Disappointing experience with the pools during our stay. The hotel was listed on Expedia (the provider we used) with indoor pool access, but in reality it's only open in winter months - this should be made more clear. More seriously, we found human feces in the outdoor kids' pool, likely from a baby swimming in a diaper. Pool management felt lacking: although official hours are 10am-6pm, guests kept swimming well past 6pm with no lifeguard present, and very few showered before entering, which was honestly unpleasant. After reporting the feces incident, granted us exclusive access to the indoor pool - but this lasted only one day. The second time we asked for access, it had instead been opened to everyone, causing overcrowding (official max capacity is 11, but there were around 20 people inside) with no lifeguard at all. When we complained again, we were told bad weather outside had led staff to let other guests use the indoor pool too, despite previously being told it only opens in winter. Again nobody showered before entering, and another child swam in a diaper. At that point, even after being offered exclusive access again, we decided it wasn't worth further back-and-forth with management and stopped using the pool. Another issue: sunbeds around the outdoor pool get "reserved" with towels from 8am, well before the 10am opening, leaving them empty but unavailable for hours. Lastly, the beach by the hotel is rocky; for a sandy stretch, expect a 15-20 minute walk north.

When we checked with the receptionist again, this time a different staff member, they told us that they are open 24 hours, not just from 6 to 10 AM. The resort was advertised as being on the beach, but it wasn’t—there was a walk to get there, and I booked it specifically because it was supposed to be beachfront. Most of the workers were unfriendly, except for the housekeeping staff, who were actually nice. I would never stay there again, especially since I paid for beachfront property, not a walk to the beach.

Camere molto spaziose e pulite. Struttura molto bella e dotata di ogni comfort. Ristorante a buffet con una ottima qualità e varietà di cibo, anche in occasione della colazione. Bella piscina spaziosa e facilmente accessibile con fornitura di teli mare ad uso gratuito. Posizione dell’hotel in una zona tranquilla, un po distante dal centro pedonale raggiungibile ad ogni modo con una camminata di circa 10-15 minuti. La spiaggia antistante l’hotel e parzialmente rocciosa e purtroppo in questo periodo soggetta al fenomeno delle alghe; andando però verso la zona centrale del paese le condizioni cambiano con sabbia fine e mare pulito. Ottima la disponibilità di un locale dove potersi fare una doccia il giorno della partenza, veramente apprezzato.
