Side entry doors that normally would require a card key were broken and anyone can open it without a key. Requested a room change due to mold in the shower, stains on the bedding making it unclear if they were clean. New room had ants in the bathroom and stained bedding again. Kids yelling and running up and down the hallway at 11pm.

The staff was excellent. The only problem was that the ink toner in both the business center and reception desk were out. The toner was locked up in the manager's office. Nothing could be printed.

In general, the hotel was okay. The pool was clean, but pool towells would have been helpful. The bathroom and shower were working fine and the bedroom area was good. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was warm. Thank you. I did notice some points needingbrepair aroundcand within the hotel; an insurance auditor was reviewing the site and likely would have those pictures to descibe inndetail.

the beds appeared to be clean, but we take off the bedspread and use our own pillow cases. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the toilet was not bolted to the floor. water. sat in the chair and the arm came off. pool was clean, but was closed when it should have been open several times and breakfast was ok. and they lost our reservations on the first night. I guess could have been worse.

Did not end up staying at this property. The rooms had leftover food on the ground, dust built up on the headboards, fingerprints all over the refrigerator, MOLD growing on the ceiling, COCKROACHES crawling on the walls, linens were horribly dirty and stained, and mystery substances on the walls.

The first room I was given had a roach in the fridge. But the awesome person working the front desk moved me to a new room immediately. There was still some type of bugs that may have came through the window. But overall the stay was decent. The staff is always super kind and nice.

Sheets were clean, but had permanent reddish stain on the top sheet on one of the beds. Room had a smell like someone had smoked in there at some point in time. Staff were very friendly!

We booked a two-night stay and were greeted by very polite and helpful front desk staff, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the room did not meet expectations. The bathroom shower had mold on the ceiling, and the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The paint near the window was peeling and falling, and above the bed there appeared to have been some repair work done, but the patching job was poorly finished and very noticeable. While the bed was comfortable, the overall condition of the room was disappointing. We decided to check out the next morning. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The office chair was in horrible condition , the kitchen faucet is loose, the shower knob is loose as well and won’t stay on same temp falls all the way to hot. The carpet is filthy . The hvac unit is behind curtains limiting air flow if you have curtains closed . The freezer is iced up. And the gentleman who checked me in was not friendly at all , just short of being rude and he was training a new employee, great example

shower did not work, moved to another room, and someonr tried enter the room at 12:37am, they actually opened the door, and i hollered at them. the dead bolt didn"t work properly, and the door slide latch was mounted wrong, so it just slid open when pressure was put on it. moved for the third time and the AC didnt put out any cool air.

Came in so tired that I didn't look around much! The bed was comfortable, the water was hot and the TV was easy to run. I appreciated the extra room to navigate in the accessible room. I did notice that the bottom of the bathroom door had been banged up by someone's wheelchair, but it was nice and clean.

Room was outdated and in need of repair, but clean and comfortable. Liked that the heater was very quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was okay. The hot water for tea was not hot. No hot coffee in breakfast room, had to get from lobby. Microwave hardly worked to heat water. Microwave in room did not work well either and had to really slam the microwave door to get it too shut. Overall, for the price, I would stay again.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's a good value for the price. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Most of the front desk staff is friendly, apart from the gentleman that works on Sundays. He is inconceivably rude and unaccommodating. There was also mold on the floor of my room around the refrigerator, and the blow dryer didn't work properly. Outside of that, it's a solid budget stay.

This hotel is obviously an older building , however it was clean and had the signs of being updated. All of the staff but one were super friendly and helpful. However the clerk that checked us in that night was abrupt and rude. I have lately started booking a handicap accessible room for my mom. She travels with me alot and she's not as mobile as she once was. When I checked in on this occasion my mother was in the car. I was greeted and then asked rudely " you booked an accessible room, do you NEED an accessible room?" I stated simply, "yes". However I wanted to say "it's none of your business. " My reservation was for two adults, the clerk had no idea what the second adult's needs might be. Her attitude made me feel like I was taking some benefit from someone else. My mom has a need for the accessible room and that clerk had no reason to question the reservation. Rudeness was unnecessary.

The hotel was clean. The staff thought we checked out. When we returned to our room the money I had in an envelope as missing. When we contacted the manager they said they found the money in the garbage, When they gave it back, almost a hundred dollars was missing out of the envelope. I would not recommend staying here as they have a thief working here. A police report was filed.

Started with great service from the staff at check in and then found room not only clean, but loaded with amenities like the prep sink, microwave, fridge ,area with nice cabinets. Nice deal, chair, and king size bed all in room. Seems like a great value and easy on/off from the freeway.

The desk staff was rude. She assumed I was going to steal hotel items because I hadn't traveled far to get there. The room was run down with old broken pieces of the headboard, dings in the desk, even the lampshade had holes in it. There was nothing in that room I'd want. The breakfast was poor with no eggs, just a pot of gravy that made me sick. We were looking for a getaway spot but we won't be returning to this place.

Overall it was a great stay. Iron in room didnt work, front desk wasnt available when i called, continental breakfast sucked. No meat, or eggs just sausage gravy n waffles. No a variety to choose from. Id stay again just not partake in breakfast
