We were on our way to Kelowna and we always stay at the super 8 in 100 mile house to break up our trip. We have never been disappointed with the service and the cleanliness of the room. The complimentary breakfast cones in handy as we are early risers and being able to grab a quick breakfast helps us to get on the road quickly.

Everything to do with our stay was excellent . We were only one night , stopping in to pick up the keys before heading off to a COL nearby . We arrived back at the Motel around 11pm and were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the rooms . very clean , plumbing worked as it should , shower was strong and the beds were very comfortable . The staff , well one lady at the desk was very ageeable and accommodating . Would stay again , no hesitation . :)

This was our first time staying at this location. We were thrilled with everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and the heat was on when we checked in. I like the air conditioning which's considerably quiet and its location is not so close to the bed so the wind does not blow on you directly while u r sleeping. One thing I don't like is that when we checked in, the reception staff doesn't really show courtesy or respect when she noticed the number of people in our two rooms not matched her record, but we had the printout document showing her that she was incorrect, even though she did not apologize.

Early in the morning on the day of our reservation we had called to see if we could get an early check in as we were attending a wedding and wanted to get ready before hand. We were shocked by the rudeness in the response we got. We were told there would be no way to have our room ready early as the cleaners would be working until 6pm that night. We were told our room would be ready some time after 3. We were quite upset by the way we were spoken to but even more upset by the fact that our room may not be ready by the guaranteed 3pm checkin time. We wanted to at least put our stuff in the room before the reception so we called another hotel who said they would have a room ready for us right away. Unfortunately when we called the super 8 back, the lady on the phone would not allow us to cancel our reservation as we were only 5 hours before check in time. So after some aggressive arguing we had to keep our room. The other staff at the hotel were pleasant however we felt awkward and uncomfortable given the interactions that took place over the phone. In the morning the staff were gossiping behind the front desk and complaining about work related things. It was unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable as we were sitting there eating breakfast. I would not recommend staying here.

This place is fine for a quick stopover on your way through. However, thin walls mean you hear your neighbors, and it is very much just a motel with very few amenities. The front desk closes at 10:00 p.m. The breakfast is not much more than a couple of cereal options, toast and a muffin or an orange, although some of those things are also available even in the evening when the front desk is still open. Again, that's not necessarily a criticism, but this is very much a basic place to stay. On a Friday night, most of the restaurants in the area closed by 8:00 p.m. so plan on fast food if you are arriving late. The rooms are clean but very simple. If you're just looking for a place to spend 10 or 12 hours before you carry on down the road, this should be just fine.
