Chesa Villasimius 18 is a welcoming apartment situated in a privileged position in the heart of the Engadin. The accommodation is located right opposite Celerina railway station, making travel extremely convenient, and is only 300 metres from the Marguns ski lift, the perfect starting point for days on the slopes or scenic excursions. The town centre is just a few steps away, whilst St. Moritz is easily accessible in just 4 km. The apartment is located on the top floor of a quiet condominium and is accessible via an internal staircase. It is entirely developed on a single level and offers a surface area of 90 square metres, designed to guarantee comfort and functionality. The living area is spacious and bright, with a lounge and dining room integrated into a single welcoming environment, enriched by large windows and direct access to a sunny terrace with a splendid view of the mountains and Muottas Muragl. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with an oven, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules are not provided). A convenient high table with two bar-style stools offers the perfect space for breakfast or a quick snack. The apartment has three bedrooms: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with single beds and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. The two bathrooms are well distributed: the first is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet and bath with shower, while the second offers a sink, toilet and a comfortable shower. Among the additional comforts are a private washing machine directly in the apartment and, on the ground floor, a rack where you can store your ski equipment. It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing work in the condominium areas. At the disposal of guests there is an unguaranteed external parking space; however, several parking solutions are available nearby.
