The sheets had holes in them, there’s bugs on the floor. My toilet clogged and flooded they gave me two small towel rags to clean the floor. And I had to go pick it up from the front. There’s no maintenance at the facility. I chose a no smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes in the room when walked in. I don’t come to houston often but the reviews were showing good reviews. They had me plunge my own bathroom from flooding and went on the entire floor. Luckily I one urinated. It could’ve been worse if I did more.

Got a headache from the smell of mothballs. The hotel has a no pet policy yet they have roaches as pets. There front lobby is closed and they said they would give us breakfast like we're in prison, through a window... I mean it's fine and overall it's ok. 15 bucks a night cheaper and this would make sense Would I stay here again, in a pinch, yes. Property is a refletof ownership

The room we were assigned initially clearly had been used. The bed was unmade, and it was easy to see the shower had just been used. It was 5:00 in the morning, so I guess everyone makes mistakes. After waiting 10 minutes for the proprietor to come back to the window, are you sure it's the right room, he said. (You mean the keycard works for more than one room?!!) No apology. Then he accompanied us to the second room, opened the door, then left. Luckily one of us was inside when we discovered the keycard didn't work. After a long trip with two different flat-tire events in the middle of the night, we were too tired to complain. We decided not to extend the stay by two more days; we just went elsewhere.

It's close to a major road and I could hear lots of traffic from my room. The ownership was friendly and the rates were excellent. The grounds were well lit.

I stay at La Quinta often and it was nowhere near what they normally have. My other issue was housekeeping came to my door twice before checkout and both times, even though I called out that I was on my way to the door, the door was opened and they attempted to undo the top lock with their hands. Once I opened the door they apologized and left, but that made me extremely nervous.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the late check-in option, and the Wi-Fi. I didn't like that there was a cigarette burn on one of the hand towels, or that snacks could only be paid for in cash (it's 2023, folks, and everybody takes cards).

We booked a non-smoking room. When we got to our room, it was clearly not a non-smoking. There was an ashtray on the table and smell pretty bad of smoke. We asked for another room. And it didn't have an ashtray but still smelled of smoke. The rooms wasn't horrible. It did have two beds and a couch that seemed to be cleaned. Not that this is the hotel's fault, but the bar next door had a very noisy crowd until around 3:30 am. They were revving their engines and playing extremely loud music all night. It was loud enough that there was no way to get any sleep.

The motel was nice clean comfortable but the neighbors were terrible the neighborhood hood loud the people next door would hit the wall in the middle of the night and the neighbor's bed was on the opposite side of the wall as my bed so I could hear everything they said.
