My plans changed and I needed a two bed room. Owners were willing to cancel my first reservation and book the new request through an online booking agency. Room was extremely hot and it took a long time to cool down. There were some spots where old cigarette burns were visible but the room was non-smoking. Beds were comfy. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Construction was happening in lot in front of hotel but this did not affect our stay. Laundry and ice machine are older but do work. For a one night stay - all we needed.

I booked the room online while we were on the road, that part was easy. We've been on the road for 4 hours and my husband really had to use the bathroom, but the check-in clerk told him there was no bathroom... like he himself would not need to pee during his workday, but okay. My husband couldn't hold it and went outside the building and peed there... not the best spot or his finest hour, but come one, the guy could have just let him use his or given him the room key. So that part wasn't great... the room was okay, but the dead-bolt on the door was broken, so I wonder if he gave us that one on purpose. But we dealt with it and just pushed the desk in front of the door for the night. The heater was completely turned off, 27F outside, so we turned it on and went to dinner, when we came back the room was at 69F which was fine. The heating unit kept waking me up during the night every time it turned on. There was dust and lint on the bathroom counter, but okay. It was a place to stay for a night, but I do have to say that we have stayed at nicer places for less money... it wasn't worth $88

Check in was easy and the lady was very nice room was ok put i stayed there for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned and had to go ask for towel and got told had to bring the towels i used back before I got any more That is bad service The bed was not changed not any day we was there and it had to be dirty couse we had been dirt track racing

There were blood and other unidentified stains on the sheets and blankets, a greasy hand marked remote, beetles and ants crawling on the floor and up the wall, and broken coffee pot. I requested a refund due to the conditions but the manager would not give me one due to booking through Expedia.
