For the price this property was a disappointment. There were holes in the ceiling covered by sheets, debris on the floors, a needle was found in the pool area and the area was not cleaned nor had it been cleaned in some time, the ice buckets were absolutely disgusting, the ac in our room did not work properly, and when asked about these issues the staff did nothing to help rectify the situation. The breakfast was very good and the ladies who worked in that area were amazing. We stayed here out of necessity as accommodations were limited in the area, but we would not stay here again given the issues and the price.

Hótel was nice and clean. Appreciated the giant bottles of shampoo and toiletries provided. Only complaint was there wasn't any towels by the pool and the pool room was kind of cold but other than that nice stay

This hotel was hard to find, partly because its sign has been out of order for months. It literally took me an hour to reach it once I left the highway. The condition was good enough, but it needs a fair amount of internal repair. The staff worked at making up for various disadvantages.

I had a flight that was set to depart at 9am and my kids really wanted breakfast so i decided to stay until 5:30am the time breakfast is set to start and the staff member said it was going to be late. I thought it was very rude because i saw the bagels out around 5:10 and i sent my son to go get one and she told him no to wait until 530. So we waited until 530 and she didnt even have everything out. Thank God I made my flight. Also the washer and dryer need maintenance. It was a huge inconvenience.

The entire lobby, pool, and hallways were under construction. It should not have been open or at least notifying potential guests. You had to enter through an emergency exit out back, and half of the parking was taken by dumpsters and portable job containers. After arriving we discussed with the hotel about canceling but they said we had to go through hotels.com. it was so bad, we had to take the chance and go across town and get another hotel. The inconvenience of the hotels.com app being all messed up didnt help at all!

The hotel itself seemed to be under construction. The rooms I would say were okay. Our room did have a stench. My biggest problem was the staff. Seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. I booked my stay through Expedia and apparently there was a mishap with them and the hotel. The hotel manager told me they would hold off on charging me anything until they figure out what was going on. She eventually figured out the problem and she quoted me a price for my stay that I agrees to pay and I paid it the night before my checkout day. Before I paid I specifically asked if this was for my whole stay and she assured me it was ( my stay was for 3nights. She knew this information). But the next day I get a receipt for additional charges which I was unaware of. When I brought it to her she said she assumed I was checking out the day I paid ( I don’t know how she thought that because I never told her that). She did say it was her mistake but never accommodated me for her mistake. Needless to stay this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any hotel.

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. It was immediately evident upon arriving that the photos on Hotels.com were not from the same property. Actual patrons didn't provide the high ratings. There was water damage everywhere: in the room, lobby above the breakfast area, etc. Due to the water damage, there were mold spots and an overwhelming musty/moldy smell. It was the type of hotel experience that just made you feel unclean and gross. That said, we were booked for 3 nights, but after the first night we just left and found other accommodations. None of the individuals in our group felt comfortable staying any longer. I will say, the hotel staff was friendly. However, that's honestly the only positive feedback I can provide.

The roon was not cleaned very well. Surfaces were dirty, hair on surfaces in bathroom. The worst part was the smell. The entire third floor hallway had a strong putrid smell which eventually made its way into the room. Only way to describe it was smelly sewer feet.

Rooms were very humid despite the AC running at 68-degrees. Carpet and sheets were all damp. Cable was not working. We reported at front desk and they acted surprised and had maintenance come to our room while we were out. Upon return it still did not work. Same was done by friends also staying there. They should just be transparent that it wasn’t working as they had to know it.

Beautiful inside lobby was clean. Motel said I had no room reserved. So I had topay over $200 for a room that was called presidential suite. The television did not work and it took almost 15 minutes to get warm water. Notice I didn't say hot. The room was not really nice. Big area but nothing to write home about and staff didn't seem to want to help us straighten anything out.

Check-in was a breeze, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues with our room. The toilet was clogged, and when we asked the front desk for a plunger, we were told she didn’t have access to one and would need to call someone. After waiting 2 1/2 to 3 hours with no resolution, I contacted corporate, and a plunger was brought right away. Additionally, we had terrible internet connection, which was also only fixed after I reached out to corporate. So for the first three hours of our stay, we were without a working bathroom or internet. While I don’t fault the front desk staff (she was clearly very busy), I believe poor management is to blame for leaving her alone during such a hectic time.

We were in town for a funeral. We stayed there because is was close to the church. We will most likely be staying there from now on, when we're in town. It was very nice. We had a room with a large refrigerator, microwave and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean! The breakfast was very good. They had everything anyone could want at breakfast. The rate was good. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked nice too.

Hotel is under renovation and it appears they are renting rooms before they are ready. The exhaust fan cover in the bathroom was hanging down, the ceiling light cover was hanging down, the floor had stains all over it, there was a hole in the bathroom door. Killed a spider in the bathtub this morning. In the bedroom you could tell they moved the smoke detector because you could still see the hole where they didn't get it completely covered. The smoke detector was hanging down (I assume it was hooked up but who knows), the wardrobe was sticking out in the room about 2 inches from the wall and it wobbled and made noises every time you walk by it. I usually stay someplace else that is better and cheaper but several people told me how nice it was since it had been renovated. If this is better I would hate to see what it looked like before

So for the first three hours of our stay, we were without a working bathroom or internet. While I don’t fault the front desk staff (she was clearly very busy), I believe poor management is to blame for leaving her alone during such a hectic time.

This hotels was very clean and had everything we could ask for. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a huge variety to choose from. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our only issue was all of the construction that was going on to get to the hotel entrance, but that is no fault of the hotel itself.

The hotel itself seemed to be under construction. The rooms I would say were okay. Our room did have a stench. My biggest problem was the staff. Seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. I booked my stay through Expedia and apparently there was a mishap with them and the hotel. The hotel manager told me they would hold off on charging me anything until they figure out what was going on. She eventually figured out the problem and she quoted me a price for my stay that I agrees to pay and I paid it the night before my checkout day. Before I paid I specifically asked if this was for my whole stay and she assured me it was ( my stay was for 3nights. She knew this information). But the next day I get a receipt for additional charges which I was unaware of. When I brought it to her she said she assumed I was checking out the day I paid ( I don’t know how she thought that because I never told her that). She did say it was her mistake but never accommodated me for her mistake. Needless to stay this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any hotel.

This hotel was hard to find, partly because its sign has been out of order for months. It literally took me an hour to reach it once I left the highway. The condition was good enough, but it needs a fair amount of internal repair. The staff worked at making up for various disadvantages.

We were in town for a funeral. We stayed there because is was close to the church. We will most likely be staying there from now on, when we're in town. It was very nice. We had a room with a large refrigerator, microwave and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean! The breakfast was very good. They had everything anyone could want at breakfast. The rate was good. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked nice too.

The entire lobby, pool, and hallways were under construction. It should not have been open or at least notifying potential guests. You had to enter through an emergency exit out back, and half of the parking was taken by dumpsters and portable job containers. After arriving we discussed with the hotel about canceling but they said we had to go through hotels.com. it was so bad, we had to take the chance and go across town and get another hotel. The inconvenience of the hotels.com app being all messed up didnt help at all!

For the price this property was a disappointment. There were holes in the ceiling covered by sheets, debris on the floors, a needle was found in the pool area and the area was not cleaned nor had it been cleaned in some time, the ice buckets were absolutely disgusting, the ac in our room did not work properly, and when asked about these issues the staff did nothing to help rectify the situation. The breakfast was very good and the ladies who worked in that area were amazing. We stayed here out of necessity as accommodations were limited in the area, but we would not stay here again given the issues and the price.

I had a flight that was set to depart at 9am and my kids really wanted breakfast so i decided to stay until 5:30am the time breakfast is set to start and the staff member said it was going to be late. I thought it was very rude because i saw the bagels out around 5:10 and i sent my son to go get one and she told him no to wait until 530. So we waited until 530 and she didnt even have everything out. Thank God I made my flight. Also the washer and dryer need maintenance. It was a huge inconvenience.
