Good value for the price. We took the room that was a little more expensive than the basic one. Room was big, very clean, king bed. Plenty of hot water in the shower!! The ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. No pool but the hôtel provide beach towels to bring at the beach. Location is PERFECT ! 2 minutes walk to the patong beach, 10 minutes walk to the bangla Road. I recommand !!

Excelente lugar, muy céntrico a unos cuantos pasos de la playa, el personal fue extremadamente atento, no tengo absolutamente ninguna queja del lugar, todo estuvo perfecto, el precio y la calidad del hospedaje son perfectas, estuve 6 noches y sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente, no cuenta con piscina pero para eso tienes el mar que está a una cuadra me voy muy satisfecho con el lugar

Our 12 night stay was delightful. The location was convenient for what we wanted - within 5 min walk to the beach and several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach towels were provided daily, they took care of taxi reservation to the airport. Although the rooms are plain but very clean, woth great air conditioning, excellent WiFi, and included daily housekeeping. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a budget place to stay. Well worth the price.

I had to place my toiletries on the floor when showering, as there is no shelf to place them. Insufficient space around the sink for toiletries. Otherwise, the room was great. Big bed, safe, AC, free water and tea coffee making facilities.

We stayed at this hotel 6 nights. It's an older hotel but very clean , quiet and great location in the heart of Phuket. 3 minutes walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We used the hotel's laundry service . We ordered our airport ride from the hotel. It was cheaper than Grab and worked very well.

Un elogio va al personale, molto bravi , simpatici e disponibili. Le camere sono molto spartane , ma ben pulite, non manca nulla e soprattutto non c'è la moquette che per chi è allergico è un problema. Il letto era abbastanza comodo, e nonostante la nostra camera affacciava sulla strada, si dormiva bene. La posizione è Ottima, a pochi passi dal mare, negozi, ristoranti, street food, Bangla Road, cambio valuta. L'hotel offre anche un servizio di lavanderia, buono e veloce, per 70bath al kg. Il prezzo è veramente economico e per ciò che offre è molto conveniente.

To emphasize with Silver Resortel is especially the super nice personell in reception, and the room cleaning quality. They give you new linen every day, for example👍. For the price it is indeed worth the stay.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were so kind and welcoming, the aircon worked well and the location was great (2 mins walk to the beach). In addition, the hotel was spotless. The bed was a little firm but I slept well. Overall, a very good hotel, particularly given the price.

Do not recommend staying here. On arrival, enter room to inmediately find huge cockroaches on bed. Staff was informed and killed visible roaches with broom then advised us room was “clean”. Refused to provide us with new room and refused to provide refund when we didn’t want to stay.

I think I found my go to hotel in Phuket. Yes the room didn't have a window but the location to Patong Beach and the blue building food court makes up for it. Plus the staff were nice and smiling.

I absolutely loved all the staff. They were very nice and accommodating. However, the bed was one of the worst beds i have ever slept on. The pillows gave you an all day neck cramp and the rooms were built for people under 5 foot.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately when I stayed there a lot of construction work was taking place making it difficult to have a rest during the day. I found some of the reception staff not overly friendly in particular the older lady who managed the counter during the day was actually quite rude. All in all it was a pleasant stay and within walking distance of most of the local attractions.

Jag är mycket nöjd med min vistelse på hotellet. Rummet var rent, fräscht och bekvämt, och sängen var skön att sova i. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam, och incheckningen gick smidigt. Läget var utmärkt och gjorde det enkelt att ta sig runt. Sammanfattningsvis ett mycket bra hotell som jag absolut kan rekommendera, och jag skulle gärna bo här igen.

Detter er et perfekt hotell om du ønsker en sentral beliggenhet. Ligger bare noen skritt fra Bangla Road og Patong Beach. Ligger i en bakgate så det var helt stille på det rommet som jeg hadde. Bra renhold og hyggelige ansatte. Bra aircondition. Men, ikke forvent deg et familiehotell med all inklusive og badeanlegg.

The hotel is very close to the beach, and at the same time it’s quiet, which was a nice bonus. All of the staff are cheerful. Were always ready to help if needed. The restaurant (Oasis) in the car park courtyard was great. Quality budget hotel.
