The Foreside Inn

I trully love the Foreside Inn. Excellent property, love the decor and how clean everything was. Will stay again.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Foreside Inn. The room was clean and cool and had extra blankets and towels. The pillows were too soft for us but that's personal preference. The towels were a bit scratchy, as well. Overall, we liked the room and the means of entry (a door code). We also enjoyed the neighborhood the hotel was in. The crullers and coffee from Lil's were amazing!! I would definitely stay here again for the convenience.

Super easy check in and check out process, walking distance from local shops, restaurants, and the water. Staff was responsive and kind. Bed was super comfortable too!

This Inn has been beautifully renovated and the rooms are spacious, clean and nicely designed. We had plenty of towels, water, coffee, etc. And privacy. We had no complaints at all about the facilities. However, communication was not great. We were not made aware that this is totally virtual and automated, so upon arrival there was no one to speak to and we did not have our check-in information ready. I had to search for a number to call and then spoke with someone that had a very difficult accent and a rude attitude. They insisted a specific email had been sent to us but I did not have it. We ran into other guests in the parking lot who were having the same issues and frustrations. We eventually got our room code and instructions. I sent a text message to the the main number upon checkout and received checkout instructions via email much later, If they improve communication and customer service, this will be a beautiful stay all round.

After a rough start trying to complete the online check-in form, which was required to get a door code. The form wouldn't accept a photo and thus wouldn't send. With no staff on site, it took multiple phone calls, email and messages trying to get hold of a human to assist, we eventually got it sorted. Once in the room it was very nice. Comfy bed, perfectly clean (brand new), great shower, and nice amenities in the room. The night was very quiet and it was an easy area to get around in.
