It is composed of : - 1 entrance with storage space - 1 laundry area with washing machine - 1 large living room with fully equipped Mobalpa kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, lots of storage space etc...) opening onto a terrace of 16m² without overlooked, with a table and 4 chairs. - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, storage, overhead ventilation system - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 cm and storage, overhead ventilation system - 1 large bathroom with Italian shower - 1 Separate WC The apartment has 2 sleeping spaces: - the first bedroom with 2 single beds, storage, ceiling fan. - The second bedroom with 1 bed in 160 cm and storage, ceiling fan. ⭐ You have access to the entire apartment which is connected to the free high-speed Wifi. All bed linen and towels are provided for 4 travellers on your arrival. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **✓ Its location ** Located in the new districts of Meylan, close to the shops, bus stop etc...you will find everything you need very easily. I live in Grenoble and remain available for all questions! The cleaning charges include: cleaning but also the furnishing of bed linen and towels. ️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases. If you bring your pet with you, we charge €12 incl. VAT/animal/day.
