This little boutique hotel is so cute! We stayed on the third floor...the elevator is very slow but we just took the stairs when we didnt have our luggage with us. The free breakfast was great. They have a cute little pancake maker and fresh squeezed OJ. They had a variety of meat and cheese, breads and croissants and muffins or tarts. The coffee was great. The room had a good sized bed and the bathroom was very clean. Shower was great and spacious. Patking was not included but we managed to find street parking that was free on the weekends. The staff were super friendly and the location was very close to all the tourist areas. A great place for a getaway.

We spent a while looking through the various hotels in the Faro area before we booked Faro Boutique due to its location and rooftop terrace. The location is great for the marina, Old Town and central area, Faro is an easily walkable city. Our room was quite small and the balcony was very small. If you are looking for a reasonably priced stay in Faro, this is a good hotel to choose.

The hotel was ok for a one night stand however when we checked into our room the aircon was making extremly loud noises. They came to check it and were on the phone with someone to fix it for ages however it didn't help. We asked if we could be moved to another room however they said they were fully booked. They said we could wait for the manager however with it being our only day in Faro we wanted to go out but would have expected the manager to leave us a note or proactively provide some kind of compensation. Disappointing that it was just ignored.

Lovely hotel with lovely local restaurants on its doorstep. The rooms are well appointed most have an outside balcony area. The rooftop terrace is perfect to chill out and the bar there was an extra surprise Bruno the barman was very helpful and gave us lots of local tips.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. We showed up about an hour before check-in but the staff allowed us access to the room early which was greatly appreciated. We had a drink on the rooftop terrace one evening, the view was amazing. The only negative to the room would be the glass wall between the washroom and bed, even with the blind down you could still see into the washroom if you were laying on the bed. There was also no fan in the washroom. All and all though we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel im Zentrum, ohne Parkplatz. Es gibt jedoch einen Parkplatz ca 500m entfernt - kostenlos -》bereits in der Vorsaison voll, da alle Besucher dort parken. Bad sehr klein, sonst okay. Frühstück war auch okay, Service und Rezeption sehr freundlich. Zentrum ist sehr schön, mit vielen Restaurants.

The hotel was very basic, which was fine, but our room was not very clean. There were stains on the floor and the shower was moldy. Also, there is a roof terrace which is supposed to have a bar, but the bar was closed and the roof terrace was not set up. Besides that the staff was very friendly and kind.

A boutique hotel with an outstanding staff. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast could use a little more variety. The hotel is walking distance from most major sites. Restaurants are numerous throughout the area, all within walking distance.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The entrance stunk bad like sewage and the corridors looked like something from a prison. Really creepy. The room istelf was good and bed really comfy with a lovely firm pillow. The bathroom facilities were ok. Shower could definitely have been cleaned better and the tap for the overhead shower wasnt working. Probably wouldnt return but for a cheap overnight stay, it was as you would expect.

Väldigt slitet hotell, golven var svarta av smuts och slitage. Sängen var helt sönder riven och badrummet var hemskt. Personalen hade trasiga kläder och verkade inte glada. Detta hotell är alldeles för dyrt de måste antingen gå ner i stjärnor och pris eller renovera. Bo inte här!

Its in a very good location, easy access to historic old Faro and also the slightly newer old Faro, with shops, restaurants in the pedestrian area. Parking within 5 minutes, main bus station 11 minutes walking. My room was getting a bit tatty, in need of redecorating & shower room had some mold. Disappointed that there was no kettle and only 2 coffee pods.

Ground floor is new and updated with nice flooring. Room had plain white floors that showed a lot of dirt and wear, especially along wall edges and leading into shower. Walls looked dirty. Hotel was a convi3nt and safe location. Breakfast was not worth paying extra for. Very little choices. Staff is very friendly amd helpful.

Our room was very dirty and small. The walls were very dirty especially in the bathroom. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillow felt like I was sleeping on a rock. The worst part was that the toilet did not flush we reported the problem to the main desk and the problem was not fixed until our check out. I am very disappointed with this stay.

L’état général de cette chambre d’hôtel est médiocre, et largement en-dessous de la qualité attendue pour le prix que nous avons payé. Le plancher n’était pas propre (chambre + salle de bains). Dans la salle de bains, la porte n’était pas en bon état et le miroir pivotant était retiré (il n’y avait que la fixation). La lumière au plafond de la chambre ne marchait pas, elle s’allumait quelques secondes puis s’éteignait. Il fallait donc utiliser les deux lampadaires de la chambre. Il ne restait ainsi qu’une seule prise de courant pour charger les portables… et elle ne marchait pas !

Beware of this hotel! Despite my reservation stating payment at the hotel, they insisted on payment three days before arrival or else threatened to cancel the reservation. They quoted "hotel policy" and an incredibly dubious interpretation of the 48 hour free cancellation policy. Had I known this would happen, I would definitely have chosen another hotel. On check-in the front desk person was surly and unhelpful. We had to choose a fixed slot for breakfast! The room was so tiny that, after fitting in a standard double bed, there was only space for a bedside table on one side. That was also the only side with a reading light. The bathroom walls are made of glass, with only a loose plastic screen screening it off from the bedroom.

Stayed here for 4 nights, we booked a superior room with a balcony. Free bottle of water and coffee machine in room and free safe. Comfy bed and good shower. The room was slightly noisy, the door didn't fit flush so could hear other people in the corridor. We had the balcony door open at night, and it was a bit noisy the last night. We didn't have breakfast there but it looked fine for the price. Would stay again.

Great location only a few mins walk from all the things in Faro you’d want to see and the marina and old town. The room was clean and comfortable although the floors were a little worn. The bed was comfortable and the window opened which was good as the air conditioning is turned off in the winter, which is normal but I find this slightly annoying - not everyone has the same climate comfort. The WiFi was very spotty and only actually worked on the final night of my stay. Also, the way the rooms are placed makes it so other guests bathrooms are on the other side of the wall to your bed, so you can hear multiple different people using their toilets which I found a little disconcerting - assume the walls are pretty thin… I was in room 211, maybe I was just unlucky! However overall I was happy with my stay here, the breakfast is continental and has a nice little selection if you need something quick before going to your flight etc. the value for money was very good though at only £34 per night, so I definitely think it was worth this price.

Central location, friendly service. But dated decor; the name of the hotel makes absolutely no sense. Small room. Concrete corridors and thin doors makes it possible to hear every cough from other rooms + sounds of cutlery from breakfast, which also was sub par. There are much better options for this price range in Faro, even in guest houses.

We didn't purchase any drink at the hotel, so the Expedia benefit/perk is lost while staying here unless you drink. Except breakfast, we dined out; breakfast was very limited in comparison to other hotels. The hotel was ok for a one night stand however when we checked into our room the aircon was making extremly loud noises. They came to check it and were on the phone with someone to fix it for ages however it didn't help. We asked if we could be moved to another room however they said they were fully booked. They said we could wait for the manager however with it being our only day in Faro we wanted to go out but would have expected the manager to leave us a note or proactively provide some kind of compensation. Disappointing that it was just ignored.

All good during our stay , clean spacious room and good selection of breakfast items. Early check in was very helpful. However,one bad point , we left a couple of things in our room , I emailed to ask if they could be posted to us at our cost but didn't even get a reply. Yes it was our fault but it would have been courteous if they could have at least replied.

Check in tog över 45 minuter trots en tom reception. Badrummet hade inga utrymmen att ställa ifrån sig sina saker. Vi förbokade taxi 2 ggr men fick ingen så kommunikationen i receptionen är inte bra eller så säger de att de förbockat men gör inte det. Faro boutique hotel’s location is amazing. Just few blocks fro Vila Adentro the historic downtown. The hotel has all you need. Rooms are adequate and comfy. We did not use breakfast option but looked good. The room has a coffee machine which is very helpful. The staff was very helpful when checking in a little early.

This little boutique hotel is so cute! We stayed on the third floor...the elevator is very slow but we just took the stairs when we didnt have our luggage with us. The free breakfast was great. They have a cute little pancake maker and fresh squeezed OJ. They had a variety of meat and cheese, breads and croissants and muffins or tarts. The coffee was great. The room had a good sized bed and the bathroom was very clean. Shower was great and spacious. Patking was not included but we managed to find street parking that was free on the weekends. The staff were super friendly and the location was very close to all the tourist areas. A great place for a getaway.

Handdukarna behöver vara större, den största var alldeles för liten. Badrummet är sunkigt. Personalen som arbetade första dagen (män i receptionen och unga tjejer på frukosten) var fantastiska, den som arbetade imorse ville inte ens ringa och höra vad en taco till flygplatsen skulle kosta. We spent a while looking through the various hotels in the Faro area before we booked Faro Boutique due to its location and rooftop terrace. The location is great for the marina, Old Town and central area, Faro is an easily walkable city. Our room was quite small and the balcony was very small. The biggest negative for us was that the rooftop terrace was closed for cleaning during our stay. We had picked this Hotel for the terrace and went up there prepared to enjoy the views one afternoon to find it being jetwashed. No-one on reception had advised us of this at any point when we checked in. It would have been courteous to have been made aware beforehand. If you are looking for a reasonably priced stay in Faro, this is a good hotel to choose.

Despite the hotel seeming to be a little out of the way, it's location was perfect got setting out to explore Faro. It's close enough to the train station too should you want to take a trip away to other local areas. The staff were very friendly every time I had interactions with them. The included breakfast was a little lacking but it was sufficent for a start to the day.

Das Personal war zwar freundlich, Frühstück ok aber Kakalaken im Frühstücksraum geht gar nicht. Außerdem knallen die Zimmertüren, besonders nachts und die alte Klimaanlage gibt ständig Geräusche von sich, dass man davon wach wird. Abstellen ging auch nicht. Ich wurde mindestens 4 Mal aus dem Tiefschlaf gerissen. Außerdem ist das alte Haus so hellhörig, dass man die Unterhaltungen aus den Nachbarzimmern hört.

We had upgraded to a larger room and it was well worth it. We had a large sitting area with a couch and comfortable chair. The room had 4 closets, some with shelves, so there was plenty of room for clothes. The only issue we had was that the electric curtain meant to provide privacy in the glass walled bathroom didn’t work. The breakfast was good but there were no eggs, and the only hot item was pancakes from a pancake machine. The location was great as it was just outside the walls of the old city and we could walk to restaurants and the waterfront.

Central location, friendly service. But dated decor; the name of the hotel makes absolutely no sense. Small room. Concrete corridors and thin doors makes it possible to hear every cough from other rooms + sounds of cutlery from breakfast, which also was sub par. There are much better options for this price range in Faro, even in guest houses.

I stayed here for an overnight trip, the staff are good very kind and always try to help, the rooms are clean but the rooftop terrace needs attention it’s dirty hasn’t been cleaned in a while just seems like a bit of a forgotten about place, reception there is fingermarks over the glass and paintwork which just brings the appearance down and first impressions, I had one big issue which was the air con did not work in my room and in peak summer that isn’t ideal so the room was beyond boiling, I did report it but nothing was done about it. The breakfast is a small continental but still very good especially for the price it is so that is good about this place. Other than that everything else was fine I just think it needs some investment, I’m 50/50 if I’d ever go back
