La struttura offre camere comode e pulite e anche la colazione ha una buona scelta di cibo. Abbiamo anche usufruito della bella piscina e sauna disponibili. Anche la posizione tranquilla ma a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Ausburg l'abbiamo molto apprezzata.

Der var ikke gjort ordentligt rent på værelset. Der var store fnullermænd på gulvet og der lå skrald og gamle brugte håndklæder i skabet. Ved morgenbuffeten så vi en kakerlak løbe på bordet. Der er meget lydt på hotellet. Andre gæster på hotellet er larmende. Pool-området er pænt, men poolen er lille og kold.

The positives: very clean spacious warm room and hot shower. Facilities at this price are outstanding, reasonable size swimming pool, Finnish sauna and fitness room. Lift (single person) to all floors. Some parking, 4 or 5 cars in front of the hotel which is on a quiet residential street. Free on street parking. Supermarket about 100 yds away. Gratis Coffee and small pastries available all day. Breakfast was very good, hot and cold. The (few) negatives: staff not on site after 14:30 . Check in after this is by code and key box. This is a grey box with electronic pad to the right of the side door. Downside is that these instructions arrive in a German language email, hence easy when you know how.. All in all , good hotel but outstanding value for money.

Ich hatte das Hotel ausgesucht wegen der Sauna im Hause. Leider war die zwar im Haus, aber jeden Abend aus. Nachdem aber jeden Abend das Personal nicht vorhanden war- dies eben früher nach Hause ging - war die Sauna bereits um 19 Uhr kalt. Die beiden Damen morgens waren immer sehr nett und versprachen Besserung - nur war Abends trotzdem niemand da. Das Frühstück war hingegen sehr gut und das Hotel verfügt über eine Kaffemaschine welche rund um die Uhr verfügbar war.

Terrible hotel. Didn’t give us full instructions on the way to enter after 10pm as we were late and just ignored emails asking questions about parking and breakfast. The front lady in the morning was incompetent. We asked how much breakfast was and after typing on the computer for 10 min said it was 17 euro pp which is insane. The blinds in the room wouldn’t close and so we had a terrible sleep and no fan on room or air conditioning. Very dirty in places in room as well.

Zu Recht wird in manchen Bewertungen von Schimmel in manchen Zimmern gesprochen. Eine Familie hatte sich darüber beschwert. Das Hotel hatte früher einen noblen und hohen Standard, aber mangels Investitionen ist die Einrichtung teilweise hoffnungslos veraltet und die Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Ich hatte das Glück ein sauberes Zimmer in gutem Zustand zu bekommen, allerdings musste ich leere 1,5 l Platiskflaschen auf dem Schrank finden. Hier wurde nicht richtig aufgeräumt. Die Wellness-Anlage und der Fitnessraum sind immer noch ein Highlight. Aber auch hier gibt es erste Anzeichen von Verfall. Das Personal ist nur zu bestimmten Zeiten im Hotel, spricht schlecht Deutsch und ist nur für die gerade notwendige Verwaltung und Reinigung zuständig. Dafür hat man zu den anderen Zeiten das Hotel für sich und seine Ruhe und kann sich an den Getränkekühlschränken bedienen. Das Frühstück ist mindere Qualität, aber ist ausreichend, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel. Zimmer und Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, Rollladen funktionierte teils nicht, Wasser im Schwimmbad zu kalt, um darin zu baden (vor allem mit Kind). Frühstück okay, aber z.B. kein frisches Obst und die Pancakes schmeckten nicht frisch, sondern extern zugekauft. Zimmer war groß und es gibt 24h Kaffee/Tee gratis im Aufenthaltsraum. Dort gibt es auch Zeitschriften und einige Spiele/Bücher für Kinder. Meine Frau hatte Geburtstag, das Personal hat dann extra einen kleinen Zitronenkuchen (lecker!) und ein Tablett mit zwei Gläsern und einer kleinen Flasche "Spritz" gebracht - sehr nett!

Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig zur Tram in die Innenstadt. Die Sauna war außer Betrieb, das fanden wir nicht so schön. Das Hotel hat leider sehr undichte Fenster, daher sehr zugig im Zimmer, aber die Heizung war recht gut. Im Großen und Ganzen für Kurzaufenthalte ganz OK.

Der Aufenthalt für zwei Nächte war absolut nicht i. O. Das zugewiesene Zimmer war nicht gereinigt. Die Betten nicht neu bezogen, im Bad waren noch die Handtücher vom vorherigen Gast! Eckelig!! Nach der Beschwerde haben wir einanders Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen. Beim Frühstück war kein Servicepersonal vorhanden, Säfte, Brötchen, Marmelade usw. wurden nicht nachgefüllt, Rührei und Speck wurden nicht warm gehalten und waren kalt schmeckten nicht! Die Gäste wurden im Wesentlichen sich selbst überlassen. Auch bei einem günstigen Übernachtungspreis müssen Minimalstadards eingehalten werden! Daher absolut keine Empfehlung!

Nie wieder, obwohl beschwert wurde hat sich keiner zuständig gefühlt. Vor dem Zimmer in dem Zimmer alles dreckig und verschimmelt. Auch das Frühstück lachhaft und Beschäment. Alles leer nichts aufgefüllt. Hallenbad und Sauna heruntergekommen und kaputt. Seifen leer und die Brausen verstopft. Niemand macht irgendwas jeder nur am Telefon und telefoniert.

Leider war die Rezeption am Anreisetag gegen 17 Uhr nicht besetzt,es gab keine Reaktion obwohl ich mehrfach geklingelt hatte. Ich fand die Frau vom Empfang anschließend im Frühstücksraum im Gespräch mit einem Herrn. Zudem konnte ich im Badezimmer Schimmel entdecken, die Fenster waren stark verschmutzt und allgemein nicht wirklich sauber

Das Hotel könnte Ein kleines Juwel sein - leider wird nicht auf Sauberkeit geachtet, beschädigte Dinge werden nicht repariert oder ausgetauscht. In unserer Dusche waren das Silikon und die Fugen voller Schimmelflecken, auf dem Kopfteil des Bettes und auf dem Beistelltisch daneben jeweils eine dicke Staubschicht. Im Schwimmbad waren alle Bastkörbchen der Plastikpflanzen verrottet... usw. usw... Sehr schade.

Zu Recht wird in manchen Bewertungen von Schimmel in manchen Zimmern gesprochen. Eine Familie hatte sich darüber beschwert. Das Hotel hatte früher einen noblen und hohen Standard, aber mangels Investitionen ist die Einrichtung teilweise hoffnungslos veraltet und die Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Ich hatte das Glück ein sauberes Zimmer in gutem Zustand zu bekommen, allerdings musste ich leere 1,5 l Platiskflaschen auf dem Schrank finden. Hier wurde nicht richtig aufgeräumt. Die Wellness-Anlage und der Fitnessraum sind immer noch ein Highlight. Aber auch hier gibt es erste Anzeichen von Verfall. Das Personal ist nur zu bestimmten Zeiten im Hotel, spricht schlecht Deutsch und ist nur für die gerade notwendige Verwaltung und Reinigung zuständig. Dafür hat man zu den anderen Zeiten das Hotel für sich und seine Ruhe und kann sich an den Getränkekühlschränken bedienen. Das Frühstück ist mindere Qualität, aber ist ausreichend, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel. Zimmer und Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, Rollladen funktionierte teils nicht, Wasser im Schwimmbad zu kalt, um darin zu baden (vor allem mit Kind). Meine Frau hatte Geburtstag, das Personal hat dann extra einen kleinen Zitronenkuchen (lecker!) und ein Tablett mit zwei Gläsern und einer kleinen Flasche "Spritz" gebracht - sehr nett!

Very weird experience. We pulled up at around 8:30pm just as a woman who worked there was locking all the doors! I spoke very little German and she spoke very little English but she was sweet and gracious enough to stay and check our family in. I don't know what we would have done had she not been there! A bit daunting. Also, there is no air conditioning. I never thought to ask when I made the booking. VERY tiny shower!

Tired hotel with no curtain in my room and far too hot although the radiator was switched off. The shower head would not hold up and the bed was very soft - ok for some people I know, but not me. There was no breakfast other than coffee and worst of all there is only a small time with any staff. That’s no help if you’re facing a keypad to get in. The telephone number to a sister hotel cuts off if you select the English option and if you take the German option they are not exactly helpful - I am still waiting for a call back that was promised in five minutes!

Gefallen hat mir an der Unterkunft nichts. Ein kleines Zimmer in das man noch ein Badezimmer eingebaut hat(80cm breit!?) Ist das Geld nicht wert. Ich habe allein gefrühstückt, die Bedienung war richtig nett, jedoch zum zusätzlichen Preis wäre ich mal besser zur Tanke gefahren. Jedenfalls ist das mal ein richtiger Reinfall gewesen…..

Check-in experience was not promising. No reception after 13:30 on Saturday. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. Air - circulation was bad especially the single bedroom with no windows. The 3-people room on the ground floor with a small openable window didn’t help airflow in particular when the sun shader closed.

Die Seda (Rezeptionsleitung) ist der Hammer ! Sie ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. So eine freundliche Dame hatte ich noch nie im Hotel. Bin seit 14 jahren etwa 300 Tage im jahr in einen hotel und sie war die beste Und freundlichste Dame.

Terrible hotel. Didn’t give us full instructions on the way to enter after 10pm as we were late and just ignored emails asking questions about parking and breakfast. The front lady in the morning was incompetent. We asked how much breakfast was and after typing on the computer for 10 min said it was 17 euro pp which is insane. The blinds in the room wouldn’t close and so we had a terrible sleep and no fan on room or air conditioning. Very dirty in places in room as well.

Die Anreise war am Samstag Nachmittag etwas holprig, da wir die Schlüsselbox (nach einem Telefonat mit einem anderen Hotel) inanspruch genommen hatten. Beim Telefonat mit dem anderen Hotel bekam ich die Auskunft, dass es Sonntags ab 7.00 Uhr Frühstück gibt (wir hatten um 9,00 Uhr einen Termin auf dem Messegelände). Die Hotelangestellte hat sich am Sonntag aber sehr bemüht (es gibt erst ab 8,00 Uhr Frühstück) dass wir es doch noch pünktlich geschafft haben. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Augsburg und ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

This was our first, and definitely not last, stay at an Arthotel. We were given room 25, which had a nice view for the outdoor breakfast area. The furniture was OK, the bathroom - surprisingly spacious! Everything was clean and fresh, nothing to complain about. I found it incredibly thoughtful of the hotel to place a water dispenser on each floor, as well as to allow all customers to use the coffee machine with plenty of delicious types of Dalmayr coffee in the breakfast room free of charge (except if it's to-go, then the cost is 2.7 euro). Nearby there are plenty of supermarkets, a fast food restaurant and a drugstore. We're very keen on active holidays, so we go nearly everywhere on foot, and it would take us only about 25-30 minutes to get to the city centre, depending on the pace and the weather conditions. To conclude, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed the stay a lot!! Would love to return someday.

La struttura offre camere comode e pulite e anche la colazione ha una buona scelta di cibo. Abbiamo anche usufruito della bella piscina e sauna disponibili. Anche la posizione tranquilla ma a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Ausburg l'abbiamo molto apprezzata.

Ich dachte Rin gutes Hotel gebucht zu haben. Nur die Lage ist ok, etwas ruhig entfernt vom Stadtzentrum. Aber ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen. Das Dekor lässt an einem alten Swinger Club denken. Die Einrichtung ist alt, das Fenster ist nicht dicht, perfekt um Winter mit Minus Grad draußen Dazu kommt dass das Fenster bis zu unserer Ankunft angeklappt war, top für die Energiebilanz! Und es riecht nach Rauch im Zimmer, schrecklich. Das Handtuch war schmutzig mit gelben Flecken. Und das Personal unfreundlich beim Frühstück, es war erst kurz nach 11, es stand noch alles da, aber es herrschte Verbot damit die Damen in Ruhe Frühstücken können. Eine 0

Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig zur Tram in die Innenstadt. Die Sauna war außer Betrieb, das fanden wir nicht so schön. Das Hotel hat leider sehr undichte Fenster, daher sehr zugig im Zimmer, aber die Heizung war recht gut. Im Großen und Ganzen für Kurzaufenthalte ganz OK.

Ich hatte das Hotel ausgesucht wegen der Sauna im Hause. Leider war die zwar im Haus, aber jeden Abend aus. Nachdem aber jeden Abend das Personal nicht vorhanden war- dies eben früher nach Hause ging - war die Sauna bereits um 19 Uhr kalt. Die beiden Damen morgens waren immer sehr nett und versprachen Besserung - nur war Abends trotzdem niemand da. Das Frühstück war hingegen sehr gut und das Hotel verfügt über eine Kaffemaschine welche rund um die Uhr verfügbar war.

Der Aufenthalt für zwei Nächte war absolut nicht i. O. Das zugewiesene Zimmer war nicht gereinigt. Die Betten nicht neu bezogen, im Bad waren noch die Handtücher vom vorherigen Gast! Eckelig!! Nach der Beschwerde haben wir einanders Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen. Beim Frühstück war kein Servicepersonal vorhanden, Säfte, Brötchen, Marmelade usw. wurden nicht nachgefüllt, Rührei und Speck wurden nicht warm gehalten und waren kalt schmeckten nicht! Die Gäste wurden im Wesentlichen sich selbst überlassen. Auch bei einem günstigen Übernachtungspreis müssen Minimalstadards eingehalten werden! Daher absolut keine Empfehlung!

Schrecklicher Aufenthalt. Handtücher hatten alle Flecken... als wir neue wollten hieß es dass sind bei uns saubere Flecken weil die gewaschen sind⁉️ Wo bitte gibt es denn so etwas einfach fürchterlich. Wenn 8.00h Frühstück angeboten wird sollte auch alles fertig sein. Dann dürfen die Brötchen nicht 8.15h kommen. (Sa So ) Viele Gäste waren beim Sudetendeutschen Tag und wollten mindestens 9.00h am Messegelände sein.

Nie wieder, obwohl beschwert wurde hat sich keiner zuständig gefühlt. Vor dem Zimmer in dem Zimmer alles dreckig und verschimmelt. Auch das Frühstück lachhaft und Beschäment. Alles leer nichts aufgefüllt. Hallenbad und Sauna heruntergekommen und kaputt. Seifen leer und die Brausen verstopft. Niemand macht irgendwas jeder nur am Telefon und telefoniert.

Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel. Zimmer und Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, Rollladen funktionierte teils nicht, Wasser im Schwimmbad zu kalt, um darin zu baden (vor allem mit Kind). Frühstück okay, aber z.B. kein frisches Obst und die Pancakes schmeckten nicht frisch, sondern extern zugekauft. Zimmer war groß und es gibt 24h Kaffee/Tee gratis im Aufenthaltsraum. Dort gibt es auch Zeitschriften und einige Spiele/Bücher für Kinder. Meine Frau hatte Geburtstag, das Personal hat dann extra einen kleinen Zitronenkuchen (lecker!) und ein Tablett mit zwei Gläsern und einer kleinen Flasche "Spritz" gebracht - sehr nett!

Tired hotel with no curtain in my room and far too hot although the radiator was switched off. The shower head would not hold up and the bed was very soft - ok for some people I know, but not me. There was no breakfast other than coffee and worst of all there is only a small time with any staff. That’s no help if you’re facing a keypad to get in. The telephone number to a sister hotel cuts off if you select the English option and if you take the German option they are not exactly helpful - I am still waiting for a call back that was promised in five minutes!

Property was in extremely bad shape, no staff at check-in even at a reasonable hour (4:30pm), bathroom had mold in shower, bed was uncomfortable, no water or other amenities in room. Would not recommend

You have to rely on yourself as there are no personnel in the hotel especially at night. They are only there in the morning.

Terrible hotel. Didn’t give us full instructions on the way to enter after 10pm as we were late and just ignored emails asking questions about parking and breakfast. The front lady in the morning was incompetent. We asked how much breakfast was and after typing on the computer for 10 min said it was 17 euro pp which is insane. The blinds in the room wouldn’t close and so we had a terrible sleep and no fan on room or air conditioning. Very dirty in places in room as well.

Its was a last minute hotel for us, and 3 stars is a bit high - but there was a indoor pool that pulled 2 stars from us. Guess no one in Germany speaks English anymore, and there was no services to our stay -
