This was just a one-night stay, but the room we had on the first floor was subpar. The bathroom tub was all chipped up and gross. The bed was good, but overall, I just had a feeling that this level was not kept up to the extent of the upper floors. I usually stay at Holiday Inn because I can count on the cleanliness and professionalism of this establishment to be consistent. This one was not.

Friendly, helpful staff at desk. Clean room. Only issue was that it's wasn't really sound proof. It wasn't loud but there was still noise from the interstate traffic. Also the cold water spigot for the Jacuzzi in our room was loose and not working quite right.

Absolutely a great room, area surrounded with places to eat. A few issue with the maintenance of the jetted tide but we were able to enjoy!! The room was very spacious!! Will be my go to place when visiting West Virginia!!

I would do more research the next time I am staying in the area. It was an ‘okay’ stay, the pool was not open(which was expected for this time of year), the gym only consisted of 3 machines & a yoga mat(which given the cleanliness of other places in the hotel I would not touch) the vending machines did not work. The chairs in the lobby were completely stained, I stood to eat instead. The breakfast was good, my kids had choices so that was a plus. There were spots in our bathroom that concerned me for mold factors. For a quick stay it would work, and without kids. Lesson learned.

We had booked a king size bed but the first room she put us into was a handicap room. We didn't want a handicap room. The second room was located that all you heard was highway noise. Even though the hotel was not even one third full, she would not put us in another room. Said these were the four rooms allotted to hotel.com and she couldn't change us into another. room. We finally went to the handicap room buttery upset. The next day upon check out the manager apologized for the girl not accommodating us. Said he would train her better. BEWARE
