Property was well kept and room was comfortable. Dining options were limited as restaurants other than buffet were fully booked. There is no beach service at all. Pool towels were not available during posted times and all pool chairs were reserved from very early in the morning.

The hotel is good in general, staff is friendly and food is good however if you spend a significant amount of money to stay in a luxuxy hotel, you don't expect to need to pay to use the jacuzzi and heated pool. I was very disapointed when I found out as it is not clear when we make the resetvation that you need to pay extra for the spa.

Reasonable stay overall, hotel complex is large and well kept. Was quite busy, even late in the season and that meant that space around the pools was limited, and on a couple of days the hotel ran out of towels. The food at the restaurant is all a bit same-same each day, but was reasonable enough, just quite busy at times, particularly those needing to eat early in the evening with kids. It was quite hard to get slots at the a la carte restaurants. Great staff for the most part, all really friendly and helpful.

The proximity to the beach, number of pools, quality of the buffet food (and variety) were all pluses. A junior sweet was big enough to comfortably sleep two adults and two children. The renovated rooms were clean and modern. Things may be different if visiting during peak summer months as our trip was the last week of October or if you are looking for something close to the nightlife or actuon of Ibiza. Beach is a 5 minute walk and had beautiful clear water and again was quiet with lots of space to enjoy it. Only real downside was availability of a la carte options. We were told to book as they are busy at check in. When checking the Hotel app there was no availability for the whole week we were there. We checked this just after arrival and check in. Guest services kindly put us on a waiting list and we managed to get an early reservation at one.

Really lovely hotel, pool areas are excellent, rooms spotless and amazing variety of food. Only issue with us were the mosquitos. The resort is next to a lake, hence, we were all terribly bitten and I could see a number of others around the pool with awful bites. The gym is very basic and urgently needs updating and complete sets of weights rather than one weight for each kg.

Staff were very busy which resulted in slower service and them appearing stressed. However, they were still good. This property NEEDS an adult only pool or lounge area. There were too many children everywhere. A heated pool would also be great. Overall not bad for the price.

Traveled with my 2 children. Very close to the airport so very convenient. Wish the kid club was more available. Could only pre book one session and it got pre booked really quick. Spa was nice. The pools were good. Food was good. Rooms were good. Staff were nice. Our check in took too long especially for having 2 kids. It was not ideal but just how it is sometimes. A la cart restaurants were really nice

Great hotel overall, the two standouts for me was the food as it was very very good every day, plus a 24 hour sports bar serving good food also, perfect for when you come in from a night out! The 2nd is the cleanliness, I couldn’t help but notice how hard the cleaning team are working, even the corridors smell nice !! I don’t often trip cleaners but I did this time. The location is really close to the main strip with big clubs. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the pool area, sun beds only 8 euros. Was nice to have shower room to use at the end of holiday as we had a late flight and we could still use all restaurants and facilities. Nice relaxed vibes at this hotel also. Would for sure come back.

Food for an all inclusive was EPIC, so much choice, premium seafood options, fresh bread, paella's were good. Our bathroom didn't smell great, bit damp and drain like though. Spa was a disappointment considering a premium €30, the thermal pool was super cold, the steam room wasn't very hot, and the sauna was lovely. Due to it being the last few nights before they shut for winter a lot of facilities were closed eg a la carte restaurants so it would have been good to know when we booked, just felt we didn't get the full choice of what we paid for. However I would go back, the service food and room were nice and super convenient for an early flight home.

This place has cheated me. I was supposed to get a sea view suite and I get a garden view. As soon as I opened the windows, small flies came in the room. It was not very tidy place to stay. There were ants on the floor as well as on one of the bed.

Wir waren jetzt schon drei mal dort. Am Anfang war es echt nicht schlecht, aber es hat von mal zu mal nachgelasen und ist jetzt ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und eine reine Massenabfertigung. Laut, schmutzig, kein Service und Essen war o.k aber nichts besonderes. Werden auf jeden fall nicht mehr dort unsern Urlaub verbringen.

AC was cold, room was clean, food was amazing, staff were pleasant, entertainment was entertaining! There were families as well as some groups of friends staying during our stay but not too loud nor obnoxious. I would definitely return and look forward to checking out other Palladium properties. 10/10!

The beach is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The room we were assigned to had a very powerful sewer smell. Impossible to sleep in. They tried to offer other rooms, none with water view. Finally settled to the room above the initial one that had a more tolerable smell. The property is dated, the plumbing needs major fixing.

The hotel was excellent, so much to do and a great selection of food and drinks. The restaurants you can book in the evenings were outstanding. I’ve stayed in many all inclusive hotels across the world, the selection of food for all the buffets was excellent. Hotel stay were great, very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Some suggestions, maybe play music around the pool. Everyone likes to listen to music when sunbathing and also the hotel rooms could do with a little updating.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous palm trees, stunning beaches, and perfectly manicured gardens. From the moment we arrived, we could tell we were in for a treat. On our first night, there was a bit of a mix-up with our room. We were given the wrong one, but the staff quickly made it right by upgrading us to a room with a hot tub! Not only that, but they also made us VIP guests as a gesture of goodwill, which was a nice touch. I have to say, they really went out of their way to make sure we were happy, and it made the whole experience that much better. What we loved: The Food: The food was simply amazing. Whether it was the breakfast buffet or dinner at one of the à la carte restaurants, everything was delicious. We couldn’t get enough of the fresh seafood by the beach! The Room: Our room was spacious, comfortable, and having that hot tub was the cherry on top. Plus, the view from our balcony was stunning The Staff: The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether it was fixing a minor issue or just offering a smile and a greeting. We will definitely be coming back again.

Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for a week and we loved it! Service was exceptional throughout the property. Rooms were lovely and poolside was always clean. Food was good for an All Inclusive…not the greatest selection, but I like that. Can’t fault this hotel…everything was perfect, even at peak season. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The proximity to the beach, number of pools, quality of the buffet food (and variety) were all pluses. A junior sweet was big enough to comfortably sleep two adults and two children. The renovated rooms were clean and modern. Things may be different if visiting during peak summer months as our trip was the last week of October or if you are looking for something close to the nightlife or actuon of Ibiza. Beach is a 5 minute walk and had beautiful clear water and again was quiet with lots of space to enjoy it. Only real downside was availability of a la carte options. We were told to book as they are busy at check in. When checking the Hotel app there was no availability for the whole week we were there. We checked this just after arrival and check in. Guest services kindly put us on a waiting list and we managed to get an early reservation at one.

Just got back from an amazing stay at the Grand Palladium ibiza and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! We booked a junior suite with a private jacuzzi, which was the perfect touch. The room was spotless and super comfortable. The staff were SO friendly and helpful, especially Christina at reception who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was another standout – really fresh with tons of variety at every meal. Plus, the location couldn’t be better. Close to everything but still felt peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone heading to ibiza – I’ll definitely be back!

Arrivée 10h15 on nous annonce une chambre disponible à 12h. Jusque là pas de soucis 12h on nous dis la chambre n’est pas dispo, cela devient un peu plus embêtant car bébé de 15 mois est grand besoins de sommeil. 13h toujours pas de chambre de prête, on m’annonce la 15h, nous avions bien annoncé notre arrivé si tôt et donc un Check in à 12h. En contre partie nous demandons donc un bed au bord de la piscine afin de pouvoir faire dormir la petite (un minimum on essaye de faire avec les moyens du bord) le personnel de l’accueil n’était pas du tout compréhensif et nous dis oui mais vous devez payer. Bref 15h chambre toujours pas prête, les nerfs sont tendus, le personnel a donc quand même la bonne idée de nous donner une autre chambre, très bien mais pourquoi avoir attendu si longtemps???!!! Notre séjour en soit s’est très bien passé, le personnel du restaurant, piscine et autre snack était parfait!! En revanche les chambres sont super mal isolé, donc on entends tout, absolument tout! Overall a great stay. I was a bit disappointed with our 'view' of what appeared to be a water retention area and too many mosquitoes to enjoy the patio. The room was clean, but somewhat dated. The artwork was hideous (literally looked like dark dirty stream of water stirring up the dirt on a river bottom!). The all-inclusive food options and drinks were all wonderful. It was great to have something available 24/7. Didn't get much time to spend at the pools, but appeared most chairs were 'taken' with towels, but no one actually utilizing them. It would be great if 'non-use' time limits were enforced to free up chairs to those who actually want to use them.

It’s a beautiful hotel with great staff. Usually, I always stayed at Ushuaïa, but this time I chose the Palladium Select. As I said, everything was perfectly fine. However, on the day of my departure, most of Ibiza was flooded. Many roads were closed — but not all. Friends of mine were staying in a rather inexpensive hotel in Ibiza Town, and that hotel faced the same problems. Still, their guests were taken to the airport. Especially in a 5-star resort, I expect solutions even in difficult situations — not a simple “it’s not possible.” “We can’t do that,” “we don’t have that,” “it’s not possible,” etc., are things I don’t expect to hear in any 5-star resort, no matter where I am in the world. The fact that it was possible is proven by the fact that I eventually walked myself along a small road leading to DC10 and continued from there to the airport. On the main road to the airport, traffic was chaotic, yes, but the road wasn’t closed — just like many others weren’t either. In this situation, the hotel should have come up with solutions instead of refusals.

This is a good all inclusive option if you’re staying in Ibiza, depending on what you’re going for. We were a large group celebrating as a family, so it was very convenient for that situation. Probably wouldn’t recommend it for couples or single people because there’s not much to do besides the pool. Check-in was very disorganized and chaotic. For example, two separate people in our group were assigned a room only to arrive and find it was already occupied. Overall, this is a good hotel, the food is great, and it’s very convenient but you could probably find a better deal if you’re just looking to go out on the town.

Five night stay was okay. Upgraded to premium all inclusive from standard inclusive and staff did not know the difference. The al a carte restaurants are impossible to get booked into unless you camp out in reception from the early hours of the morning to queue. They need a better system so that everyone gets a turn. Staff need training on what the different colour wristbands mean. The guys in the lobby bar were brilliant and looked after us very well.

My brother and I flew in from New Jersey for a quick weekend trip to visit one of the clubs nearby, and we had such a great stay ! The customer service was amazing ! Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived . We’ll definitely be coming back to stay here again on our next trip to Ibiza !

Absolutely shocking , my husband got food poisoning on the second day, so his confidence for the full holiday was very low and had no confidence in eating let alone the catering team behind the scenes . Having food poisoning made his nerves very bad of which his medication had to be doubled to get through the holiday at a 5 star all inclusive this is not acceptable. This was reported and the staff wasn’t remotely bothered apart from the the cleaner that was very helpful on a daily basis At all inclusive holiday and we struggled to get bottles of water of which was a necessity for my husband when I’ll. We found the hotel standard to be no where near the 5 star hotels we have stayed in previously. Overall a very poor experience on what should of been a relaxing 10 days

As a vegetarian, I felt this property had one of the best dining options. The main buffet was amazing and with so many choices, I never felt bored. The staff was very friendly and the other restaurants had a good atmosphere. The one downside to this resort, is the proximity to the airport, which has planes taking off directly above it. I enjoyed my stay a lot and would defiantly recommend it. And I am sure I will return sometime in the future. Thanks for all the memories.

I’ve stayed at many resorts all over the world, and I was very excited to experience a resort in Ibiza, but sadly I was very disappointed. As soon as we checked into our room, we went directly to the reception desk to make reservations for the a la cart options. We were told that all reservations were booked and that it would not be possible to get a table. That was a shock since we had literally just checked in. I asked if we could be notified of any cancellations but was told it is too difficult for them to do that. Luckily on the second day, I checked again and was able to get an early reservation at Portofino. Food was okay and the white wine served to us was hot. The room was nice, but it had an awful overwhelming smell from whatever air freshener product they used. It was so strong and honestly made me nauseous. The worst part by far was the food at the buffet and sports bar. When you think of Spain, you think of delicious food. This was definitely not the case. Everything was either bland, overcooked and certain foods were inedible. I can’t remember one good thing I ate there. The only saving grace was the location of the resort which leaves you close to the airport, nightclubs and other attractions. Most of the staff was nice, some more attentive than others, but generally no complaints about the staff.

I’ve stayed in many all inclusive hotels across the world, the selection of food for all the buffets was excellent. Hotel stay were great, very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Some suggestions, maybe play music around the pool. Everyone likes to listen to music when sunbathing and also the hotel rooms could do with a little updating.

Reasonable stay overall, hotel complex is large and well kept. Was quite busy, even late in the season and that meant that space around the pools was limited, and on a couple of days the hotel ran out of towels. The food at the restaurant is all a bit same-same each day, but was reasonable enough, just quite busy at times, particularly those needing to eat early in the evening with kids. It was quite hard to get slots at the a la carte restaurants. Great staff for the most part, all really friendly and helpful.

Great all inclusive hotel and property. Downside is that their a la carte restaurants were booked up way in advance so we didnt get to try. The facilities are great. The food from their buffets- some were good some not so much but I’m sure u can find something you’d like because there were loads of options

This resort is good not great. Location is great and most of the staff generally is kind and friendly. The biggest issue is the food. The food is ok at BEST and the term “all inclusive” is a bit misleading. Ginergerale is not part of the standard offering, that was considered premium which is ridiculous. Staying at the “palladium white” resort after 10/11:00 there is no food or service and you have to walk all the way across the bridge to the other resort. For the price point and mediocrity of the food and options I’d say stay somewhere else more economical.

Great hotel overall, the two standouts for me was the food as it was very very good every day, plus a 24 hour sports bar serving good food also, perfect for when you come in from a night out! The 2nd is the cleanliness, I couldn’t help but notice how hard the cleaning team are working, even the corridors smell nice !! I don’t often trip cleaners but I did this time. The location is really close to the main strip with big clubs. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the pool area, sun beds only 8 euros. Was nice to have shower room to use at the end of holiday as we had a late flight and we could still use all restaurants and facilities. Nice relaxed vibes at this hotel also. Would for sure come back.

We have had an incredible 3 night 4 day stay. Staff were incredibly lovely! Place was beautiful, food was great in all restaurants. Kids even went to the kids club for a few hours on our last day and loved it! Paola was amazing! Carlotta was lovely at the restaurant reception as were so many members of staff. Room was beautiful, can’t think of anything else but zero faults. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Grand Palladium Select Palace Ibiza for making our short stay so memorable.
