We stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed our experience. The shuttle was such a nice bonus that took us to the T-stop and allowed us to go into the city each day without any issue. The staff were all friendly and professional, the restaurant food was delicious, the gym is one of the best I’ve ever seen, and the pool was fun. I did wish for a hot tub though. The room was cleaned daily and was comfortable for us. Definitely would stay here again!

Upon arrival, I was informed that the pool was closed for maintenance, which was a major inconvenience since my stay was for my daughter's third birthday. Despite this, I decided to stay since the room was already paid for. However, the pool remained closed the next day, and the staff's unprofessionalism made me furious. Aside from the pool, there was construction going on around the property that made the grounds unsafe. My overall rating, though, is a result of them agreeing to have Expedia fully refund the room. Also, I would like to point out that when my sister reached out about the deposit for the room, they told her it would be 48 hours for it to be refunded, when in fact it is four to five business days.

The hotel was about 25 min outside of Boston. The room I stayed in was spacious with two queen size beds. The bed I slept in was firm and easy to fall asleep on. The room and bathroom were clean. The toilet seemed easy to clog, but that got resolved with the help of Facilities. The parking log had plenty or parking spots and the gym had plenty of equipment.

our room wasn’t AWFUL, but it was not cleaned properly either. there was old food on the ground, hairballs on the bathroom floor, hand prints on the refrigerator, and the fitted sheet to our bed was clearly the wrong size. it was too small to fit and it just looked silly. overall i would say it wasn’t a negative or a positive experience just mediocre at best

There was an overwhelming chemical cleaner odor in the entire hallway of the second floor. It was so strong I had to hold hold my nose just to get to my room. There were business papers and candy wrappers on the floor from the previous guest. The housekeepers were yelling at each other up and down the hallways to the point where I had to open my door to see what all the commotion was. I’ve stayed in lots of Marriott’s in the past and never experienced any issues like this before.

My room was offered at quite a discount I wonder if that’s why it smelled like a locker room when I opened the door The room was clean but I did not appreciate housekeeping hurrying me along at 8:45 am with a knock on my door to see if I was out of the room yet Next I was sent a $20 invoice for parking which I did not expect and do not agree to There is no choice but to park on property and this seems a relatively new gated entrance Pluses if none of this bothers you- Well trained and courteous front desk staff Clean and well appointed room - if you don’t mind the smell I’m beyond disappointed and will be withdrawing from Bonvoy everywhere And … I won’t be back

The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. The rooms have the ability to be comfortable, but the bathroom was dirty. There was human hair on the ceiling and walls. The first night we said something to the front desk and they said they would clean it, they did not. The next day during cleaning service, this was also not cleaned. Felt dirty. Departure was at 6am to catch a flight. Upon departure, the common areas in the lobby were terribly dirty. Old food containers out, and the lobby desperately needed to be vacuumed.

The Internet TV didn’t work. I called down for them to take care the sent someone who just unplugged the tv and plugged it back in. Then told me the internet is slow try later. I paid breakfast for two they charged me but didn’t put it in my reservation. Had to argue with them. Bad stay

Room was perfect. My only light complaint...shower very confusing to operate. The water was too cold or very hot. Had to keep turning on and off to somewhat regulate the water temp. Just never got to enjoy a good warm shower.

I can tell the management of this property has put the majority of their money in the lobby, bar and first floor bathrooms as when you first walk in it has a great and posh vibe. The Bar staff were excellent and the food was great. The room, was average. In the bathroom the hook to hang a towel or robe on the door was broken, there was no makeup mirror or hair dryer, shower water had two speeds either freezing or sculding hot water no in between, lighting was horrible and our room was cleaned every day and we never got any new bars of soap. There was no bottle water for the coffee machine and you have to pay to use the wifi.

We had to check in early and the staff was super friendly and professional and had let us check in hours before the check-in time. We also asked to leave our luggage with them on the last day since our flight was not until later and that was also handled very professionally. Aside from these obvious reasons, we also enjoyed the peacefulness we had during our stay at Marriott Boston Quincy and would return to it at some point!

This hotel’s front desk staff seems to have a culture of misleading their guests. I reserved a king room, but at check in they gave me a queen room without telling me about the switch. When I got to the room, I called the front desk to ask about the mistake, and they said they had no king rooms. After pushing a bit more, they found a king room, but only with a lot of complaining from the agent about having to do the work of finding it. Then I got to that room and found the heat didn’t work and the shower hadn’t been cleaned. At that point I gave up. Marriotts used to be better quality than Courtyards, but the quality of the rooms in this hotel were not. Also, when I booked my room I upgraded to the concierge level for access to the lounge, but it was not worth the cost. The opening hours were limited, the drinks were overpriced and the food was sparse and lower quality than the restaurant. Overall, it seems Marriott is not what it used to be, and I’ll be avoiding it when I can based on my experiences with them over the past couple years.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Bobby the shuttle driver was a pleasure to get to know and so helpful. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. When my flight got delayed due to weather, they gave me a late check out several hours after I was supposed to check out. I’m very grateful for the staff. And the rooms are great, everything is very clean and it was perfect for my stay.

Lady at front desk ridiculed me about my service animal. She is certified and necessary which I had proof of. Staff was super rude and not helpful. Room was filthy, covered in hair, not swept, bedding was stained and ripped. Found dirty lash extensions, dirty toilet paper crumpled by the window, and very concerning brown stains on the headboard. Literally go anywhere else but here

Housekeeping did not come until 5pm after I called at 12pm to see if they were coming. Desk clerk stated she didn’t know what time Housekeeping was coming. Room smelled like fish and chips because they did not pick up the food. When they came, they only clean the bathroom and I had to ask her to dump the trash. Saturday night there was a loud boom box played in the room next to me with yelling, running in and out the hotel, thumping and hitting the wall (2 females and 2 males maybe visiting them). It was so much noise/disturbance from 12am until 7am which is ridiculous. I called the front desk at 1am and they were suppose to send security but they didn’t. My friend had to know on the door at 2am and they still continue. I called the front desk again and the phone just rung. Bring on a business trip with no sleep was not acceptable without a resolution. Notified Dagem at checkout. I was charged the full amount of the hotel even at checkout.

I usually love staying at this hotel as I visit Quincy quite often. It used to be a really nice place to stay. However this time was absolutely terrible. First upon check in I learned that they have put the price of their parking up to $18 which is crazy for this location. Then there was a group of at least 100 children in the lobby when I checked in, hardly the hotels fault, but because the man checking me in was clearly annoyed at their screaming he essentially did the entire process without saying words to me. In fact, I think the only thing he said was the price of the parking. The room was fine as always, although it did look like the bed was made in a big rush as the sheets were all over the place. Then for breakfast I find out it is $26 for what is essentially the most pathetic buffet you can imagine. On top of that it took the staff 10 minutes to even acknowledge that several of us were waiting to be seated. The meal and service was so embarrassing that the waitress reduced the cost for me without me having to say, which was nice, but goes to show that even they knew it was a bad experience. Just really disappointing that my once favorite hotel in the Quincy area has been reduced to this. Public restroom toilet seats worn out and cracking, front revolving door was broken, unfriendly staff. I will most likely have to find a new place to stay when returning.

Great stay. Close to Quincy downtown and the T. The hotel was excellent—clean, with great services and an on-site Starbucks to grab your caffeine in the morning. I will definitely stay there again.

My only disappointment with this property is that for the price they want to charge you for the rooms it is extra to park, extra for Internet, and there’s definitely nothing free. The other hotel chains offer all the above, which includes breakfast all at no additional charge. Hotel was clean and the customer service was acceptable.

Room was great ! Hallway littered with paper pieces , notified front desk , no change , no action . Restaurant is a zero - arrived Sunday afternoon, told “ only serving the luncheon menu “ oh and “ no fish , no Turkey” Ordered chicken and burgers , poorly cooked , did not accept , to bed hungry . Noted bartender tell a senior couple “ find a seat if you can find a clean one” Spoke to restaurant manager - he was apologetic and understanding, great guy but the experience was bad .
