I went there because It has a hot tub I just wanted to relax and unfortunately there was a group of people having a birthday party and all their kids five and under like 10 of them was playing in the hot tub the whole time, but as I was coming back from eating supper the manager had told me the hot tub was empty and he was sorry but that had happened so that was awesome that it was already too late I was ready just to relax in the room but I would give my stay an 8 out of 10 not bad

Very easy check in… Very nice people for a small town hotel with great amenities. Breakfast room was awesome. They even had a pool. I was just traveling for business through here. And this was a very nice hotel to stay in. I Will definitely come back when in town

I was pleasantly surprised by this little spot on our way home to Michigan from the South. The man who worked the overnight shift was very friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and the area clean, the pool also was wonderful for our family of four. The hot tub was also very well kept. Beautiful quartz countertops and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

Pretty nice hotel.. the hot tub quit working.. the only person on staff didn’t know how to fix it but she eventually called someone and they helped her get it fixed and going . The tap to pay on the Pepsi machine didn’t work but the card reader did. In our room one of the drawers under the tv would not stay closed. It kept sliding back out. Minor things. Friendly staff. Would stay here again

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the past fifty years in all fifty states and most every Canadian province. This place rates as the single worst hotel experience I have had. Mainly it was because the indoor swimming pool is at/under the windows of several guest rooms. Amplified noises from the pool (think "singing in the shower" times twenty) are unbelievably loud. Couple that with incredibly bright pool ceiling lights that also shine into guest rooms. Additionally, the door between the pool and lobby hall slams shut and bounces two more times which pounds the guest room walls/floor, Lastly, people were in the pool all day between 8:00 am until just after 10:00 pm. All this adds up to being unable to sleep or hear the television or concentrate on work stuff. If you stay here and want a quiet place, ask for a room far away from the pool.

The Parking lot was covered in Mud and tracked into building. There are kids just running wild in parking lot and in the building. The breakfast was horrible, the lady was just microwaving the food and dumping it in the warmers. There was no flavor at all it was messy all around the food stations. Plus the waffle maker wasn't working

We just needed a place to sleep for the night. Room was clean, basic. I personally did not like the bathroom sink being in the main area but that is personal. The breakfast had a lot of items to chose from. The pool area was amazing, didnt have time to swim. Worth the money.

The room curtains were covered in mold, the towels sized to fit a toddler, and the water was disgusting. There was a room around us smoking pot and the smell was terribly strong carrying into our room, making me sick. There was no caution given to the remodel going on so breakfast was VERY limited and cold. The registration desk still has their plexiglass up and the staff refused to speak up or make any moves to help us hear or understand them, with very limited communication on their end.

Front desk was friendly with efficient service. Hotel in general seemed run down. It needs a refresh; it’s clean but gives the appearance of being dirty as it’s showing its age. The room was mostly clean. Had a very nasty dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower rod that stank and was disgusting. Bed was comfortable and slept well. It’s expensive for its current condition. Next time I’m staying at the other hotel. If this hotel gets remodeled then I’ll be back. The friendly staff is best part of the experience here.

The room we stayed in was by the highway so it was a little noisy early morning. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room temperature was good. Water was really hot which was nice for showers. Breakfast was ok but no hot food except make yourself waffles. If you wanted hot scrambled eggs you had to microwave them.

Room was on opposite end of property from highway so it was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable and room temperature was good. Water was hot for showers. Towels were a little thin. Facility is not fancy but it is ok. Clean rooms. Did notice light around the door as if it was not shut tightly but did close completely and lock so we felt safe. Breakfast was ok but no hot food except the waffles. Microwave was available to warm up the premade eggs but we didn't try that.

Booked hotel as it was in the path of the eclipse. Did not expect much considering the hotel is in a small Indiana town. Very pleasantly surprised. Staff & managers were friendly and attentive. Was impressed by the gentleman who serviced the breakfast area. He moved continuously the entire breakfast refilling items well before they had run out. The morning of the eclipse, there were a number of checkouts. The hotel had brought in more housekeeping staff (at least this was my impression) to get rooms cleaned and ready for new guests. The hotel was super prepared and carried out the day's work seemingly without effort. Don't know if I'll be in this area again but would book this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Front desk clerk was terrible. Told us we couldn’t swim without an explanation. All of this AFTER I paid $87 (she said it was $75 even with taxes wouldn’t be $87) for the conference room to have a birthday party. Room was drastically overpriced as well

The staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They brought and extra chair and pillow. And they even found the key my husband lost and are mailing it to us. Wonderful people work here. They deserve a raise.

This was a fine hotel for the price. Our bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall the room was good. The pool and hot tub area were nice and seemed well-kept. The staff was VERY nice. The biggest complaint is that it's right next to a noisy road and it is sandwiched between two closed businesses (an over grown putt-putt course & a large closed restaurant).

We came to this property for the eclipse. The staff and service were outstanding for this level of hotel. The room was clean. There was a variety of items for the breakfast. A pleasant surprise was the bread and bagels were individually wrapped in baggies.
