Very clean, lovely staff, great facilities (we loved the pool!), good food quality and a lot to choose between, both for breakfast and dinner. Comfortable beds. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach. We are extremely happy with our stay! Strongly recommend!

Personal muy bueno, limpieza excelente, desayuno bueno, habitación cómoda con buena terraza. Las vistas no son buenas y si la habitación da a zona de terrazas, oirás ruido. Zona piscina cierra a las 19:00. Si quieres una Coca Cola a partir de las 23:00 tendrás que buscar fuera del hotel. El gimnasio estaba en obras en mi estancia.

Ich erwarte, dass der Pool 24 Stunden täglich geöffnet ist und nicht bereits um 17:00 Uhr damit begonnen wird, eine Stoffmauer rund um den Pool aufzubauen. Das ist für mein Empfinden eine totale Bevormundung der Gäste. Bei mir kam dieses Vorgehen an, als DDR 3.0. Ansonsten alles Bestens gewesen. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff is super friendly, especially Dani from the children animation. She does the kidsclub and disco with so much love and dedication. Pur daughter really liked it. We would come back with our baby son!

Viaje en septiembre, fue maravilloso el tiempo no hacía bueno pero en el hotel que tenía spa, sauna y todo lo que necesites sin salir de allí es un lujo, la comida de maravilla, personal de recepción, camareros y limpieza de 15 estrellas, encantadores todos, profesionales, todo perfecto muchas gracias

Hotel muy bien ubicado y muy bien cuidado, el estado de las habitaciones e instalaciones era muy bueno y la limpieza sobresaliente. Lo peor era el buffet a la hora del desayuno en el que había mucha gente ( con eso no se puede hacer nada) y la calidad de la bollería (galletas, magdalenas...) no era muy buena. La variedad de la fruta era baja.

-un hotel à taille humaine avec un personnel trés à l'écoute. -coté restaurant, plutot correct exepté les desserts (mais y a t il de bons desserts en Espagne...? ) -la zone piscine est trés bien, propre. -nous y sommes allés hors saison, les chambres donnant sur la baie seront certainement moins au calme pdt la saison (restaurant en bas sur la place)

The room was a good size, everything worked and was comfortable. The hotel looks like it has been refurbished a few years ago and although the layout of having the rooms around a central concrete atrium is a little strange, we enjoyed the stay and would go back. The breakfast was extremely good.

Hotel en buen estado, buffer variado y personal amable. El único pero es que las habitaciones que nos dieron estaban en la planta 1 y se escuchaba ruido, daba a una plaza a escasos metros.

Las habitaciones son mucho más pequeñas de lo que parece en las fotos y el baño es absolutamente mínimo. El desayuno bastante malo; la bollería una pena, la tortilla muy mala y y pregunté por confirmar si el queso estaba pasteurizado (por restricción alimentaria) y me dijeron que no (debería estarlo por ley). El check in es un proceso larguísimo. Dijeron que por ley tenían que recoger muchos datos pero en el resto de hoteles de la isla ha sido un proceso ágil

Schlechteste 4 Sterne Hotel, in dem wir je waren. Bei 30 Grad ist eine funktionierende Klimaanlage ein muss. Leider scheinen dass nur die Gäste zu wissen. Die Rezeption hatte aufgrund der Vielzahl der Beschwerden nur auswendig gelernte Floskeln parat. Nie wieder…

Hat uns gut gefallen, Essen war absolut in Ordnung. Außer der Kaffee beim Frühstück, der war ungenießbar. Super Service - vor allem unser Kellner beim Abendessen. Leider etwas ruhige Umgebung, kaum Geschäfte.

Fantastic staff, all super helpful. Lovely area, great pool and close to a brilliant beach and lots of restaurants.

Très bel hôtel au calme (vu la situation sur la côte) Chambre confortable, piscine très agréable, bon petit déjeuner et service très sympa. Le port et les restos à côté sont également très charmants et bons!

Hotel muy bien ubicado y muy bien cuidado, el estado de las habitaciones e instalaciones era muy bueno y la limpieza sobresaliente. Lo peor era el buffet a la hora del desayuno en el que había mucha gente ( con eso no se puede hacer nada) y la calidad de la bollería (galletas, magdalenas...) no era muy buena. La variedad de la fruta era baja.

-un hotel à taille humaine avec un personnel trés à l'écoute. -coté restaurant, plutot correct exepté les desserts (mais y a t il de bons desserts en Espagne...? ) -la zone piscine est trés bien, propre. -nous y sommes allés hors saison, les chambres donnant sur la baie seront certainement moins au calme pdt la saison (restaurant en bas sur la place)

The rooms are a great size, and super clean. All staff really friendly. Pool area a nice size, and spa area an added touch. The gym looked very good for a hotel gym, with cable machines, bench, rack etc. Food could be more varied, but was perfectly tasty.
