Staff was very accommodating. The only reservation I had was the food. There was an abundance of food, however the temperature was room temperature where it should have been hot.

I would like a full refund for my recent stay. The flooding meant we have become ill, we missed all 4 events we had booked in Ibiza as we couldn’t leave the hotel, the food that was on offer was awful due to the fresh food not being made to order. The entire trip was ruined due to the flooding, you should have cancelled our trip before we flew out knowing this would happen again.
