The 300 m² property features a spacious living room with table football, a kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three toilets, accommodating up to 15 people. A professional spa with 125 jets is available for your relaxation. You will enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. A travel cot without mattress, a high chair, and a baby bath are also provided free of charge. For leisure, you will find a pool table, darts, shuffleboard games, and a Cornhole game. The gîte has a private enclosed garden with a barbecue, garden furniture, and a pétanque court (boules provided). The property is ideally located close to many attractions: Puy du Fou Park is 12 minutes away, as well as the O'Gliss water park, Indian Forest, and local music festivals. History enthusiasts will enjoy the castles of Tiffauges and Angers, while the beach can be reached in 45 minutes (Les Sables d'Olonne).
