kun varmt anbefale dette skønne hotel. Det er et gammelt hotel men på den helt rigtige måde. 10 minutters gang fra den store kirke i centrum. Derudover kan jeg kun fremhæve hvor hjælpsomme og søde vi oplevede personalet. spørg dem endelig for restaurant anbefalinger! De har en masse gode Morgenmaden er en klar anbefaling hvis man ønsker at blive forkælet til den helt store klinge! Så lækkert til prisen også Vi kommer helt klart igen

We loved our stay! This is the most charming hotel we’ve stayed at in Italy. The building has a lot of history and the interior is very beautiful. We stayed at the junior suite and it was very spacious. The highlight of our stay was the staff! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were available 24/7 and assisted us with everything— including storing our luggages and getting us a taxi to the airport. My only comment is it is near the tram line which can be busy and loud at some times. Otherwise we had a great experience.

The staff. Everyone who works at Petit goes far and above their duty to help you. Their dining recommendations were excellent. They were just so helpful. The hotel is walking distance from the Duomo, or you can catch a tram. Can’t recommend the Petit Palais more. Definitely will be our go to place in Milan

Kan kun varmt anbefale dette skønne hotel. Det er et gammelt hotel men på den helt rigtige måde. 10 minutters gang fra den store kirke i centrum. Derudover kan jeg kun fremhæve hvor hjælpsomme og søde vi oplevede personalet. spørg dem endelig for restaurant anbefalinger! De har en masse gode Morgenmaden er en klar anbefaling hvis man ønsker at blive forkælet til den helt store klinge! Så lækkert til prisen også Vi kommer helt klart igen

Nice small hotel near main attractions in Milan. Ciuole of things to note: it's near a tram station, and the room's temprature is controled by the front office so we were told to call the front desk if we want our room temprature changed!

The photographs are extremely deceiving. The hotel is old and not attractive. There is no space in front of the hotel to stop and unload or load the luggage. The stuff at the Parking they use does not speak English and forgot to register my car. It means I’ll receive tickets for driving in the central Milan.
