My stay was amazing overall. The resort is beautiful and the facilities and staff are great. The only things that could have been better was the food at the buffet (very underwhelmed, and the cocktail selection at the pool bars (I was really hoping for some frozen drink options with it being so hot).

Die OpenAir Disco in der Nachbarschaft, ist eine absolute Zumutung. An 3 -4 Nächten ist die extrem laute Musik bis um 4 Uhr früh zu hören. Wir würden dem Hotel max. 4 Sterne geben. Das Privilege Zimmer hatte zwar einen schönen Balkon mit Meersicht aber das Zimmer ist alt, düster und das Bad max. 3 Sterne.

Horaires un peu limité pour les bars. Une boîte de nuit est à deux pas de l’hôtel donc du bruit jusqu’au à tard ça ne nous as pas dérangés au contraire nous étions là aussi pour faire la fête mais cela peut un gros point négatif pour d’autres

Det här hotellet anser jag inte förtjänar sina 5 stjärnor. Mediokert rum med trista möbler. Dålig frukost som inte ens serverade färskpressad juice. Kaffet serverades i fula metall kannor som inte höll värmen. Simpla handdukar. Åt definitivt inte middag i deras trista restaurang.

Waren mit der Familie für 6 Tage in 2 Zimmern dort. Hotel ist sehr schön, nicht so weitläufig wie andere 5* Hotels Richtung Maspalomas. Das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vom Zimmermädchen zu den Kellner(innen) und Rezeption, alle sehr freundlich und kompetent. Uns hat das Hotel vor allem gefallen weil es am Ende der Promenade ist. Wenn man vom Leuchtturm westwärts läuft ist das H10 am Ende der Promenade (10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Leuchtturm). Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht, und nicht möchte dass die Passanten immer rein "gaffen", dann können wir das H10 Hotel nur empfehlen.
