Check in wasn't all it could be. It started at 3:00, we arrived after a very long day's drive at 2:15. Asked if our room might possibly be ready, and were told "check in isn't until 3". After again asking, we were told our room was ready. We were not told any more about the hotel. We were put on the 3rd floor (top floor), there was NO elevator in working condition. After hauling our weeks luggage upstairs, we got in our room. The toilet was FILTHY and the room smelled musty. It obviously hadn't been cleaned in awhile. We had to ask for housekeeping while we were there, they only came in on stays that were longer than 5 days. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all

Hotel has a lot of issues. Stayed three nights and room was never serviced. Had to go to front desk to get clean towels and ask for room to be cleaned and it still wasn’t done. Pool and elevator were both out. They claim they are waiting on a part for the pool but it’s been months since it had worked. They claim a storm caused the elevator issue. It just looks like they could care less about the entire facility.

Pool and spa were down which is why we all picked this hotel and paid more than we would have next door with just a pool and no spa but they work! They have no date for it to be up and running! Bathroom door didn’t lock. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.

We had no working elevator in the hotel. Also our toilet in the room did not flush. They knew about it and still had us stay in the room. We could not change rooms because they said they were full, yet half of the parking lot was empty. Their solution was to have us go down to the main floor and use the lobby restroom. Again, with no elevator.

This was a horrible hotel. Pool and hot tub out of order, breakfast was disgusting, our room AC/heater was broke. No compensation for anything - just a “ sorry”

Hotel needs some repairs and a lot of minor issues—our top floor room had a slope/lean to it. The bathroom tile had a lot of cracks. One of the table lights did not work. The carpets were stained. The shampoo dispenser was empty and missing a trash can in main area. Dead spiders were on the walls. The main entry door had to be slammed to properly shut. Drain plugs in bathroom missing.Breakfast was ok but trash cans overflowing.

Arriving for check in at 4pm, the room was yet to be cleaned and unavailable. I reduced the room size for availability. After entering room the carpets were severely stained, dirty towels left in bathroom, the shower pressure was low. After check out I noticed I was charged three separate times for one night stay, plus a fourth $10 holding fee. Only to be told it will come off in a few days. Derek, the manager will not take my call after multiple attempts. I will NEVER go back here!

The two young ladies at the front desk were great when it came to my complaints about the DIRTY LINEN ON THE BED , DIRTY TOLIET, DIRTY coffee maker, DIRTY floor, SMELLY TOWELS. SMELLY ROOM. They checked the room out for themselves and agreed to send me to another room. Also I scheduled and paid for in advance for a king suite with king bed. Upon arrival I was scheduled for a regular room with a queen bed. I won’t go there ever again.

Shower bench in handicap bathroom broke while my husband was getting out of shower. No room service. Told front desk I was informed only 1 maid on duty. Just excuses. Room filthy, mold around base of shower, cobwebs in corners. Drapes absolutely filthy, deteriorating. Had to ask for clean towels. Will not return. This particular locale is not up to or even close to what is advertised. Didn’t even stay the full time we had reserved.

Tv didnt work ac worked when it wanted to stains on the lamp shades all furniture was stained and naty didnt want to sit on any of them, never did get our bed made in the 4 nights we were there carpet stained holes in the walls that were under repair but never did see anyone working on them

Staff allowed a party until close to midnight, in the parking lot where 20-30 people (including kids) were allowed to play loud music on a radio, kids running around the parking lot screaming directly in front of the motel, our window. The bathroom was filthy, toilet bowl had stains in it as though it had not been cleaned in weeks, soap scum in the shower, on the walls and faucet. The tile in the bathroom around the toilet was all cracked and the toilet was unsteady when sitting down.

Much of the room was in a state of disrepair: cracked tiles, ripped curtains, elevator buttons that didn't light up, other guests trash by bed and heard electrical static throughout the night. Milk in cartons for breakfast was curdled. Seats in kitchen area were horribly stained. But, bed was comfortable, we had hot water, and it was adequate for the little bit of time we spent there.

Didnt make it to breakfast but could still obtain banana and yoghurt. This was super nice of them. Had kecard glutch but Chris the evening desk man literally ran upstairs after rescanning ours to check that it worked. Beds were very comfy. Wood surfaces were a little worn...a minor flaw.

Hotel didn’t have the room I booked available and put us in a smaller room, after we had paid more for the original room. Hotel staff said they had to wait for manager to help make it right. Manager wasn’t available before we had to check out and refused to make it right after we followed up. Horrible customer service.

Very middle of the road hotel. Not fancy but not terrible. Safe area with two large gas stations within walking distance. They had free cookies at check in which the kids appreciated. Pool was fairly warm. Hot tub was closed.. which is what I was looking forward to. Room was large. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good and the tub felt slick, like it hadn’t been rinsed out properly. Appeared to be some mold on the shower curtain. Otherwise the room was clean. Breakfast was adequate and the food was hot.

We stopped here last minute at midnight to get some sleep. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. The reviews I read that were negative were being picky. It is a little older than some hotels but a great place to stay if you need a place to stop for a night. Comfy bed and great shower. Beautiful corn fields all around.

I like the fact it was in a safe and quiet area. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly, as well as courteous. I was pleasantly surprised it offered a hot breakfast. Also, the price of the stay was quite reasonable. The only suggestion I have is to provide a directory in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Destini. Hot breakfast had many choices although the pancake machine was broken. Room was very comfortable with air conditioner working well. Carpet was dated with a musty smell in the hallways. Was mopping up a carpet spill with a towel and there was a lot of hair on the towel. Quiet with no disturbances. Parking lot lit well. We were able to park close to the door we came out.

The room was great service was great. Got to the hallway with the elevator and it smelled horrible. Went down for breakfast at 630 and it was good except they didn’t have any apple juice and ran out of biscuits by 7. Also the shower had terrible water pressure but other than those downfalls it was a great night stay

The staff was great. The room itself was also great but the shower... No pressure, loud unless you froze scalded yourself, and shower head needed replaced years ago. The breakfast was not very good. Bacon was almost raw, eggs were not eggs, rolls were like hocky pucks... Would we stay again? Sure. Not in same room though.
