We were very pleasantly surprised at the warm and competent welcome, even allowing us to go swim in one of the the large terrace pools while our room was being readied. Also we found gouter afternoon and evening apéro snacks - many areas for private drinks or en famille...and walking and sitting area along the Sorgue. The generous dining room and terrace we did not try this time.

Hôtel en piteux état , chambres pas propre (sol et cheveux dans la baignoire) en mauvais état coup sur les murs , éclaboussures sur les murs , pour le prix c’est inacceptable sachant que nous sommes allés à la réception et aucune solution n’a été proposée, pour l’hôtel en général une piscine sur deux en état de marche et pas indiqué , la deuxième était sales carreaux manquants , bref je déconseille ! Le seul point positif c’est le petit déjeuner . Nous n’étions d’ailleurs pas les seuls à nous plaindre

The pools were freezing - too cold to use. It was impossible to get in the first pool for anyone older - the first step down was too big. The second pool had a lot of missing tiles and mold on the steps in and the water was greenish. No refrigerator in the room.

Personnel compétent et agréable. Le parc en bord de Sorgue est très agréable avec une piscine très correcte. Petit dej de bonne qualité. Dommage que la seconde piscine soit sous bâche devant notre porte fenêtre. Il faudrait le signaler sur le site car bcp de monde sur une seule piscine. Chambre 6 ancien bâtiment vieillissante avec une salle de bain qui n' est pas 4 étoiles et un WC colle a la baignoire et un éclairage blafard - dommage car la chambre est de bonne taille et le ménage très bien effectué.

Lit sur cale , placard coulissant qui ne coulisse pas et toiles d araignée dans la salle de bain… Et pour couronner le tout coupure d électricité a répétition dans la chambre ainsi qu’à la restauration . Personnel qui fait de son mieux avec les moyens du bord qui sont plus que limite. Ne mérite pas 4 étoiles…

Arrivée dans un hôtel non digne d’un 4 étoiles , chambre laissant à désirer!( cf photos)., 1 ère chambre satureee par l’odeur de cigarette, deuxième chambre non odorante mais aussi mediocre ! le personnel serviable nous a finalement trouvé une solution pour les deux dernières nuitées , ce qui fut appréciable, Je souhaiterais un remboursement de la moitié du séjour, merci par avance ! Hôtel plutôt sympathique, accueil très bien... j'avais pris une chambre de 40m2 qui s'avérer être un appartement... dommage que sur l'annonce ce n'était pas précisé... Plutôt bien agencé, petite cuisine, salon, 2 chambre, climatisées en plus... Sur le papier, c'est sympa... Les points négatifs : Fortes odeurs d'humidité dès le passage de la porte Nombreux murs abîmé, un bon coup de rafraîchissement est à prévoir Le pire, la salle de bain, meuble abîmé, de la moisissure sur le plafond qui à tenter d'être enlevé avec une éponge qui s'avère être la mauvais idée car ils ont tout étaler, c'était dégueu.... Table du salon bancal, j'avais beau essayé de la déplacer, rien n'y faisait.. Et je conseillerais de mettre des petites lampes de chevet. Les points positifs : Le cadre et parc, trop beau. Le petit déjeuner, au top, énormément de choix La literie, super bien dormi, après une journée de mariage, on a très bien apprécié. Pour un 4 étoiles, je trouve un peu dommage touts ces points négatifs et je doute que nous reviendrons. Nous avions la "chambre " 28 au clos

Not sure how this is considered a 4 star property because it is basically a motel. There was effort to present a clean room but unfortunately there was a bug in my bed. Unexceptionable and I’m horrified that more have entered my belongings. Desk agent was pleasant with his response, but not surprised when I reported it.

Dit hotel bestaat uit verschillende gebouwen. Wij hadden 2 kamers, waarvan 1 klassieke, die is te eenvoudig voor een 4-sterren hotel: geen koelkast, basic badkamer. De deluxe kamer is mooier en beter uitgerust. Goede airco. De extra gehuurde vergaderzaal was wel zeer prijzig voor een gebruik van 2,5 uur.

This was a bit of a surprise: the room was exactly as described and has a balcony overlooking the trees and the river. The bed is very comfortable, the rooms clean and spacious, and there's even a bath. Very happy - in fact I extended my stay as it's a great base to explore this area.

Je cherche encore les 4 étoiles, lorsqu'on vous confie une chambre numéro 10 très datée, peu confortable et avec une climatisation très bruyante alors que vous aviez réservé une chambre moderne et confortable, mais se trouvant dans l'autre bâtiment... c'est donc plutôt mensonger et il y a de quoi être très déçu de son séjour, alors que l'environnement, les infrastructures et l'équipe sont agréables

We were very pleasantly surprised at the warm and competent welcome, even allowing us to go swim in one of the the large terrace pools while our room was being readied. Also we found gouter afternoon and evening apéro snacks - many areas for private drinks or en famille...and walking and sitting area along the Sorgue. The generous dining room and terrace we did not try this time.

Although I was surprised by how modern feeling the facilities were, it was located on the Sorgue (and our room overlooked it), the rooms were spacious and offered a quiet retreat just outside the village. The staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful and made the stay delightful. They also offer a charging station that made getting fully charged before heading back to Avignon very convenient.

The hotel is not a 4* and has no amenities close by. The rooms are dated and in need of a freshen up. Lots of dust around the room and staff were very unhelpful.

After being in some other congested, urban areas of France it was a really nice break to stay in a hotel on the edge of town, with a nice river flowing by and lots of greenery. It took about 30 minutes to walk into the central part of town, most of which was along the river on a quiet road.

What a refreshing experience after the challenges of Montpelier and Avignon. And an incredible place to really experience Provence. The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. The staff was fantastic and the location was a short mile to the beautiful L’isle. We’ll be back and stay longer next time.

Bel hôtel bien situé au bord de la Sorgue avec un vaste parc. Au calme et proche du centre ville. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'être surclassés en chambre familiale. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

I did not like that it is very far from city center, and you sure need a car. The walk is terrible, no side walk on a very busy street for 25 minutes. The room was very nice, but hated to go out and leave my husband in the dark(only one key and you need it to turn on the lights). I did not even try the breakfast, maybe it was nice but for the price of one we had a nice breakfast for 2 plus tip downtown.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are a good size and clean. Room service every day was excellent and a nice touch was fresh bottled water in the room every day. The two swimming pools were nice and breakfast was very good.

Not sure how this is considered a 4 star property because it is basically a motel. There was effort to present a clean room but unfortunately there was a bug in my bed. Unexceptionable and I’m horrified that more have entered my belongings. Desk agent was pleasant with his response, but not surprised when I reported it.
