The holiday home La Longère du Cosquer, with step-free access, is located in Baden and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. This 87 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. IDEAL LOCATION: The sea is just a 5-minute drive away, and the village center is a 5-minute walk. ENCLOSED GARDEN – PERFECT FOR YOUR PETS: The property offers a fully fenced garden where your dog can run freely. Well-behaved pets are welcome (please keep your dog on a leash in the street). Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and books. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The private outdoor area features a fenced garden, a covered terrace with pergola, an open terrace, and a barbecue. A tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot. There is ample parking on the farm, with space for at least 4 cars or work vans, trailers, and a small boat. One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted. In winter, you can warm up by the wood stove (firewood available for an extra fee). We are happy to show you the farm and animals on request. Farm products are also available for purchase. TOWELS: A flat fee applies for the entire stay, calculated according to the number of guests. ELECTRICITY: A consumption allowance is included, covering heating in winter and a fan in summer. Only actual usage is charged.
