This is most disappointing. The internet service went out around 8PM. no one wanted to help and the next day it is still out

We had a really nice stay. Unfortunately a pipe burst in the room where their router lives so we had no hot water or internet for the evening. They did get it repaired but the water didn’t get very hot. That being said they offered us other accommodations 20 miles away and they were very nice about it. The staff were super friendly and our room felt like it was new. I’d definitely stay there again.

Everything was fine with the exception of the room key it didn’t work most of the time and was very frustrating.. Front desk was very helpful but the the door lock to room wasn’t !!!

When we arrived they had a sign that the pool was closed due to maintenance. Then when we went to take showers there was no hot water. All weekend we had to sponge bath with cold water. We were told that they had no hot water for weeks. All these problems should have been disclosed before we checked in.

Oy! Where to begin? There were two reservations with our same last name. They checked in the first arrival under our room incorrectly and gave them our king bed, so we had to settle for the only option of room 116. Right next to the flippin’ ice machine and 10 feet from the front desk. Needless to say, we got ZERO sleep. The “business center” was a computer with no internet and a broken printer. Useless. The entire first floor and lobby smelled liked weed. The bathroom had no stopper in the drain, so we had a lovely view right down into a corroded pipe. The poor kid working the front desk was alone and a new employee, who tried his best to field complaints and room transfer requests the best he could (I witnessed this while waiting to ask about the “business center”. Talk about baptism by fire. Never again for us.

Chose this hotel for the pool for my kids. When I checked in there was a sign on the desk “pool out of service “. When I asked, they said winter maintenance. That was not on the website!! Kids were not happy with me!!

Hotel was nice and clean but it had no hot water for showers. Cold shower each morning.

everything was all right I got up this morning to take a shower I was running late no hot water they gave me a key to another room down the hallway which I had to take all my stuff out of the room and transfer it to the other room it started out with hot water Midway through the shower turn to ice cold

There was zero hot water… the hallway smelled like weed. TV didn’t work… bathroom light was broken, mold on tub walls. It was probably the worst stay I have ever experienced

we checked in and when we got in the room its smelled musty and old. W wanted to lay down from a long drive and the pillows stunk like Mold it was horriable had to call front desk to get new pillows and the tv remote also didn't work had to call them for that also. They need to address the smell in these rooms.

Nothing special. Our room hadn't been vacuumed in weeks under the bed or the tile bathroom floor wasn't clean.

Needs to close and be repaired seems to have a mold issue with dampness

The hotel’s common areas were clean and inviting.

Wallpaper coming loose restroom, grab rails in shower stand. Bathroom vent filthy. Found two pills on floor in bedroom. Midget ironing board is usless.

Once we checked in, they notified us that they were making repairs to the showers… and if we see yellow or brown coloring it is not dirty… but a stain. We had to buy shower shoes…… After processing that, we found out that there was little to NO hot water. Upon check out the manager apologized and offered to add some points to my account… but that does not help the cold showers we already took, nor did I call back to receive the points. If there’s issues such has no hot water, guests should be notified immediately and it be their decision to stay or not. I would no have stayed. Our room was on the main floor next to the elevators and we shared a wall with the employee break room/laundry room which made our room very noisy and hard to sleep. The room itself could have been cleaner.. there was some “stain” or bodily fluids on the couch/lounge so we absolutely did not even put so much as a bag down on the couch. GROSS. Breakfast was mediocre… and inconsistent. The first day there were some okay opinions, however the second day we just walked away. Honestly I would give this hotel stay a 2 out of 10. I would NOT stay here again, and I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price point, I could have easily stayed somewhere cleaner, and had a hot shower …

Extremely clean! Breakfast buffet was excellent! Staff was so accommodating. Environment felt safe! Can’t say enough good things!

Our key cards didn't work when we checked in, although the front desk attendant was wonderful fixing that. He gets 5 stars. Property gets 3. Not very quiet, we were woken up in the middle of the night by frat boys coming back from the bars.

I had a terrible experience with the room upstairs from me. All afternoon into night all I heard was stomping and jumping so bad it rattled the ceiling (so bad the water in my water bottle was shaking). From afternoon until last I looked at the clock was 1am. Then I woke up at 4am to more. I managed to get a couple hours of sleep if I was lucky because I was purely exhausted. The staff was nice and so was the amenities. Just wish I was able to get more sleep than I did. I came home drained and more exhausted than when I left for the hotel.

Hotel was mostly fine. Could hear lots of noise outside the room through the door and walls. Was very expensive for the level of quality but it was a holiday weekend.

The young lady at the desk at check in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but there was another guest who had their TV or some kind of audio equipment very loud until about 2am. Did not call the desk due to the volume was turned down. If I stay at this hotel again will ask for 3rd floor not first floor room.

Mostly a great experience. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast exceeded expectations....great coffee, hot eggs, crispy bacon, warm cinnamon rolls. Room was very hot. We turned it off but the room was still hot and we needed to use air conditioner for comfort. Good location and convenient location to Providence event. Nice staff.

Amazing staff, They always helped no matter how busy they were and they did so with respect kind of impatience even when I was very impatient so I appreciate that

Front desk personnel were unfriendly. NO greeting when we first entered hotel….I had to interrupt front desk employee from their long conversation with another employee to ask if we could check-in and if our room was ready. (early check-in, please and thank-you!) They were going to check to see if they could get us into a different room and promised to call us with status. They never did. After an hour we had to call the front desk to check on the status of early check-in only to be told “we checked you in an hour ago”...but they didn't bother to contact us and let us know! One of the front desk employees got testy with me when I asked WHY she didn't call us back about changing rooms. She said she gave my husband the needed information but my husband said that never happened! Upon entering the room we noticed it WAS NOT a suite! There was no separate bedroom with a door to close off the rest of the room. There was NO “kitchen area.” No sink….only a mini fridge and microwave like all the other NON-SUITE rooms! The room was extremely dark. There was no way to turn on a light over the microwave or coffee maker to see what we were doing. I went down to the front desk to ask about lighting and if they could please give us a small lamp to put over the microwave and were told NO; this is what all the HIE rooms have and they could not add anything else to any rooms. There is no place to hang a bath towel! There are NO towel racks on the wall…..only under the sink which was for th

Staff at the front desk were wonderful and helpful during our stay during RICC even with other guests who were being rowdy! Shower in the suite room was amazing after a long day. Would highly recommend this place if you're looking to stay right outside the Rhode Island area.

Me and my fiance had a wonderful stay when we arrived late Ali was very kind to give us an upgraded room because they didn't have a room available, and it literally was one of the two of the best rooms of the hotel they had available there also I want to think Michelle because just putting that little extra effort in goes a long way and I want to say thank you Hotel

Convenient for our visit to Bristol and Newport. The hotel is tucked away off the road and quiet - no noisy traffic to disturb your sleep. Pleasant staff and convenient that they have breakfast included.

Stayed 1 night to go to Bristol Harbor Fireworks, this hotel was about 20 minutes away. The hotel is hidden away so it’s quiet. Close to interstate. Our King room was large. Bed was comfortable. However, we had trouble getting hot water in the sink and shower. It came on eventually in the shower but it took awhile.

Hotel was noisy as they had a group of soccer kids . They completely took over the dining area leaving no space for other guests. Breakfast was lacking food as it was not replenished for a while once the soccer team was there . The waffle machine was broken the entire time I was there .one of the staff did not speak English at all .2am and people walking back and forth .Bed was super comfortable. Staff sprayed some sort of spray in my room which left a disgusting film on mirrors, dresser and tv . No clue what it was . Otherwise the hotel room was very clean .The tub did not drain therefore filling the bath while taking a shower . Hotel was close to everything. Staff always greeted the customers.

We\'ve been her previously and, as always, treated us like Royalty. The Breakfast Buffet, which included the "make your own pancakes" was a pleasant surprise. The only suggestion I have is: "add the Bacon" back on the table

Everything was great! The staff was amazing and they were able to accommodate us for an earlier check in as we had a funeral to attend. That helped us a lot ! Clean rooms, comfortable beds . Bathroom was super clean . Breakfast was good, the only downside was the pancake machine. The pancakes are kind of not cooked and taste like raw dough. Everything else was great. We had a great stay and will return .

We never felt welcomed or valued. Workers (repair personnel) at the property are most of the breakfast items…. One morning there was no food or coffee left at 8:30 and there was still an hour left!

The morning breakfast is wanting. It is mostly sweet and low fiber.

We had a nice 2 night stay while in the area. The room was clean and met all our needs. We enjoyed breakfast offerings both mornings.
